Being on the first floor was a slight advantage, but not a very large one. Immediately outside Kaggy's window stood five members of Kyouya's secret police. They practically blocked out any sunlight that could have entered the room--minus two feet at the two of the window. Moving down the final five steps of the stairs, Kyouya headed to Kaggy's door. He was not at all pleased by this choice of hers. And if something did happen to her, he wouldn't exactly be all too pleased with himself for letting it occur.
The secret police suddenly stepped aside and disappeared from the window. The Shadow King was rather confused at this occurance, as they were to listen to any member of the Ohtori Family. Turning, Kyouya blinked when he saw his father striding towards him, his aid at his heels. He stopped just short of the youngest Ohtori and looked at him.
"Using my police to detain a resident here is against our policy," he said, looking at the boy.
"A patient was trying to escape despite the fact she just got out of surgery," he said, his features suddenly hardened. "I have the right to help someone that I learned is my family. Or were you going to keep this slight detail from me?" He gave his father a very hard glare, letting his words sink in.
A loud smack resounded in the hallway.

Now our only hope is for Kaggy to break out some serious fighting skills. Which, considering it's Kaggy, doesn't seem very far-fetched.))

The troups' heads all jerked around, looking down the hall behind Watari. Cely yelped at the resounding smack. "The hell?" She yelled, completely caught off gaurd. She silently cursed herself for leaving her glasses in her room; she couldn't see a thing.

Watari's eyes widened behind his glasses before he bowed slightly. "I'll find out. Wait here with Kaoru." That said he moved off to join Kyouya, once more aiming to be a silent support for the youngest Ohtori.
Kaoru blinked, surprised as well, although he wasn't certain just what was going on. Instead, he turned to Cely. "I suppose todays been a rather interesting day for you," he murmured, uncertain what he could say... especially after her earlier words.

Cely shook her head and grinned. "Actually, today's been one of my better days. Compared to life back in the U.S., today's been a bit boring." She felt like she had made him uncomfortable with what she had said earlier, so she chose to easy off. At least for a while. "And what about you? Everything alright? Y'know, aside from the chick getting shot?"

The Shadow King stood absolutely rigid as the slap had echoed through the hallway. His face was turned away from his 'father'; a large red mark started to appear on his cheek. His glasses, akin to the last time his father had slapped him, were on the floor.
The head of the Ohtori family looked at the boy, his eyes hidden behind his glasses. "Do not raise your voice to me, Kyouya. As head of this family I do what I must to maintain the face of this company. You must do the same and follow in your brother's footsteps," he said, dropping his hand. Nodding to his aid he then turned on his heel and headed up to the waiting elevator to go to his office.
The guards all disappeared the same they had appeared, leaving them standing in the hallway and in Kaggy's room. Several of the nurses and doctors within the vacinity quickly returned to their duties, not wanting to get fired by the senior Ohtori. They glanced at Kyouya as they moved about, nervous as to what his reaction might possibly be.
Without a word to anyone he knelt and picked up his glasses. Replacing them on his face, the Shadow King turned and headed down the hallway.

Watari wanted to say something to the older Ohtori, whom he'd known for about as long as he'd known Kyouya. Yet he kept his mouth shut and moved to follow his friend, walking silently beside him.
Kaoru frowned as he caught some of the conversation. Perhaps, it wasn't such a great idea to intrude on their home after all. Instead, he looked at Cely. "Its all right for the moment. With Hikaru sick and all, I've been staying at a hotel."

Cely shook her head in surprise. "When your brother's sick? That doesn't sound like you. I'd guessed you would stay with him, nurse him back to health." Kaoru, staying in a hotel? She couldn't have that. This worked out near perfectly, but maybe she shouldn't ask.

Kaoru shook his head. "I... don't want to be away from him. Our parents kind of insisted that we keep apart," Kaoru replied slowly, repeating what he was supposed to say. After all, how would it sound if he told the truth. That his brother hated him and had made quite a few threats that he would be better off forgetting about. Since his parents knew him as the more mature of the two, they had allowed him to move out of the house in order to calm his brother. "I miss him terribly and wish I could be helping him, but our parents figured one of us out of school was better than both of us."

Cely listened to the nervous tone in his voice. It probably wasn't the full truth-- Kaoru and Hikaru were to rebellious to simply go along with that. After a debate of whether to confront him on it, and a few looks at his eyes to clarify the lie, she huffed. "Well, regardless, I can't have you staying in a hotel. Especially when you can't be with your brother- it's brutal. How about you stay with me?" True, she could only fulfil her promise if Kyouya hadn't already prepared her an extra room in his home, but she would offer regardless. If she couldn't help, she knew for a fact Kyouya would force help on Kaoru himself.

Kyouya made his way down the hall and to the stairs. There was a flight of stairs leading down in which he took them immediately. He knew where everything was in this hospital, and new exactly where he was headed. As a boy he had always wandered around the hospital to explore and had thus found this basement area.
It was mostly storage and a place where extra gurneys and other items were stored. Turning down a few of the dark hallways, he finally made it to a place he normally went to; a place so he could just get away. Seeing that his normal gurney was there, along with the others lined up along the wall, Kyouya flopped down on his. Taking off his glasses, he placed them on a small ledge in the wall some distance below the high windows. He draped his arm over his eyes and listened to the normal hospital noises. Often times his surrogate mother could find him down here when he was trying to sleep after a long day at the hospital. Today he was trying to calm his breathing and get a grip on what he had learned today.

Watari followed slowly, silently, allowing him to do what he wanted to do. Once Kyouya had settled down, he came over to him, placing a hand on his shoulder. "Would you prefer to be alone, Kyo-kun?" he whispered quietly. "Or can I be of some help?"
Kaoru blinked, looking at the young woman beside him. "Really, that isn't necessary. After all, I've been in the hotel for a while now. Kyouya asked me to come stay with him, but he has a lot of people over as well. He doesn't need one more."
((Kaoru will be getting a bit of a different look for a little while. He's just gonna look like a different person. But don't worry... he'll come back like he always does... eventually.))

Kyouya was silent for a moment, thinking. "I don't know anymore," he said. He let silence fall between them once more, thinking about these new problems. "Right now, if you could find Kaoru and tell him he is still welcome at my house, that would be a big help," the Shadow King said.

Kaggy looked up to see a burly-looking security guard chasing her. I am not in the mood for a fight, she thought. Turning, she said, "Hey, remember Fuyumi? You know, your boss's daughter? Yeah, if you don't leave me alone, I'll sic her on you." Hoping the mere shock of hearing that would stop the guard, she turned tail and ran as fast as she could out of the hospital.

Alcy waited for about 30 seconds to give Kaggy a chance to escape, before she sighed and slumped forward a bit. "Well, there's nothing more we need to do here. Let's go." She grabbed the doorknob and swung outside with the door, barely maintaining her balance on one foot as she held herself up with her grip on the doorknob. "Too much excitement in one day for me, I'll tell ya what. Ah," she said as her eyes opened to see Kaoru talking with a girl who must have been from her school. "Kaoru-kun. Still here, are you?" She asked as she spun around, still maintaining her grip on the doorknob.
