William looked at Re's food, also quite suprised about how cute it looked. "Haha, your food is pretty cute hmm? Well, you know what they say. You are what you eat," he said. If it were me, I think I would have trouble eating it due to how nice it looks. I would want to take pictures of it or something instead! He looked around him. Most of the students remaining were people he didn't know. That factor often made the atmosphere ackward, since there weren't many conversations.

Asakura looked down at the child teacher. "Always the teacher looking out for your students, huh?" She smiled taking some of the sting out of her words. "And it is good." Shunting all her thoughts and theories about what had happened off to the side, she made the effort to enjoy the meal and the lightened atmosphere now in the restaurant. What helped was her catching sight of Mana taking after dinner tea. The girl was so calm, so unruffled. She radiated serenity.

"Yes, yes..." Negi smiles and nods, turning back and finding himself able to finish his meal after all. "I suppose I should be happy Cassandra-san became the teacher for 2-B and some of those more troublesome students were put in her class..." The small teacher nods to himself, though he wonders if Asakura was aware that, initially, Cassandra had actually been a -student- of his. "

Kazumi watched Negi-kun as he applied himself to finishing off his dinner. She found herself smiling fondly down on him. It only occurred to her that Chamo wasn't around. He was gone from his usual perch on Negi-kun's head or shoulder. Of all times! Just when she wanted to ask him a question.
Once she had finished her dinner, Kazumi asked for green tea and was pleasantly surprised to see it served in a red clay teapot. She was reminded of her grandmother who had insisted that tea should only be served out of such a vessel.
It had taken Kazumi's considerable investigative skills only an afternoon to find out this was actually true, something about the iron in the clay (which made it red) reacting to the tannin in the tea and mellowing out the taste.
Kazumi wondered if Mana was having the same. Hers seemed to be served in a ceramic teapot....

Negi soon finishes his dinner, himself and looks over at Asakura's drink. Tea... he catches the scent and smiles softly to himself. Of course, it would be kind of suspicious if the girl was to talk to Chamo in such a setting as this, anyway. He looks at her tea for a bit, suddenly getting a taste for tea himself... "Mind sharing?" He looks up at her, smiling softly. He'd never tried tea out of such a teapot as that, either... he looks forward to the experience.

Kazumi turned away from watching Mana to look at Negi-kun. She was a bit taken aback at the longing in his eyes. It was then she remembered his love and weakness for tea.
Kazumi had been about to call for the waiter for another tea cup, when a thought occurred to her. Her eyes swiveling back and forth, she looked to see if anyone was paying attention to them. No one seemed to be. "No, of course not, Negi-kun. How could I refuse you anything?" Slowly, deliberately, she took the cup she had been holding in her hand, the cup she had just taken a sip from, and set it with a click before him. She schooled her expression and wondered how long she could hold in the laughter.

Negi blushes a bit as she speaks so sweetly before blinking as she sets her cup in front of him. Huh? W-wait, did she want him to... drink from her cup? He turns a deeper red as he looks back up her and then back at the cup. His hand seems to want to grab it, though, going forward, and then going back a bit. He wants to... but should he? "Asakura-san..." He speaks soft to her, as to not attract attention. "I... uh..." He's at a loss for what to say, actually kind of considering what he says before he opens his mouth to say it. They've already kissed... and it wouldn't be -quite- so bad if they were in private... but... w-well... n-no one seems to be paying attention to them... right? A quick look around confirms before, timidly, he takes the cup and sips from it before setting it down between them. It would have been rude to decline, anyway, right? Like saying 'no, you has cooties.' "Thank you, Asakura-san..."

Kazumi bit down on a laugh. He looked so embarrassed--it was so cute. She reached out with one arm and pulled him toward her, the other ruffled his hair. "Ah, Negi-kun's taking his first steps toward adulthood." She leaned down and whispered into his ear. "I'm sorry but I can't help it. It's just so much fun teasing you."
Even as Kazumi said this she gestured with her now free hand and called a waiter over. "Could we have another teacup, please?"
((Well, fun's over for me for now. Lip has permission to puppet Kazumi, Mana, and Ken(taro) out of the restaurant and into the rooms.))

The waiter brings them another teacup, Asakura bringing her own back into her hand as Negi pours himself some, and together they enjoy their tea for a time. However, they eventually finish the tea and decide it is time to go. Negi is first to rise, of course, even going to push Asakura's chair in for her after she has risen from the table. Then he yawns. He'd been rather... deprived of sleep lately, and it was -really- starting to get to him. Especially since it was now night, and he could see it out the window. "Mmn..." Asakura smiles softly at him and they head off, back to the hotel. Mana and Ken decide to head back, as well, as it was getting late.

Kaede had been listening to the conversations that were going on as she ate her food. She seemed like she was only eating but her senses were up in case she could find out what was the reason for everything going on tonight. She could only pick up bits and pieces as they didn't mean to much at the moment. She finished eating as she was finishing up her drink, she didn't have to worry about paying so she could enjoy it.

William finished up his food, getting up. "You guys want to go now?" he said to the shrunken group. "I don't want to hurry anyone, though, but I've got to go back. Good night," he said to the whole group as he walked out of the Kyoto Kitchon and to the hotel.

When finished with her food, Luxa checked her watch. 'I'd better go to the hotel now before it gets too late.' She stood, suddenly feeling sleepy. It had been a long day for her. And she didn't get that much sleep last night. As she walked to the door, she motioned to Re that she was leaving. When she got to the entrance, she paid the waiter the correct amount of yen, plus a tip, and left the resturaunt.

Looking at the time, Gilly determined that the hotel wouldn't have anymore drama. Plus, she was tired. Getting up from her chair, and pushing it in, and looked around the room, and saw only a student or two still in the room. Bowing good-night to Mikhail and Kaede, Gilly walked, more like skipped, up the front desk, and paid for her dinner, and left to the hotel.

Finishing up his food, Mikhail set down his drink, and got up from the table. It was pretty much empty in the private room. Dabbing his mouth with a cloth napkin, Mikhail headed to the front desk, and paid for his meal, and left a small tip at the table for the waiters. Hopefully, they didn't see the fight between Satomi and Yuuji. Mikhail didn't want the restaurant to see Mahora Academy's students as rowdy and violent. It just wasn't a good view of the students.
