Green shapeshifting alien. They attempt to cause trouble on Earth every so often. Tony found out that they're undetectable now. His tech nor Doc Strange's magic nor Professor X's telepathy could tell they weren't human.

Is there a timestamp on this thing? Can we get you an alibi for when this was shot?
Because, sprood, even I'm having second thoughts about representing you after seeing that thing.

I am aware of what "skrulls" are.
There's no time stamp on it unfotunately. Poor sound quality as well, very cheap recording device.

I don't even see what the hell the point of that fake video is! Even if he had tape of me trying out for big Hollywood movies that doesn't mean he gets to profit off me and defame me willy nilly!

There has to be a way to at least date roughly when it was from. I'm a little hesitant to delve into "Reality Series" research...Bismoll's trendhopping on the Reality Series bandwagon resulted in the deaths of thousands.
Unintentionally, of course. People who can eat anything have to be much more creative when 'Intergalactic Jackass' comes calling.
It appears to be for a "Season 14" of this 'Road Rules' show, though...

This is true. I fail to see how this is relevant to Murdock's case, he's yet to make any connection to it. Unless you've given him rights to film you and are trying to back out of it because of the poor publicity.

Your Honor, let's cut a deal here. If Mister Murdock can present some evidence showing that this tape somehow HAS any bearing on the case, then we have no objection to it being admissible.
If it's legit, shouldn't my client have signed a waiver or agreement for it's distribution, after all?

There's nothing indication time period in the room, except perhaps a clock indicating it was somewhere around 4pm, it's daylight and it's spring. Or some green, leafy season. The year will be harder to pin down.
*has the martinis look over the tape again. Martini clink noisily when Powell strips the tulle and reveals himself covered in postage stamps*

If somehow, Murdock can prove this is any way relevant to the case beyond prooving that Powell is capable of embarassing himself without any assistence, I will admitt it without prejudice.
However, you client won't necessarily have had to sign a waiver. If the company he sent it to stated that sending the video in itself was a waiver to use it, that would count as an understood contract. Of course, we have to yet to discover which, if any, company this was sent to.

Sounds like I'll have to tap Brainy for some more forensics work. He hates it, you know. I'm pulling in favors left and right on this.
