Walking beneath the waterfall, Eulalie took a seat inside the dojo. Her eyes still hidden beneath her hood but tears obviously visible running down her cheeks. "Why blood? Why of all things?" She started shaking as the Ice cat moved toward the entrance to the dojo. Her hood fell back revealing her now bright orange hair and fangs the same glowing eyes seemingly painfully fighting a transformation and losing. "Mother of Nature, please guide and protect those whom you have plans for. Keep the others strong to face the monster I am. Wise enough to preserve the person I was..." At that point she let out a loud roar which reverberated through the Dojo and outside the waterfall.

Some distance away inside the dojo there was a loud bang an a cloud of smoke, followed by a fit of coughs. As the smoke clears it reveals what looked to be a 15 year old girl. There was a strong emphases on the "look" however for she did in fact have skin that looked as if it was made out of polished wood and hair that consisted of grass. She was dressed in a black dress covered by a black cape with a black which hat on the top of her head. She very much had the appearance of a young which. She reached underneath her hat and scratched her head. "I guess I used too much smoke powder in that. Its not going to be very impressive if I keep coughing like that. Lets see how this one works." Poa produces another vial from a pocket inside her cape and makes ready to smash it on the ground when she hears a roar from near the entrance. Curious, she dashes over to where the sound had come forth and is met by quite the surprise. "Ahh, theirs a tiger here! Shoo tiger, you don't belong here! Shoo!" The girl makes little shooing gestures at the tiger not realizing how ridiculous she must look right now.

Stalking around the odd wooden girl the were tiger seems to be scoping the best plan of attack, its eyes denoting nothing of the person she had been moments before. Zigzagging quickly She prepared to claw the girl apart while a twinge of pain could be felt in the back of its mind.

"Ahh" the girl screams as the tiger lunges in to attack. Instinctively she throws up her mana shield to protect herself from the creatures fearsome blows. The girl is knocked off her feet by the tiger but it is unable to pierce through her mana barrier. She stands back up and faces her assailant. She speaks to the beast as if it can understand English. "Bad tiger, I can't allow you to hurt anyone. This is your last warning. Leave now or I will be forced to take action." The girls wooden looking hands begin to glow with energy as if to emphasize her threat.

((Yeah when it comes to transformation do you continue to accrue ap/mp while transformed or do you stop till you return to normal?))
Shaking off as though having hit a wall the were tiger moves toward the back of the dojo and stares out of the dim light at the wooden girl. It seemingly doesn't blink, just stares at Poa as though reading her soul.

Poa intensely watches the tiger making sure to keep herself facing it at all times. As it stalks into a corner of the room, Poa back into the opposite corner as well. The energy dissipates from her hands as She slumps down and lets out a sigh. She could feel her little heart racing. She kept her eyes locked on the beast, ready to react at a moments notice. "What am I to do with you."

After a few moments the first light near the corner went out as the sconce holding the torch is knocked toward Poa. As well as the second and third till the whole corner was pitch black. The ice cat moved toward Poa and rolled over at her feet its legs in the air.
((Ok thanks, also as your character seems far stronger than mine it wouldn't have been a fair training fight at all. Unfortunately like the ice cat I'm going to have to roll over on this one.))

((alas this is the weakest character I have. I guess I could make up an npc for you to spar if you would like to practice against something more at your cp level. hmm is it's poa's corner that went black or the tigers? Also I'm curious, is the ice cat actually made of ice or is it a normal looking cat.))
Poa let out a squeak as the lights begin to go out. She made her hand once again glow with energy and held it in the tiger's direction in hopes of catching the glint of its eyes. To her surprise a strange cat looms into her vision from the darkness. As it plops in front of her she resists the urge to pet it. "Kitty, where did you come from! There's a tiger in here! It will eat you!"

Heavy breathing could suddenly be heard which slowed down to a regular pace as Eulalie Walked into view strange wards covering her as she replaced her robes and sat down next to the ice cat. "Beautiful isn't he? His name is Siegfried." She began to scratch his stomach as it purred rather loudly an icy mist coming from his mouth. "Ice cats are famous in the mountains northwest of Miyr. They are self sufficient and capable of harnessing the elements, specifically cold. They also make great deterrents for larger monsters as they have a natural scent in their dander that calms all those around them. They only produce it when under stress though. Siegfried is a big help when I need to heal someone who is shocked or terrified." Eulalie stood and held out a hand to the odd girl whom Siegfried was so fond of. "My name is Eulalie Whitecrest, Its a pleasure to make your acquaintance."

The dryad girl reaches out and gingerly takes Eulalie hand. Despite its wooden appearance it is soft to the touch and trembling. The girls eyes staid fixed to the spot of darkness where the tiger had been. Apparently her tough act in the face of the beast had been just that. As Eulalie helps her to her feat she grabs her which hat were it had fell off and places it back on her head. This made her appear taller the the 5'3" she really was. She lets out a long drawn out sigh as she collects herself. Her high pitched voice returned to its usual cheery nature. "Greeting I am Poa Areathos of the Areathos noble family. You will have to forgive me but I just faced off with a tiger and it left me a bit flustered. However the lights went out and he must have fled for he was in that corner you approached from. Perhaps your little friend here scared him off." She smiles and bends down to pet Siegfried on its exposed tummy. "I wonder if we should alert someone."

"A tiger?" Eulalie said as her voice seemed to shiver. "The tiger is my families curse. It stalks the Whitecrest family, killing them off one by one." She said this as if referring to an old story but there was a look of concern in her eyes as though she didn't think it was simply a story. "It may well have been my brave Siegfried that scared the beast away." With a smile she picked up the ice cat and held it in her arms. "I'm new to the city of Miyr and am relatively alone. Perhaps you can help me?"

"Hmm I see. Perhaps that tiger was here for you after all. In that case we need to find you some where safe to stay." She seemed to contemplate this problem for a moment before blurting out excitedly. "I know, you can come stay at my families manor! There's plenty of room there! I don't think my Father would mind. At least I don't think he will deny me if I ask." She says with a giggle.

A strange break in the waterfall's normal droning can be heard as Ivan passes through the current. He doesn't seem too surprised to see people within the dojo, though he does look intrigued...possibly as to why they're here. Ivan spies the woman, Eulalie and speaks to her gently. "Greetings, Child. What brings you to my new abode?" He then turns to Poa, "And you as well...hmm...An adolescent Dryad perhaps?" The waterfall parts again as a deep voice rumbles through the cave "Not quite...though it'll work for all intents and purposes." The horse-sized, red dragon Demetry walks into the dojo, shaking like a cat to remove the water from his scaly hide.

"Your the man I met at the tavern aren't you?" Eulalie Asks as she puts a hand to her throbbing head. "The friend of the one who was injured?" She smiles while trying to fix her ruffled clothing, and looks over to Poa. "I would love to stay with you and yours, I'm a healer so I can definitely pull my own weight. That and I'm afraid to be alone while that beast is near."

"Yes, I am." Ivan replies, "I should mention that Vincent often opened this place as a place of training, so if you desire I will take up that cause. Let me know if you need instruction. I'll be in the back setting up shop..." Ivan then heads to the back of the cavern, replacing and relighting the torches as he goes.
