Five years..Wait, oh my gosh I think I did five years not four. Of course it was at elementary level but still.
I still have the song they made us sing half memorized. Ugh. Total ugh.

You have a point, people should learn english far before they try another language. I still think it's funny that teachers have to tell students to add punctuation at the end of their sentences.

By the way, it's Mandarin, not 'Manderin'.
That's the more well known Chinese, but I prefer Cantonese. Probably because my friend is from Hong Kong and we hear her speaking it all the time.
My friends and I have been looking into petitioning the school for a Japanese class.
We're pretty good teaching it to each other though. It's really not a terribly hard language to learn.

"My brother ??? crazy in the head of stupid."?
"12 cats the pants(es)"?
What were you trying to say...?

And I completely agree with Tinuviel. Mastering English before attempting anything else is key.

Fyre, note two things about me.

-I cannot spell, in english let alone spanish.

-It was elementary Spanish. XDD

Sorry about the mandarin thing, I wasn't paying attention to the spell checker.

And yes, that is pretty much what I was saying, but well. Elementary Spanish, we worked on simple things, not quite grammar.

Yeah, true. And I still don't understand how sometimes people can mix up the whole they're/their/there thing. Like, if you say, "Their your shoes", how does that make sense, you know? lol, Their makes no sense in that context. XD If I ever have any doubt about which version of the word to use I always seperate the contraction in my head, and say it "They are your shoes." That way I know it's they're and not their.

Same with your/you're. It's just so much more simple to seperate the contraction than to just take a wild guess and get it wrong.

omg, My English minor is showing. /grammar dork

I'm only a Highschool sophomore. Also, english was never my best, though, I at least know to put punctuation at the end of my sentences, unlike some of the idiots in my grade.
They may be stupid, but they sure do make me laugh.

I'm still not good with the there's but I know not to put 'They're' where 'Their' should be.
I was never good at english. Or PE for that matter.

Well seeing as this is a literate rp, English is kind of important... :'D;;;

Well, just work on it and you'll get it. If you use the method I mentioned before whenever you're using there/they're/their or you're/your you should get them right every time. 8D

It is very important. Though, if you have a fault it's better to admit it then find out later. Trust me.

I got like an 88% this year, and last year barely managed a B in english. Though, I bet it's because I had a total hormonal teacher. Seriously, her voice got high pitched, and she talked really fast when she got mad.

Then she got pregnant and left this year. I was totally dieing when I found out. (Laughing) I thought I had it bad, but when she was pregnant she was so totally worse with the class below me.

Thanks Tinuviel, I'm sure to use that. XDD Hopefully I'll do well this year.
_ _ _ _ _ _

Oh my gosh, I just got my schedule for this year, and my forum teacher had the funniest name.

Mr. Doctor. (I presume it's he's a male, it said DOCTOR: D) I was so laughing when I read it and it said Doctor D.

Forum? What kind of class is that? o.o

Tinuviel, do you know anything about that musical theater class I'm taking? D: Like, did Tori ever mention it? I'm not sure if she even took it. >_>

haha, No problem. The only thing to remember is that there refers to a place. 8D

And wait, lol, is his name Mr. Doctor or is his name Dr. Something~? Because just because someone is a doctor doesn't necessarily mean they're male. o3o I've had plenty of female doctors.

@ Fiendfyre - No, I didn't even know you were taking a musical theater class. But Tori probably has taken it, theater is her minor, if I remember correctly. Hit me up on aim and we shall discuss~

Forum is pretty much filler. You sit there and do your homework. If you don't have homework (Which I almost never had) you had to read. No talking, no nothing.
Last year I had my former volleyball coach. I sat right in front of her and she never realized I as listening to my iPod. She was to busy sharing her wedding pictures with the juniors.
This year, I have doctor D.

No, his last name is Doctor. The page doesn't list status (Mrs. Ms. Mr) or anything, so you normally just have to guess.
It literally said
Forum, DOCTOR biggrin

Oh, so it's like study hall. I see.

*has miso soup*
Tinuviel, we'll have to have a onigiri party when we get back to campus. Maybe with some Rock Band on the side since Steve is so keen to play.
