Rain sat on the coffee table next to his leg. "What happen to it?" She asked. Her voice was soft and beautiful. Almost like a melody or song.

Kinra turned his face with a sudden surge of sorrow till he could anser at all.
"werewolves....... I broke in..... in to one of their covens... stole some food and made a run for it... one got my leg pretty bad..... they didn't trust me because... I'm different, when I'm in wolf form I can control myself, I can even speak normally...." he sighed
Kinra grazed a finger down to a hole in the wound that was just above his knee cap.
"Shotgun.... one had one at the time and shot me.... they actually shot their own kind..." he whimpered

Rain focused on the whole and slowly the bullet came out of the hole all covered in blood. Rain stood up and grabbed some guaze and wrapped it around his leg, being as gentel as possible. Her fingers lingered a bit longer than needed and she gave him a smile. "I'm really sorry. Is there anything more I can do to help?"

The young wolf winced at the bullet come out and took slow but calm breaths at a time so he didn't enrage himself.
After listening to the Rain's question, Kinra only sighed and shook his head.
"No.... the rest of the pains I'll get over in a day....." he grimaced
Kinra stuck out a flat palm with a weak smile, trying his best to be polite.
"Well heres your part of the deal, friends?" he weakly smiled over the pain

Rain smiled again but this time with her eyes, they almost seemed to sparkle. "Friends."

Kinra gently took her hand with his when she seemed to have zoned out, he shook it gently then rested back on the couch, wanting to howl out in pain but kept his temper under pressure and took deep breaths with the gaughs still absorbing the blood that was the last of what would heal.
"Thank you Rain.... your about the kindest..... vampire I've ever met" he grinned weakly

"Thanks" Rain stood up and dissappeared into the bathroom. The door was left open. Rain opened the medicne cabnet and three different bottles fell out hitting her. A stream of curse words slipped out of her mouth, quietly. She picked them up and found one that said pain-relief on it. She took two tiny white pills of out the bottle and walked back towards Kinra. "Here this should help with the pain."

Kinra went to gently take the pills from her hands until he looked at his claws, instead of taking the pills he gently tipped her hand gently with his and let the pills roll of in to his hand, he quickly took his hand away nervously and swallowed he pills before he could get the taste of them in his mouth.
"Sorry about that..... I... I was worried I might cut you..." he muttered nervously

Rain was surpirsed by this small act of kindness. She nodded and yawned. Her hair fell infront of her face and she left it there hanging.

Kinra chuckled at Rain's sudden surge of sleepiness and stood up, limping on his one leg.
"Want me to help you to your bed?"
Kinra picked up Rain like a damsel in distress and gently carried her in to the room where he found the only bed, he laid her down gently and leaned back against the wall.
"How's that?" he smiled

Slein walked into the main lobby. He walked up to the counter and started asking about an apartment. He had plenty of money. He gained a large inheritence a week before he was turned and you'd be surprised how little money you need to spend alone as a vampire.

Kinra grinned and pulled up the sheets over Rain and out-of-nowhere gave her a soft kiss on the forehead before making his way to the door.
"Sleep well.... I guess I;ll stay here for tonight, I'll sleep on the couch, sweet dreams Rain" he smiled before shutting the door behind him
Kinra limped over to Rain's front door of her apartment, he locked every lock on the door, if Rain was to be caught with a werewolf in her apartment what was going to happen?
He silently limped to the couch and let out a sigh of comfort as he curled up on the couch and closed his heavy eyes and too went to sleep.

Rain was going to say something back but she closed her heavy eyelids and fell asleep. She tossed and and turned.
Rain walked up to her a group of vampire. They were all whispering and pointing at her, but the dream Rain seemed oblivious.
"Hi" She said meeky.
"You smell of dog" One said he showed his face and blood oozed down his mouth.
"I helped one" Dream Rain said again unaware of the danger. The group of vampires suddenly attacked her and she fell to the floor begging for them to stop. She tried to fight but it was no use. It was one agaisnt seven. Rain felt pin pricks everywhere. And then one in her neck. She let out a gasp
Rain awoke gasping. She looked around her and she was now on the floor and she was covered in sweat. Rain got up and looked at the time. 7:30. Rain headed to the bathroom and shut the door. She peeled off her stickly clothes and let the water run on her bare cold skin. She raised the temperture so it was burning hot. Rain ran her fingers through her pink hair and then got out of the shower covered in a towel. She quickly got dressed and leaned agaisnt the wall. She watched as Kinra slept.
