i have a question... my mum says that she doesn't have a problem with me being lesbian, but somehow, i don't believe her. she's always really negative about my girlfriend... me and my girlfriend were friends b4 we got together and she was fine with her then... why the sudden change? i have to lie to talk 2 shainaz (my girlfriend's gaia name) on the fone and say im talking to someone else... i hate it! whay can't she just accept both me and shainaz for who we are, not who she wants us to be?

its hard for a parent to beliave that their child likes a different sex than whats normal and it seems to me they always have the same question running through their heads. "Did I raise my child wrong, what did I do wrong?" at least thats what my parents are always thinking(they dont even know about this) have you tried sitting down with her and asking her if she finds something wrong about you falling in love, it doesn't matter what sex, its the fact that your happy. Your not suppose to live your parents lives, your suppose to live how you want to and if this what you want then maybe something should be done.

Yeah, i agree. If she wants what's best for you, you should make her realise that it dosn't matter what sex you are, just the fact that you love another person.

yeah, and even if she wont accpet it then (like what i do with my parents) tell her what you think about her attitude towards you and your personal life no matter the consconcies(sp?). YAY, I gave good advice! (i have experience with advice because I always get sucked into our peoples problems, Dont ask me why, cuz i dont know.)

I have a question
I've known i was bi for a while now. I've come out to all my close friends but never to...everyone, or ANY of my family. I know they'd be fine if i said i were lesbian but they've always had this attitude toward bi's like..."They're just desperate" and its killed me everytime they say that (they've all said those exact words) I need to find the confidence to talk to them because i'm tired of living in the closet. Anyone know how to treat this? I'm so afraid of my family thinking that i'm bi because i'm desperate when in reality i have no choice. Please help sweatdrop

Black_Rain Kage Tsuki Any tips to looking like a lesbien to other lesbiens but looking straight to those who aren't? Yeah somebody tell me how to do that too. 3nodding Though I think ... like there is a handerkief code. Like the bandanas you wear on your head. Like I think white = single lesbian? Or something like that. I'm not very sure ... but God knows that I rock my CareBear bandana when my hair is hit up ... yo! Hm. I look awfull with bandannas... Banana! sorry... Well, I'll try it I guys. Any wrap ideas? Maybe I'll just wear a "light on my feet" shirt. Wish those were real... (Do you know what light on your feet means? Left handed? I feel special for knowing!)

Don't worry about what other people think you look like. I know that's hard to do. Lesbians and gays and bis and quetionings all come in different colors, sizes, and clothing variations. You can try to do a stero typical lesbian and dress like a boy/gangsterthug/wear a suite all the time, but then you're fitting into the mold that society has made for you and me. I say dress however you want to, and not worry about if you look like a lesbian or not. If all else fails, join your local chapter of PLFAG or some GLBTQ youth group. They are there, they just can be hard to find. If you want, I can help you find one. PM with the city and state you live in. 3nodding

From my experiance appearing lesbian is an attitude, there are subtle signs.
God knows I don't look like a dyke ... if I did, I'd get more play.
Like when I'm checking out a chick, I am so obvious. I'm a total "rubber necker." It's at times embrassing. I literally stop dead in my tracks, bend over backwards, and check out her a**. I'm a total girl watcher. xp
When I'm at the Gay club ... some dykes will come up to me and say things like, "You know this is a Gay Club ... right?"
Cause I like to look pretty! I use to be a tomboy back in the day, I can get dirty, change break pads, but I like to dress pretty. (No dresses)
All in all unless you wanna rock the flannel, you're going to have to find a different way of expressing your lesbionic desires. xp

Please help sweatdrop well for one thing you can just sit down with the family member that you turst the most and ask if they can keep it on the down low and if they are ok with it ask them to help tell the others i had my grandma help me tell everyone else and only my dad is unsure of me and i have like 391 family members
