Standing with his hands slid into his pockets, Connor smiled playfully and tilted his head. "Other than ripping that boy to shreds?" The corner of his mouth quirked slightly. "You." Realizing he'd let his thoughts slip outloud again, he blushed and waved his hands in front of him, shaking his head. "I-I mean, of how worried I was. For you." He turned his head to the right slightly, looking away in a futile attempt to hide his blush. Damn! Why can't I stop thinking out loud?

Emma's eyes widened and her face instantly turned the color of a fire truck. Me? she thought, having heard what he had said before his cover up. "I was thinking about you, too," she boldly stated as she shut her locker door and looked at her converse.

Connor was speechless. His mouth opened and shut, a pitiful attempt at words as he tried to conjure up a response. Inwardly, he was ecstatic at such a seemingly small joy. It was rather joyful to him. The blush on his cheeks worsened as he racked his brain, stopping his gapping mouth. He gave up trying to say anything, opting to just take a step forward and wrap his arms around her again. A soft whisper escaped him as he smiled. "All good I hope."

"Of course," she stated in a small voice as she looked up at him and gave him a smile. "I don't think I can think about anything bad about you," Emma admitted as she rubbed the back of her head as a sign of nervousness. She looked back down at her shoes, unsure of what to do next.

Connor simply smiled, laughing softly for a moment. "Seems we're on the same boat then." Connor looked away briefly, not really thinking as much as just pausing. When he turned back, he focused his warm gaze on Emma and spoke in a gentle voice. "Y'know somethin'? I'm really glad I met you."

Emma looked up when Connor made that comment. A look of question overcame her face as she asked, "Why are you glad you met me? Is it because I made your life un-boring?" She slightly laughed at the comment, but it turned into nervous laughter, and soon quieted.

Connor shook his head, furrowing his eyebrows as he tried to figure out how to explain. "It's not that." He chuckled softly. "It's just that, before I met you, my life was empty. It wasn't just boring, it had no life." A pause as he looked away. "I didn't haven anything to look forward to in life anymore. Haven't for years. But now, I can look forward to something. Someone." A far-off look was in his eyes.

Emma's smile was replaced with a thin line and red cheeks. "Y-y-you look f-forward to me?" she questioned nervously. Emma had never felt like this or had been told something like this by a guy. She felt like how an unsociable unattractive guy would feel like if he was being hit on by, say a porn star or something.

Connor chuckled quietly, turning his head back toward her. He locked his gaze unto hers and smiled genuinely with a blush powdering his cheeks. "Yeah." That tingling sensation bounced around in his gut as his heartbeat resounded in his ears. Why was he being so open? He usually was never this way. But she had some effect on him. He felt comfortable around her.

Emma furrowed her eyebrows in thought, not really sure what that meant. A damp feeling was touching the back of her leg and she finally remembered about the food that was on her butt. She blushed from embarrassment this time and grabbed onto Connor's arm, walking towards the bathroom. "Wait here for me please," she stated as she walked into the bathroom and chose a stall to change in. Quickly, she changed into her soccer shorts (rolled once or twice at the waist of course) and soccer shirt, which was simply a gray cotton shirt that had the school mascot on it with a soccer ball. She fixed her hair up into a high pony tail, folded her dirty clothes, and walked back outside. They walked back to her locker to put her clothes back in her locker when the bell rang for the choice classes.

Connor stood outside the bathroom with an inquisitive expression worn, hands in his pockets. Sometimes the most random musings came to him. I always wondered why it seemed that females go to the bathroom in packs. Seems awkward to me. Shaking himself of his thoughts when she exited, he walked with her back to her locker. Waving goodbye, he jogged happily to P.E., his first choice class. The choice classes were his favorites, which were nice.

Emma smiled at him and walked to the dance studio in the school where her choice class was. "Alright class, today we're going to be working on a hip-hop routine," the teacher stated after they changed into their dance outfits (yoga pants, sports bra, and dance shoes) and lined up in their rows. They instantly went straight into practice and by the end of the period, they had completed the routine.

In P.E., Connor had lifted weights for the class period. He took a shower fifteen minutes before class ended, just rinsing off the light sheen of sweat that had covered him from the exercise. When class ended, he made his way out of the Gym, slinging his backpack over his shoulders and leaning against the wall, relishing his even breathing since he hadn't been able to breathe in such a manner for a while.

Ai the Fallen Annora smiled over at him. Right as she was about to take some of the popcorn she jumped at on eof the scarier parts. "Ah!" She jumped and hid her face. Shaking a bit she looked back at John and blushed. She finally looked back at the movie screen watching Grudge scare some kids. || Repost ||

The movie ended a while later. "Wow, thats cool." John said. Well i probly should get going home shouldn't I. Well I guess i'll talk to you tomorrow. Seeya." John started walking back to the front door. He threw his popcorn bag in the authentic movie theater trash can. John went out the front door and to his car. He started his car and drove off towards home.
Ounce home john laid in bed it was about ten. He decided to go to bed with out dinner he was full from popcorn. John fell asleep quickly.
