Nalini came out of the portal a few seconds after the Captain, and wandered over to him. Feeling unusually cheerful, she placed an arm around his waist and smiled.

*Hopping on the driver's side, MK started the engine and it roared to life, mimicking the sounds o the blowing desert wind*
We've got a good 70 Kilometers or so until we get... there.

Nalini clambered into the passenger's seat, and glanced over at MK.

*Moving along at incredible speed, the buggy hopped over dunes like nothing at all. The Great forest came into view just over the Horizon, and the sun burned brightly high in the sky. It was a slight shade of blue...*

Nalini bounced about in her seat slightly as they drove on, and her hand accidentally fell on MK's thigh.
'Oh! ...Sorry,' she said, and hastily removed it.

We'll be there shortly now... I must warn you though, the entrance is a bit, well... It might look like we're going to cross though a very very small place.
