I'm their boss. I see the illegal transactions, and keeping the company's best interest in mind and out of trouble, I put all of them in suspension without pay. The other workers work well and the total product will rise and the company will be much more efficient than before.

I'm the intern, I forgot to do my job and wash the tools that were just recently used on a patient with AIDs...

I'm faulty test results, that person didn't have AIDs just a simular pathogen that the computor sometimes mistakes for AIDs.

I'm the person who made the faulty software for Aids ditection. I blame the mistake on a collegue so he gets fired instead.

I'm the rest of the team that made the software. We search through the code to find what was wrong, and find that the wrong person was fired when we find the mistake in the area that the person who blamed the other person's code. We quickly fix that mistake

I'm a hired hacker, I take the main evidence/ the faulty coding/ and tweek it so that it looks like the person who was fired was supposed to be fired.
