With a flurry of his robes, Daven came back to his office. "Taka, welcome to First Squad. I've watched you sparring and I see a lot that I like. "Over in the Squad barracks for everyone, please find a place and settle in." Daven acknowledged his bow and went back into his office to start running the war.

Maxi stealthily enters Daven's office via the front door and smiles warmly at the commander, "Here are the robe you requested sir, everything is 'enhanced' like you asked, especially the sandals." Maxi slowly places the crate on the ground and turns heading for the door.

Raising his head smoothly to face the daunting man, Taka put on a very subtle grin as he put a palm to chest. "I will attempt to spare you the normal routine that I'm sure you hear from every other man who walks through here," he explained. "I'm sure you here nothing but sucking up all day from your subordinates. So, I will just say that I look forward to serving under you and am positive that I will gain great things from here. I appreciate the compliment as well. I will leave you to your duties now, be aware that I am always willing to do as you ask." Not waiting, Taka decided that it would be best to leave the man to his work, not wanting to be a bother. Turning swiftly, he made for the door and headed out, intending to see the barracks and hopefully work from there. He would likely need to train in order to be noticed in such an elite squad as the First.

Tadashi suddenly bursted through the door and kneeled on one knee. "Sir! 6th seat, Tadashi. I heard of the red alert! What are your orders?!" Tadashi bowed his head lower in respect. Sweat slowly dropped from his chin from running to squad 1.

Tadashi sprung up in attention. "Yes sir!" Tadashi replied in an instant from his Captains request. Without wasting another second, he dashed out the door and headed to find his colleagues.

Hayashi appeared in Captain Daven's office sitting in one of the chairs as he looked around, "I might as well join this squad. I'm not even supposed to be in squad 10 I don't have an elemental shikai or bankai. Plus there's a very interesting unseated member here and I'm hoping I'll be able to get a chance to work with him" Hayashi thought as his crimson eyes seemed to observe the entire office taking in all aspects of it. "I don't expect Daven will be back I assume he's still on earth, but I can wait I'm in no hurry" Hayashi thought as he waited for something to happen

((OOC: After the war plot.)) Kara Iji, a man that had impressed many teachers and students alike within the academy. Within just a matter of months he’d learned all of the Shinigami disciplines, cleansed a hollow by himself, and performed countless Soul Burials on Earth. It was just a matter of months after the war where countless warriors had fallen to the massive hordes that belonged to Hogosha and Aizen. He was automatically accepted into first squad and was rumored to be watched closely by Daven himself within the Shinigami Academy. It did’t worry him but gave him fuel to push his own boundaries to learn everything he could at an excelled rate. Being the first Shinigami to graduate with top grades within each class, and to graduate within the shortest time…
Rumors gave him little renown however, not many shinigami barely noticed him and none talked about him. He was simply another shinigami that had learned everything he needed to know extremely quickly. Other than his ability to learn quickly, Kara was a simple unseated Shinigami. Though he shadowed the ranked officers quite often, he never performed any duty that would bring attention to himself.
The door was already opened and another shinigami awaited within, though he had memorized most of the faces and names of the shinigami within first squad he couldn’t place a name or a face on this particular man. Though it didn’t matter he simply slid the door shut and waited outside for the two men’s conversation to be completed. It was rude to barge in on any of the captains conversations. Before the door shut Kara simply nodded towards the man. A small friendly grin played across his lips then with a click the door shut.
Turning away he looked back out into the yards of first squad. The building itself was U shaped with the captain’s office sitting on the top floor. The captains office within first squad overlooked all of the shinigami territory within Soul Society. Sighing simply because he had nothing else to do Kara felt slightly nervous because he had to approach the Grand General Captain. Lowering his head his eyes shut as the last portion of breath left his lungs. Then he let his thoughts overwhelm his conscious and fell into a slight trance thinking back on all of the lessons he had learned. ’A shinigami is not defined by the talent of his blade, or the quickness of his foot, but by the deeds he has performed and the feats he has learned.’

Hayashi smiled as he saw the boy. He disappeared appearing behind Kara right before the door had shut, "Your welcome to go in. Your in the squad so you do have the right to enter first" Hayashi said sitting behind him. Hayashi knew Kara and had heard of him and realized they were a like. Hayashi was a Vice Captain but after his rank was given up and he became unranked no one seemed to notice him. Hayashi had even managed to fight the 2nd espada and stay alive only sustaining a broken arm, but yet again no one noticed. Though Hayashi didn't care, he liked being underestimated as it was one of the ways he managed to survive his encounter witht eh 2nd espada. He sighed as he stood behind the boy his right forearm in a splint as his entire arm had just gotten out of a sling. His crimson eyes stared intently at Kara examining the boy awaiting his response. Hayashi was very interested in the new shinigami, "Hmmm, I guess I should be lucky I don't think I would have survived much longer when I was fighting the 3rd espada. I was surprised at how easy he released his zanpakuto. I wouldn't have been able to keep up with this arm" Hayashi thought as his stared became dull showing he was deep in thought on a certain topic. "I'm Hayashi by the way" Hayashi said waking from his trance as he waited to see if the boy would give Hayashi his name.

The man vanished from view and as the door shut he turned and his eyes shot open quickly to see the other standing in front of him. He was just on the other side. Perhaps it was a trick. A smile crept across his face and he beamed a surprised grin at the other as he motioned for him to enter the building. Chuckling nervously he nodded respectively at the stranger. His hands where folded over his chest within the loose sleeves of his Gii. Though he took no part in the War effort to save Yuki and Onalim he heard many great feats from some of the most unknown shinigami. Being unknown didn’t matter, it didn’t matter if you where the most known person in Soul Society as long as you did your job. Kara didn’t mind if he did or didn’t have renown, if any opponent was stupid enough to doubt any person based on their seat and rank, wasn’t worthy of being an opponent at all. At many times in the battle field Kara had read that unseated members had beaten seated members flat out because of technique and the ability to adjust to any given situation.
Listening to the man he cleared his throat and attempted to speak his name, but found that all he could utter was the first letter of his name, ”Ka…” Clearing his throat again he shifted in spot as he looked back up blushing slightly, ”I’m Kara.” Grinning and his blushing cheeks faded away he finished, ”Nice to meet you Hayashi.” Bowing again nervously he stood upright quickly looking at the man.

Hayashi sighed, "Don't do the whole bowing thing to me, I hate the whole respect crap it's not necessary" Hayashi said in a clinical making sure he wouldn't make it seem like he was mad. Hayashi looked at Kara as a question popped into his mind, "What's the highest kidou you can perform?" Hayashi said as this was usually the first question he asked a person when he was aquanted with them. Hayashi eagerly awaited the answer as he liked to compare himself to others. Though if Hayashi were back at his Vice Captain rank he would have already mastered all kidou available. Unfortunately he hasn't been able to continue his training due to the battle's on earth and Hayashi's recent arm injury.

Not bowing back was like rejecting some one’s hand shake, though it was completely harmless in itself, like many other individuals Kara was a traditionalist, dispite his seeming youth he practiced common courtesy when interacting with people in general. Because of his age he was required by Japanese rules to respect elders and to bow deeper than his superiors, only when and if he gained a seat he needed to bow lower than most other shinigami. But not to be given a bow in return completely crushed him, a flush of red covered his cheeks and instently his smile faded to more of a frown. Folding his arms over his chest to put up a personal barrier and to show a respectful annoyance with Hayashi.
Simply enough he looked back towards the door noticing before that the captain wasn’t in his office, ”Both Hado and Bakudo up to number ten. And…” Looking back to Haya with a sarcastic grin, ”Mirror Gate…” he was proud to know all twenty one spells, it proved that he actually paid attention in the Shinigami academy seeing that seated officers where receiving help learning some of the most basic Kidou. Looking back to Haya his frown softened as he looked back to Haya, ”Why?” he asked flatly.

When Hayashi saw the red on the boys cheeks he sighed, "Oh no, don't take it the wrong way Kara I just don't bow. I mean we can high five or hand shake but bowing just never really fit me. I mean Don't get me wrong You seem very skilled and I'm interested in your potential I just never saw a point behind bowing" Hayashi said rubbing the back of his neck. "I just like seeing what everyone knows in the whole kidou section. I wish I could learn more but with the recent conflicts it's hard to get a trainer" Hayashi said looking at Kara, "So what field do you want to advance in?" Hayashi said wondering what was Kara's passion as a Shinigami. This boy seemed to interest him a traditional unseated shinigami was something that most captain would be proud of, as more unseated Shinigami were rude and burst through the door or demanded training so arrogantly. Hayashi stood awaiting Kara's answer with an interested look on his face
