[Actualy May doesn't have a Combuskin, only it's evolved form, Blaziken. She could have her Glaceon with her though as a second pokemon. Also, it should be no more than two, not one :p]

Robert saw Jake and the rest of his friends, along with a girl he had never met before at one of the tables. Along with Sable and Lilly, Robert sat himself down at the table. "Hey guys. Jake, looks like you've got yourself a new friend. From what I saw of the battle, that Scyther pretty much lost on purpose, and that kid you were fighting sounded like another trainer Ash and I ran across before, only the kid you fought was a little less violent." Robert spoke before looking to Jake. Sable and Pikachu were playing together. "So, what events are you participating in?" Robert asked. However as he looked at Jake, he saw Kira out of the corner of his eye, sitting with a group of rather suspicious looking people, one of them with a Meowth, and none of the ten there had a pokemon out except for that one Meowth. Robert turned and looked over to Ash. "Speaking of Kira, I saw him on this boat. Could be trouble so just keep an eye out." Robert spoke in a calm and quiet tone of voice. May blinked a bit. "Who's Kira?" She asked quietly. Ash answered first. "A really bad trainer. He had his pokemon attack me and Robert directly in Mount Moon." Robert gave a nod. "And he's the one who had his Graveler almost kill his former Vulpix for being weak. Fortunately I was there to nurse her back to health, and now she's a valuable member of my team." May gulped a bit before giving a nod. "Creepy guy. He shouldn't even be allowed to have pokemon if that's what he does to all of them." Robert gave a solemn nod. After a bit of a breath, Robert waited for Jake's reply to his previous question.

"I'm going to enter all three events. That way I'm sure to cram in alot of experience regardless if I win or lose. Then I should be ready to take on Lieutenant Surge and get my next badge." Robert replied with a smile. Yet he had a bad feeling. Kira meant trouble, and being in a place this crowded without flaunting himself or pushing others around. It didn't seem like his normal persona. Then he heard Butch yell his name. Not loud enough that everyone heard, but enough for Robert and Co. to hear, if barely. That was something he recognised from the bridge battle. Robert leaned over and motioned for everyone to lean thier heads to him. "I could have sworn I heard that before. When I was fighting two Rocket grunts at Nugget Bridge, I poked fun at the man's name, and he yelled his name at me several times, calling himself Butch." he said, keeping a quiet tone of voice. Ash blinked a bit. "I know them. It's Cassidy and Biff, two Team Rocket goons." Robert gave a nod. "Let's just play everything cool until we know what they're up to." Brock gave a nod along with May, Misty and Dawn. "Whatever it is, it's bound to be trouble." Brock whispered. After that, Robert, Misty, Ash, Brock, May and Dawn returned to normal and began to pig out on the appetisers while waiting for the show to start..

Kira

Kira gave a nod to Giovanni He seemed onbly mildly amused at the four goofballs as they mocked each other and themselves.. The only one of the group who seemed very competent to him was Giovanni himself. but Kira had other designs as well. And after having spotted Robert and Ash on board before the boat took off, he had a bit of a score to settle, but not before the mission was completed. "However boss, I am concerned about something. Two of the passengers I saw aboard know me. They don't know I'm with you guys, but they're bound to cause trouble if something isn't done about them." He muttered quietly.

Jake leaned in as the others at the table had done so too. "Nugget bridge. That's where those rocket grunts tried to recruit me. Let's just hope Team Rocket isn't up to too much trouble here." The appetizers were served and Jake and his pokemon chowed down on their food when a man's voice sounded from the microphone, "Attention passengers. I am Mr. Pokemon. President of Kanto's Official Pokemon Fanclub. I would like to welcome you all to our first annual S.S. Anne Pokemon Trainer's Cruise. As you all know, tomorrow we will hold an official pokemon contest, followed by a two day pokemon tournament. The next day, we will hold another official pokemon contest. I should first explain the rules of these events.

Tomorrow's contest. This contest will be what is known as a double pokemon contest. It has four rounds. The first round will be an appeal round, where you will coodinate two pokemon at the same time and show off a flashy appeal to the judges. The second round will be another double appeal round. The third round will be a double contest battle round, where you will use two pokemon at the same time in a contest battle. And the final round will be a double contest round.

The battling tournament. This tournament will have 6 rounds. Day one of the tournament will consist of rounds one through three. Day two of the tournament will consist of rounds 4 through 6. More information will be posted on each round the day of the tournament.

The second contest here will be your standard contest with two appeal rounds and two battle rounds.

And now, to introduce you all to the prizes. The winner of the double contest will win this ribbon!" Mr. Pokemon held up a silky purple ribbon with an expensive looking jewel encruseted to it. "The tournament trophy!" He held up a bronze trophy with another two expenzive looking jewels encrusted in it. "And last but not least, the other contest ribbon!" He held up a silky green ribbon with yet another expensive looking jewel. "These ribbons and this trophy will be handed out to their rightful owners during our farewell dinner on the last night here, to add a little more celebration to the night.

Good luck everyone! Enjoy your meals! Also, the entertainment will begin with the main course."
Jake looked at everyone at the table and spoke, "Wow, looks like this is going to be a busy week." Everyone nodded and continued to eat the appetizers.

Giovanne looked Kira in the eye as he spoke. He then sat for a second and though, then he replied, "Don't worry about those trainers who know you. As long as they don't know you're a part of the team it will be fine. If you happen to get in a battle with them or any of their friends, just give it your all and don't let them win. And as for the contests and tournament, you all better have your strategies planned out. I would much rather have us win these prizes so we don't have to steal them on the last day. That way it won't draw much attention to the fact that Team Rocket is active again. So we better win, or else." Giovanne began to stare at the prizes which were being displayed on the stage, "Those jewels are vital for our operations. If we don't get our hands on them, we could fail."

Jake continued to converse with the table when the appetizers were taken away and replaced with the main corse. Jake and the others began to eat as the lights dimmed even more and spotlights shown on the stage. The entertainment was a dance performed by people dressed up as Eevees and the eeveelutions and eevees and eeveelutions themselves. The dance was coordinated to soft, relaxing, and elegant music so the trainers could still hold conversations at this time.

Giovanne's table ate, but rather than talking in a group, they split into many seperate conversations. Jesse talking with James and Meowth. Cassidy talking to Butch. Joan talking to Liam. And Giovanne sat in silence.

Jake waved goodbye to Robert and then finished his meal. Jake then walked to his room with Charmeleon and Scyther at his side. He then sent out the rest of his pokemon and called Gloom and Zubat to him. He wanted to work on Gloom's sunny day attack and Zubat's confuse ray.

"Okay Candra, I want you to learn to use confuse ray instead of supersonic. That way there is less of a chance of the attack missing. So just focus your energy in the same fashion but use more energy." Zubat practiced and within 10 minutes, she had mastered confuse ray. Jake then cheered on Gloom in her many sunny day attempts and after about two hours, she had finally mastered her new move. "Perfect," Jake said laying down in his bed, "Let's call it a night and do some practicing tomorrow, okay?" The pokemon nodded and laid down in bed next to Jake. Jake fell asleep while polishing his egg.

Jake and his pokemon awoke the next morning and stopped in the kitchen to pick up some breakfast from the buffet. They then walked back to the room and Jake changed into his swimsuit. After that, Jake took his pokemon to the pool so they could relax.

Jake had to return his Charmeleon, for he was afraid of the water. He then jumped into the pool and swam around with his Poliwag, Scyther, and Gloom. Zubat stayed out of the pool and kept an eye on Jake's egg. Poliwag swam happily in the water. Jake smiled at her, "Its been a while since you've last swam, hasn't it?" Poliwag gave a big smile and continued to swim. Scyther decided to do laps in the pool, trying to increase his speed every time. And Gloom floated at the water's surface and drooled into the pool. Jake noticed Gloom was drooling and quickly took her out of the pool and set her down by Zubat. After a few hours in the pool, Jake sent out Charmeleon and walked back to his room where he dried off and changed back into his usual outfit. They then walked over to the S.S. Anne's contest stadium to watch the contest.

Jake watched the contest.

Joan sat next to Jessi in her disguise. Joan was wearing an over the top purple dress, with many bows sewed crazily to the fabric. Jessi wore a poofy orange dress with a decent amount of ribbons as well. Joan turned to Jessi, "Well Jessibella, good luck in the contest today." Jessibella turned to Joan with a fake smile, "Yes, good luck to you too, Joanna." Jessi turned away and gave a look of disgust. I'm going to be the one to win this contest, to win my trust back with Giovanne. And then, I will be one step closer to the grande festival. Joan, you are going down.
Joan turned away and gave a look of disgust as well. Oh Jessi, I know your plans. To outshine everyone else in Team Rocket. I'm not going to let that happen. It won't be long before I am an admin, and I will have more power over you. Hahahaha.

Meanwhile, Vivian was calling trainers out one by one to the stage to share their first appeals.

After Robert, Vivian called Joanna to the stage. Joanne showed a dazzling appeal manipulating her Porygon's large movepool and her Jynx's psychic powers. Joanne returned to the waiting room and gave Jessi a smirk. After a few more trainers, Jessi was called to the stage. Jessi performed with her Yanmega and Seviper. The judges seemed to be more impressed with Jessi than Joanna so Jessi walked back into the room with a much larger smirk than Joanna's.
