Reina didn't reply as the other girl left. She quickly took a shower before putting on her other clothes. Exhausted, she collapsed on top of the bed, not bothering to even get under the covers or shut the door and promptly fell asleep.

"Now see Fen, that tempt's me to keep the bare. Then again I think Midnight would get jelous.." Midnight jumped out of Matthew's bad carrying bad luck. Matthew handed fen Grummpy bare and grabbed Midnight. "Bad kitty!" He tried to stay sternly, and epic fail on his behalf. He hugged bad luck and set Midnight on the ground.

I held the Gloomy Bear to my chest, trying to look fierce. The big pink plushie ruined the effect miserably. I climbed onto my bed and continued to mock-glare at Matt.
"Teach you to touch my bear," I mumbled.

Matthew sat on the floor, looking up at Fen. He was tempted to bite any limb of Fen's that he could get his mouth on. He growled and played with his bunny rabbit. Matthew put bad luck on Fen's bad and smiled childeshly.

I looked down at the small plushie and set the Gloomy Bear next to it. They looked so cute side by side! I couldn't help but grin.
"So are we going to talk or what?" I asked, managing to sound impatient.

"Impatient much.." said Matthew as he stood up and sat at the edge of Fen's bed. Picking gloomy bare up he huged it. " I'm not good at the whole, asking qustions thing.." He said flatly. Midnight jumped up on the bed and crawled over to Fen crawling into his lap.

I almost argued against his holding my bear, but decided against it. It wasn't worth it. So I picked up his stuffed bunny and hugged it to my chest.
"Why immortality?" I asked before I could stop myself. Since it was too late to take the question back, I continued with, "I mean, why did you pick immortality? Why couldn't you stay mortal?"

"I thought I told you already.." Matthew sighed, as much as he tried to forget her death and forget why he took it. Someone always brought it back up.. "You know how i told you about my girlfirends death..Well the guy that killed her was immortal..SO if I was ever going to kill him, I needed more time. I was young and stupid, kinda like I am now...But that's beside th epoint. I never stopped loving her really. Until a few day's ago..He's going to die for what he did to her. Sure she cheated on me, but she didn't diserve to die.."

Oh right. He had told me. And I had cried. And damnit, I was crying again. I wiped my eyes quickly and sniffed.

Matthew leaned forward and gently kissed one of Fen's tears. "It's okay Fen don't cry.." Matthew gently put his arm on Fen's shoulder.. "Let's just sya I'm pretty damn old..I'm 112..." he whisperd..Affraid of how Fen would react.."Technically I'm still 17.."

Reina didn't sleep for long. She never could sleep for long. She would either have nightmares, or the fear of having them would cause her to wake up suddenly.
She said up in the bed, suddenly awake. She looked around, confused, until she remembered where she was. She quietly slipped out of the room and down the hallway. She cringed when one of the floor boards squeaked, and she hoped that no one noticed it.

I smiled through my almost-tears and touched his face with my fingertips. I leaned in and kissed his lips softly.
"I don't mind," I whispered against his mouth. I caressed his face and then brought my arms around his back to hug him, hold his body against mine, bringing my lips to his again.
"I've been... really lonely," I said. "That's why I'm so... physical, I guess." I laughed. "Don't worry, I won't try to rape you."

"Really, i thought you'd say something along the lines of.. I'm kissing an old guy.." Maddy blushed and gently, moved his shaking hands to Fen's cheeks. He smiled as Fen hugged him and brought his lips back. By now Fen's lips were black and pink. "I know the feeling.." He said as he let out a low sigh. "I'm not complaining about you acting...physical. And it's not considerd rape if the persons willing, keep that in mind.." Matthew said playfuly, as he burried he face in Fen's chest.

Reina wandered through the house. It was so quiet that she was feeling even more alone than usual. Was she only mortal here? What if they were jsut lulling her into a false sense of security before they killed her? The panic rising in her chest, she bolted back up the stairs, not bothering to be quiet about it. She started tossing things back into her backpack. She couldn't stay here. She was not going to let them trick her. She was not going to die at the hands of a group of Immortals.

Lynsie stands in a door way watching a girl throw things into her backpack, is she an immortal? Lynsie watchs a bit more deffinately insane enough "Hey, why are you packing, I thought it was save here!" Lynsie smiles, "I'm Lynsie, I'm mortal, and you, who and what are you?"
