It's not coming back. Even if it's being aired again in Japan, the Japanese licencing was never pulled. The American licencing was pulled. If it were going to be coming back there would have been announcement at all the cons this last year or two and there hasn't been.
Unless someone can convince Naoko Takeuchi that they are going to have more respect for her work, I'm afraid were out of luck.

But would the new dvd sets have Eng subs on them? besides that if Toei were to let the usa rerun Sailor Moon. after so long they should have it under them since they have all ready. let a magical girl anime know as Pretty Cure out over in Canada. they have a English site up for Toei with some other shows up as well on the site. if Toei wants to release new dvds to the rest of the world. not have it mess up like before for some of us. they should try to make a deal with the other country's is what I say.

I'm in the process of developing anime layouts for Gaia Online and Friendster, and then the rest after. Sailor Moon layouts are definitely on the short list.
