Kai saw Sparda following them. He tried to say a spell. A big blue light came from nowhere and hit Sparda. Unfortunately, the spell and partly backfired. Kanna was thrown from Saphira's back. Kai spread his wings and went to catch her. ""KANNA!" He yelled. He didn't want to loose the last of his family at all.

Name: Soko Age: unknown Race: Fox demon Personality:neutral Bio: Born as a human, soko was infused with a thousand year old fox demon witch gives him his powers of strength, speed, and stealth. Soko was only 6 when he learned of the demon in him. But soon he whent out of control and killed his own family. do to the curse place upon him soko left the village, in search of a way to control this power after ages he finally learned to control the great demon. He soon found a new master one who could teach him how to harness this power his name is Sparda.

Sparda instantly stopped chasing the dragon and caught Kanna. Sparda laughed, "Getting careless aren't we hahahaha." Sparda disappeared into the shadows showing up back at the Blood Citidel. "Leon you are now the ruler of that city do what you wish with it but I need you and Trianna to come to the Citidel." Sparda laughed, "We have guests that need attending to."

Kai cursed when Sparda got hold of Kanna. He tried to say a spell, but Saphira stopped him. "You might hit Kanna. There isn't anything we can do as of yet." She said grabbing him with a claw.
Kai had tears in his eyes. "KANNA! GIVE HER BACK! SAPHIRA, LET ME GO! KANNA!" He wouldn't stop. Kai gad tears in his eyes. He kept trying to get free from Saphira's grip. He didn't want to leave his only family member with Sparda.
Kanna woke up. She felt arms around her. She looked up. "Kai?....... She saw that it was Sparda carrying her. She immediately tried to get away. She looked off and saw Saphira holding Kai and flying away. She was sort of glad Kai was getting away, but she still faught to get away from Sparda. "What do you want with me?! Let me go!" She yelled.

Leon walked up to Sparda and bowed. He regained his normal posture and looked back at the dragon and the vampire that had been his enemies. He turned back to Sparda. "Lord Sparda..." Leon began. "You are a selfish pig! An unworthy ruler who seeks power and will show no mercy to even infants or the maimed. If you are to gain control of the world you would soon lose it due to your own greed! You would be turned on by your vassals and sent to the deepest place in hell and rot for your sins." Leon said raising his sword."LET HER GO!" He shouted. He jumped high in the air and slashed downward with incredible speed making a sonic wave split the air and go straight towards Sparda.

Sparda laughed,"Think about it I don't want to conquer the world you did, it was you who wanted to bring glory to vampires, my motives are different they are of creating a race of vampire immune to the sun like me. To do that the extinction of humans is necessary to starve off the weak vampires. There is power in the brother and the sister I hold. I intend to make them my successors to power." Sparda smiled, "What are you going to do kill me? hahahaha try it you will die." Sparda stopped smiling, "If you are not on my side you are against me I will not stand by while my race is wiped out by humans! You are pathetic if you don't stand with your own kind." Sparda charged at Leon laughing and Sparda started to fade as if he was teleporting through the shadows, "Oh by the way I've been to Hell its quite nice....hahahaha." Sparda faded away and appeared at the Citidel.

Kanna was still struggling to get away when she heard Leon's betrayal. She looked him in the eyes. One of her powers was being able to see what people were thinking. There was one trick to that though. First, she had to be close to the person, second, she had to have known the person, and third, it was very hard to do if the person was powerful. She only briefly saw into Leon. Then she felt herself being taken away.
Kai had passed out due to lack of energy. the effects of the summoning spell had taken its toll. Saphira, who would have normally disappeared, decided to stay for a while. She knew that Kai was devastated by his sisters abduction. She found a mountain cave and laid down inside. She put Kai next to her.

Sparda put Kanna down on the throne and he ordered master vampires to guard her. Sparda walked into a room where the children from the city had died were put in. Sparda cut his finger dripping blood on to a seal and suddenly the children came back to life Sparda glared, "Leave live on." Sparda ordered that they not be touched or whatever vampire did would die. Sparda looked at a vampire, "You send a message to the kings and queens of the west kingdoms tell them we are waiting and kill one member of thier court so they will know we are serious."

Kanna felt extremely tired. She hadn't realized how much energy she had used until now. When Sparda put her on the thrown, she glared at him, but she had stopped struggling, since that wasn't getting her anywhere. Now she was trying to think of a plan. She looked around at the vampires surrounding her, looking for any openings.

Sparda went to his chambers to feed, while the vampires guarded Kanna. They were arguing, one said, "Well if its a enemy of Lord Sparda why keep her alive." Another pulled out a blade and said, "He wants the two alive to be his successors what are you planning to kill them and hope Sparda makes you his successor to the throne?" The 5 vampires in the room glared at each other with thier hands on thier swords. One of the five a master vampire yelled at the two arguing, "Stop bickering fools." He looks at Kanna, "My lady how may assist you?"

Kanna listened to their arguing, shocked and confused. When one of the vampires bowed to her, she was completely shocked, although she didn't show it. Kanna looked at the vampire. "Whats going on? My brother and I are supposed to be successors of who?!" she asked. That was all she could think to say. Kanna was trying to make sense of what was happening. Was she held hostage, or what?

The vampire looked at her puzzled, "You don't know? Well then allow me to describe what is to happen. Originally Lord Leon and Lady Trianna were to be Sparda's successors to the Throne until Leon's betrayal. Lord Sparda senses that you and your brother are powerful even though you might not be a master you two are quite powerful. Thats why he has chosen you two to take up the throne when he dies, he senses that his death will occur soon and wishes that he would have successors that is why he hasn't gone on a allout killing spree through cities." Sparda walks into the room, "He is right that is absolutely right and I will not hold you against your will. You may leave whenever but I offer you and your brother power beyond all vampires. The power may even surpass mine at a time, which is why I ask you if you accept my humble offer?"

Kanna just stared at Sparda and the other vampire, her face expressionless. "If you only wanted to tell us this, that you would offer us your throne, then why did you fight us?" She asked, a little cautious. She knew better then to trust him. She was thinking things over in her head.

"Well I tried but you two always ran away so I decided to test you and you passed." Sparda smiled, "So do you accept my offer, but be careful what you choose, think you and your brother would no longer fear being hunted or fear the sun you would be as if you were a god."

Kanna was silent for a few minutes, thinking things over in her head. It did sound tempting.....maybe. "What is all this about you dying? I thought you were supposedly the most powerful vampire alive." She said
Kai woke up abruptly. He felt a sharp pain in one of his arms. He had hurt himself struggling from Saphira. He suddenly remembered what happened to Kanna. Saphira was still there, watching him closely. "Where is Kanna? We have to go find her!" He said trying to stand up.
"Calm down Kai. She is ok. I still sense her power." Saphira assured him. One of Saphira's many powers was being able to sense a persons power if she had already met him/her.
"Calm down? My sister has just been kidnaped by the most powerful vampires alive, and you expect me to calm down?! No. Come on. We have to go find her. Kai pleaded.
Saphira nodded. "First we will need a plan.
