Drackio Laughs a bit and nods. "I had a feeling you did, I just wanted to be sure. He then sighs and looks at her as if looking into her soul a bit and smiles after a while, He lifts his head up and looks to the clock and blinks slightly. Then gets up. "Oh jeez I gotta go do something." He then stops and gives Ora another big dragon hug and smiles. "It was so good to see you again and later on while your staying, me and you are gonna do some hanging out and stuff okay." He says in an insisting tone and then sets her down and ruffles up her hair bit and bolts out the door. Ora went a bit stiff. "Yo, hon, love ya an all...but I'm kind of past the hugging stage." When he left, Ora let out a slight sigh of relief...she hated the ones that tried to look into her, tried to fix things. As if they could ever possibly understand.

*As Laurel climbs the stairs, her cloak slips back, revealing a sword at her hip. As she takes the last few steps up to the street, her appearance changes - her costume becomes normal street clothes, and her hair turns pure black. She looks around for a moment, getting her bearings, then heads west.*

Umbra straightened himself, and then looked around the kitchen. He glared at everyone, and then left, heading to the garden, which was slowly starting to acquire his decay. He spent so much time in there, that the man eating plants had grown accustomed to him, and no longer attempted to eat him. He sat down next to one, and rested next to it.

Ora shrugged, "School mostly. It was a tough school they sent me too, very tough. And what can I do but be the best, especially for my parents." She spoke the sentence with a dry lilt. She stood up and stretched, "I'm going to go unpack."
She walked out of the kitchen, but instead of heading to her room she walked to her parents room. Erica had walked outside to the garden, probably mourning the deadnought. Xeen was looking out the window.
Ora altered her form, appearing to be her mother in clothes, features, and voice. She walked into the room.
"In deep thought, love?" She walked around, keeping her distance. "Its about the impending....war....isn't it. Have you made a decision?"

*Makes himself a very big sandwitch then leaves the kitchen while eating it wonder to his room and finishes his sandwitch and get to work fixing his "flail hand"*
(making a prostetic peice to fit over his wrist, it is pretty much a metal gauntlet that covers his forarem and the end of his left "stub" at the end their will be a length of heavy duty chain about a foot long with a large heavy steel ball attached to it with numerous spikes welded onto it)

T00L ~Seth~ *Scrys Laurel and watches her as she exits hell* *Feeling eyes upon her, Laurel starts looking from side to side as she walks, searching for something invisible to others. Suddenly she sees a rippling from the corner of her eye. She turns toward it, down an alley. As she reaches the correct spot, the Shadow Cloak flares out, wraps itself around her, and collapses into nothingness. She reappears several blocks north of her former position, and continues west.*

Her little disappearing act was just making use of a wrinkle in space-time*
