"Alright I am, as I do not feel. The butterfly changes like a color wheel." Her eyes drifted to his as they walked up the small hill."I do not control it's change of visual notions; It chooses it's color according to it's host's emotions."Avrora paused, and in a flitting movement, had pulled her parasol out of her obi with her loose hand, and while it was still closed, stabbed it into a large mass of shrubbery near her. Lifting the parasol so that it was parallel to the earth, she swung it slowly around in front of her to where it was in front of Lan. The little black mass of hissing and growling fur that was clinging on the end of the parasol spit and snapped at Avrora viciously. "A fox is what this demon is. Saiai is the name of this little Ms.?"

Seening a black fox on Avrora's parasol, Lan paused for a minute staring at the creature as it viciously attacked Avrora "Ye- .... yes thats Saiai..." Grabbing the animal by the turf of it's neck only to pull her away from Avrora as well as himself Lan watched as Saiai struggled to bite the hand that had ahold of her. "Easy Saiai, calm down girl." Watching as Saiai turned her head looking straight at Lan as if she was in a calm state of mind, Lan slowly began to lower her back down towards the ground only to see the creature quickly snapping once at his face before being lifted high once more, growling.

She watched his struggle with the small creature, her grip on his arm never wavering. She did, however, unhook her arm from his so that she could put her parasol back and outstretch her hands towards the angry fox. A blood red butterfly, out of the group that appeared to follow Avrora, fluttered towards Saiai; not caring if it hurt another butterfly. Landing on her head, the butterfly seemed to angrily stomp on the young fox's fur. "An angry fox is she, her lashing out is just a plea."She latched her clawed hands loosely around the obviously angry kit. Pulling her gently out of Lan's hands, she held the little black fox to her chest; right beneath her chin. The fox sputtered still, kicking at Avrora's Obi before her clawed feet began to hit nothing but mist. Realizing her anger wasn't causing any mirrored emotion, Saiai began to calm down. An abandoned fox is in my hands. Neglected by all of Time's sands." Her eyes drifted from the now cuddling fox to Lan. She let go of the fox with one hand, and gently curled her up with it so that she could hand the baby fox to him. "She found her daddy, that is no doubt. Don't ignore her into another fit of pout."

Taking the young kit from Avrora as a slight loving smile crossed his face. Watching as Saiai tilted her head to the side as if reconizing him Lan pressed the young kit to his chest with a single tear rolling from his cheek as Saiai snuggled her head into his neck in a loving manner.

She watched his actions silently as they came to a stop at the top of the hill. Gently, with one talon, she slid her hand out of the long sleeve and wiped the tear off of his cheek. Holding her hand in front of her, she turned her claw over to look at the dangling drop."Why shed a tear, if you are unhurt? Did her claws cut you, despite your shirt?"She let the tear drop from her nail to the ground as she looked at him. Watching the baby fox lick his chin and neck, she tentatively raised her hand and stroked down the fox's back. Deciding that standing here watching the actions of a man and his kit with confusion was not her best interest, she pointed to the lodge at the bottom on the hill; the lake next to it too. "The lodge is what we have suddenly found. The one ahead of us is only your hound."She began to walk to the lodge, her hand tucked back into her sleeve and hung at her side as she walked; leaving him behind. The hound was already laying next to the tree nearest the lodge. " I room I am getting; A bath I do want. For you i would guess, food is a good taunt."

"No no, i'm fine its just I knew I was forgetting something, and I feel really guilty for leaving her." Kissing the cheek of the animal as he watched Avrora continue ahead of him towards the lodge, Lan followed closly behind her with his head leaned on Saiais. Hearing Avrora's words before she made her way inside the lodge "I will find something to eat then, for now I think i'll just sit out here for awhile." Lowering himself on the porch staring at the young kit in his hands, Lan smiled as the Saiai playfully grabbed ahold of his knuckle, playfully nawing on it as a low chuckle was heard from Lan. "...Still quite a beautiful night out tonight."

The red butterfly that was on Saiai disappeared, now replaced with a cool blue one. Avrora paused, turning to look at him. "I do not need an entire room to myself. Room with me, The bed will be to yourself."She looked at him expectantly, waiting for him to stand up and follow her into the lodge. She watched the fox playfully roll around in his lap."A bath you probably need as well. If you have an objection, please do tell."

Giving a grin, Lan slowly raised himself to his feet only to turn to look at Avrora "No I don't have any objections." Walking over towards the door, holding it open "Ladies first?" giving a smile to her Lan slowly lowered his gaze down towards Saiai watching as the young kit playfully grabbed ahold of the sleeves of his coat.

She nodded, her mask still on her face. She stepped through the door swiftly, easily slipping off her bamboo sandals into the shoe holder as she did so. Several butterflies fluttered out of nowhere to hold the door for him in turn. "Food you need as you are human. Being made from emotions, I am nonhuman." She stepped up the one stair onto the tatami mat floor and turned to survey the room in just enough time to see a red haired man dash up the stairs.

".....I look human, but really I'm not." Stepping through the door only to take a minute to look around, Lan placed Saiai on the floor only to remove his coat and hat placing them on a coat rack. Hearing a dash of foot steps Lan quickly turned his head looking towards Avrora before glancing up the staircase.

She nodded respectively to his revelation that he was not human, she stepped forward; the butterflies that held the door disappeared. She stepped up to the bar and leaned onto the counter top while waiting for assistance so that she could get a room."The pool shall be my first stop. Is that activity, on your list, also on top?"

"Yea I think I could go for a swim, for a little while." Walking over next to her, Lan leaned over the counter only to reach under the bar. Feeling around for a certain bottle, Lan glanced up to Avrora before sititgn back on the stool with a wine bottle filled with a red liquid. "Is there anything that you would like Avrora?" Removing the cork from the bottle Lan turned his eyes towards a cupboard only to watch two glasses float towards the counter oe sittign infront of Avrora as well as himself. "Care for any wine, or would you like something different?" pouring the red liquid into his own glass Lan kept his gaze fixed on Avrora as he continued to hold hte bottle waiting for her decision.

"A body i have, Organs I don't. A drink i can't have, that fact is better known." She put the glass back in the cupboard using several butterflies, before walking around the bar so that she could write her name down in the large book and grab an appropriate key to a room. on the way towards the stairs, she paused when passing him. "I have discovered an issue with my previous plan. A bathing suit is what I forgot when a plan I began."

Taking a sip from his wine glass as he watched Avrora put the glass away as well as writing her signature in the large book. Lowering his glass as she stopped next to him Lan slowly turned his eyes towards her listening to her words "I'm sure their maybe a pair in your room, I do believe." Getting up from his stool as he walked the wine glass over to the sink, Lan looked down at the very large book only to put his signature down as he grabbed his own room key before walking past Avrora making his way up the staircase.

"A listener you are not, this is what I have surmised. When I said 'share a room' I meant share the one I rented."She used her butterfly to nimbly take his key from him as she followed him upstairs. Continuing up the stairs, she reached the top before him. Opening the first door to her left with the key, she stepped into the doorway and beckoned him in. Placing the key on the side table by the door, she walked further in to survey her temporary environment. Taking in the bland dark grey walls, and straw colored tatami mat floor, she sunk down daintily onto the bed. "A bathing suit, provided, was not. What am I to do, while in such a distressing knot?"
