Kuruu exited his lab, yawning, as he wondered where 264 could've gotten off to. Deciding to check his lab, Kuruu walked down the corridor, searching for Lab 301. 260......270......290.....301!, he thought, counting off the numbers of the lab, until he reached 264's research space. Knocking on the door, he said, "264? It's Kuruu...I have some interesting experiment results that you may want to take a gander at!"

*264 half sleeping awakens and opens door to Lab, He isn't wearing any shirt or LabCoat*
Hey Kuruu... I'm about to pass out. But I'll take a look at your findings. Whats up?

Kuruu threw the huge pack of papers onto 264's desk, from the door. "They're findings on Werewolf DNA compared to Grunny DNA. The transmission information is all written in there...That's very important info. I've found how the DNA information is transferred to the other animal, in each case. There are similarities with each case, yet a huge difference in the relevance of the victim to both animals. It's all in there; send me a message on my G-PDA when you've read it, l'm forwarding the file to a few other Geneticists...I thought it would be relevant to your Grombie research. I was planning on discussing it with the others in the lounge during lunch, if you'd care to join us." The package of papers consisted of 850 pages of DNA observations, chemical codes, and comparisons between the Grunny's symbiotic relationship with the victim and the werewolf's relationship with the victim; prey. "By the way, Alphy brought me this..." Kuruu reached behind him, and pulled out the remains of a torn-up G9 Laptop. "I believe it's yours, 264."

*Waking up from a deep sleep 264 heads to the showers in the Lab*
*As he passes by his desk he notices Kuruu's THICK packet of papers sitting on his desk. On top lays a small piece of his old G9*
That table sure did some work on that Laptop... What Kuruu found could be a major turning point in my research project...
*264 thought to himself as he entered the shower, Gex followed him in*
Time to get nice and clean for todays activities huh Gex.
*He said to the Grunny as he started the water and stepped in*
*264 sits down at his desk after dressin and begins thumbing thru the papers making notes in his G9 as he goes*

*264 decides to take a break from his work and walk around the facility*
I think I'll head to the Arena first...
*264 and Gex enter the elevator leading down to the Arena, the door shuts and all is quiet on Level 3, well as quiet as it can be with all the animals*

(dingus stumbles into the lab) yawn... man why do i get so tired when i sleep in the bunkers (grabs a clip board and takes note of the grunny he tested the day before) no side effects, looks like dairy is good for the lil' buggers. (leaves the lab to go eat and wash up)

*264 exits Lab 301 and heads towards outdoors*
I need to figure out what the key ingredient to attach the DNA to for transfer... We are so close yet SO far...

I'm ready to hit the hay... Long day tomorrow... Maybe I'll get a breakthrough finally... I hope Nomana picks up her Chocobo, that damn screeching is getting annoying...
*264 walks into his small office inside Lab 301, shuts and locks the door and turns out the lights*

Kuruu had been in his office for a while, working on his Laptop. He wished he had brought another thermos of coffee, because he was growing more tired by the minute. He was close to another genetic breakthrough, and if he didn't remember his findings, he'd probably forget them for a month or two. Just two....more....sentences... he thought feebly, tapping away slowly at the keyboard. Suddenly, his head fell straight onto the computer's keyboard, and a message popped up on the screen. Computer Shutdown Would what would you like to do?
Shut down Restart Log off 0040 Cancel
If no action is taken, then the computer will shut off in 30...29...28... Sleeping soundly, Kuruu snoozed his hard work away.

(walks into the lab, turns on the lights and heads to the fridge) looks like no one has come today. oh well ill just have to experiment in solitude. (takes out a juicy steak from the fridge and grabs the butter and other seasonings.) lets see now (grabs a clipboard with grunny numbers on it.) how bout #s 105, 107,109, and 111.you'll be my subjects for today. (dingus cuts the steak into 4 equal portions. and takes them to the kitchen outside the lab. He returns with 4 cooked pieces of meat each seasoned differently) #105, you will have the normal piece with nothing on it. #107, you will have the steak cooked with pepper. #109, has the salted steak, and #111 you get the buttered steak. (he give each of the grunnies their steak in the cages and waits for the results)
