Cleyra was pretty. But then it got destroyed, and Mideel was such a cute little town. sad
Anyway, Besaid has wonderful scenery, but so does Cosmo Canyon. I like Bhujerba, but I don't like heights. (Though apparently, you can survive falling off.) Balfonheim Port or the Black Mage Village would probably be a lot of fun. Geez, this is tough.

Those are the places i'd live from FF7 To FF 10-2

If i had to choose where to live in FF i would love to live in Zanarkand or Midgar.

Rabanstre from FFXII. I just love the hustle and bustle of cities and markets, and i could travel to the plains pretty easily

I'm living in post-FFX-2 Spira.
Why?
For one thing, no Sin.
No Vegnagun.
The world doesn't get annihalated (FF6) or almost destroyed (FF7).
It's just a carefree place to explore and stuff.
