"um Hi. I'm Kairi." She said slightly confused. "What's a cosplayer? And are you alright?"

"Oh, I forgot." Akiko sighed. "Well, I'll explain later, Kairi. And Mika, yes, Riku's here, but we'd probably go better make sure Kiante is okay. I just called him...I told him to come here, but he sounded like he was in trouble..."
Akiko bit her lip and trailed off, forgetting what she was going to say and instead leading the way out of the room.
"Once we get back to the Square-Enix building, I'll let King Mickey explain. I suck at explaining stuff."
She came to an abrupt halt right at the Red Room. Because there was Kiante.
Akiko stood still for a moment, then squealed girlishly. "Kiante! You're okay! And there's your brother!" She resisted the urge to pull everyone into a giant group hug, which was weird, because she wasn't really one for physical displays of affection.

Kairi looked at the boys confused before turning back to Akiko. "We should really go and find the king. But who are you?" She asked looking at the boys.

Sora looked like he'd just been punched in the stomach, but automatically followed the King. Leaving Kairi had felt wrong, and here was the confirmation. What if something happened to her? He picked up the pace even further, sprinting off in the direction he'd seen them leave in when he glanced back on his way to the building. Nothing would happen. He'd get there, and everything would be fine.

Riku followed, on autopilot. His eyes only betrayed him for a second, but in that second, they were absolutely furious, not at Sora or the King, but with himself. He kept telling everyone that he was different, that he'd accepted both the darkness and the light within himself, that he could keep the dark in check; yet here he was, doing exactly what he'd done on the island, putting his friend in danger for what he considered the greater good.
The next moment, he'd pushed this to the back of his mind; this wasn't the moment for self-recrimination. "So what are we dealing with?" he asked.

Will was silent, his mouth hanging open, while Kiante squeaked out a "Hi." And raised his hand a bit, a pathetic attempt at a wave. He cleared his throat, corrected his posture, and said more strongly, "I'm Kiante. This is my brother Will. And you...you're Kairi..." Kiante said, still amazed at what he was seeing.
"Bro...she's even hotter in person." Will said.
"Will!" Kiante scolded, "Be more civil!" He said sternly, even though he knew he agreed and his face was getting flushed red.

"Um...Thanks you?" kairi replied a little flattered. "It's a pleasure to meet you. But we really should hurry back to see the King and who knows what Sora and Riku are doing without me there to watch them." She smiled slightly at the last part.

"The King?" Kiante asked, wondering who she was talking about. Then it hit him, and he gasped, "You mean THE King? King Mickey? He's here too?! This is...unreal..."
"Mickey's here? Awesome!" Will exclaimed. "When can we go meet him?!"

Kairi was getting more and more confused. "We should get going. There's no telling how long he'll stay around and i have a few questions to ask him myself.

Kiante chuckled, "Heh, yeah, you're right. He IS always wanting to disappear. We should get going then." Kiante turned to the door, "Oh, and do you all have weapons? We'll obviously need to be able to defend ourselves, right?"
"I got my daggers." Will said.
"Good, and I've got this blunt sword. Mika, you've got your cards, and you've got some kind of staff Akiko. And Kairi's got her Keyblade. I think we'll be okay." Kiante said, mostly talking to himself.

Mika raised a fine brow before tossing the bag she'd packed for herself and Akiko at Kiante. she really didn't care for the king, not only because he was a mouse, something she was deathly afraid of, but his name as well. Mickey? How much did his parents hate him? It was like naming you child Baldwin!
"You should carry those," she spoke unfeeling to the younger boy, "least you desire misfortune."
Mika really hadn't had to carry anything a day in her life, though she had a distinct feeling that was all about to change. besides, it wouldn't do to show up in front of the silver haired god all sweaty and gross.
"We'll take the elevator you seem to have forgotten about."

The longer Kairi stayed with them the more she saw why she thought the king said this world was different. It was certainly a challenge, but she knew that she'd never be able to get home if it wasn't solved.

Mika turned to Kairi and lifted her brow. "You are a bit, quieter than one would expect." The elavator dinged and it's doors opened. "I do hope you haven't broken anything on the way up here."
we should destroy some things since it will upset my mother.
