"Oh... um, cool?" Alex was surprised with her reaction, and how she was staring into the coffee. "What are you thinking?" Reaching over, he grabbed Maddy's hand and sighed, it was cold.

Maddy sighed and looked up, she shiverd as he touched her hand, dispite how warm his skin was. "I-nothing, it-"
"May i take your order Sir?" The waitress stood infront of Maddy blocking her view of Alex.

Alex glanced up at the waitress and withdrew his hand, not noticing Maddy's incomplete response. "Oh, yes. May I have the twin lobster tails?" the waitress nodded and with a glance, turned to maddy.

"Nothing for me.." She whisperd..Although the waitress wasn't paying much atteting. She was twirling her hair around her pretty littly finger and leaning forward so her chest was practicly in his face. She slid a number on the table with a little messeg.
Let's say you and I go out for a little while, my shifts over in a few miniutes tell her your going to the bathroom and meet me outside..

Alex looked at the message and read it, managing to keep his face straight. "You're not going to get anything? Not hungry?" Asking this just to pass the time he watched the clock. The waitress was quite pretty, he wasn't going to pass up a chance like this one... Even if it meant, he wouldn't use the word, him and Maddy weren't really a couple yet so it didn't really count.

Maddy sighed and shook her head no. "No, I don't like sea food.." She smiled slightly and twiddled her fingers under the table. He had that look in his eye. he was going to leave with the waitress..

"Oh? Why didn't you say? We could've gone somewhere else. Ummmm, hey I'll be right back, I've... got to go to the bathroom." Alex sighed and took the napkin off his lap, wrapping the note up inside. it was 6 'o' clock, that was probably when her shift ended. Once he was out of Maddy's sight, he walked out the front door and found the waitress waiting. She said.
"Hey, I'm glad you came. Let's go around back, it'll be harder to find us back there."
"Yea, ok." Alex followed her to the back of the restaurant and then he was pulled into a tight grasp. She started kissing him... well, he was kissing back. Surprising himself, the kiss was longer than he expected.

[[Ish okay Squshy!]] Maddy stared as he left, looking at the ntoe she knew exactly what he was doing. She left money on the table for his un touched food and ran out. Crying. She didn't have a ride and it was quite a way's back. She started her walk, her sobs getting louder, she remember pockting the gun. She took it out and held it in her hand. "Shoot, my hearts already on the verge of shattering and he's not gonna be the one to brake it.." She said through her muffled sobs as she put it to her heart and sighed deeply. Loading the bullet she had taken out.

Suddenly the Manager came out of the backdoor... Glaring. "Breanna! Get your a** up here!"
"Crap I have to go..." The waitress whispered. Grabbing Alex's hand, she wrote her number in his palm. "Call me!" She yelled as she ran into the resaurant.
Alex brushed himself off and walked back into the building through the front entrance and saw Maddy wasn't there, rushing out, he got to his car and drove slowlt back towards the hotel trying to find her. Finally he caught up to her walking on the side of the road. "Maddy..."

There's a bang percing through the air. The bullet lodged into her lung, just barly missing her heart. She fell to her knees and then to the ground. Blood seeping through her shirt, both back and front. Her breathing grew faint, and with what strength she had left she whisperd. "I didn't want to let you brake it..."

"Dear god, Maddy!" Alex yelled. Getting up and running out of the car, he picked her up and placed her in the back seat. Driving to the hospital as fast as he could, surprised he could even make it with only a couple of looks at the map. Running into the building, he yelled, "Help! Maddy's in the car and she shot herself.... There's a lot of blood!" He pointed her out to several medics who got her on to a stretcher and brought her to a room. He wasn't allowed in so he just paced in thee waiting room.

The doctor came back to talk with Alex after an hour. "I'm sorry about your girlfriend Sir, she's not dead, she just barly missed her heart. If you'd like you may see her now, she's awake. But be careful.."

Alex sighed and got up, choosing not to reply to the Doctor. He knew where everything in the hospital was. He had spent enough time exploring... Walking into he room, he looked at her speechlessly. "Maddy..." He said again.

Maddy was sitting limp in the bed. Her feet dangling off the side, a blue and white checkerd hospital gown draped over her tiny frame..She looked up and icy look in her eye's, one of pure hatred. "Why don't you go back to your waitress.." She whisperd, she tried to add the tone that matched her eye;s but her throte was raspy.

Adam rolled at his eyes at his roommate. He then cleared his throat and turned up the sterio louder trying just to be noticed. "Hello?"
