Before Saki closed the fridge Eric grabbed an apple for himself. Biting into it he watched everyone in the kitchen.
"O.K." Tressa said to her sister's suggestion. Then she began to hop between her mother and grandma, whatching what they were doing.

As Seira finished the two sandwitches, she cut them into halfs. "Here, each sandwitch has a diffrent jelly so each of you have two diffrent halfs. Hope that made sence.." She said with a laugh, setting the plates down on the table.
Saki set down the two glasses of milk and sat down next to Tressa, eating her yogurt. "Mom, do you want something." She asked as she looked at Seira and then at Eric, "Do you want some of my yogurt, Eric? I wasen't as hungry as I thought."
Solemn took her place at the table and began to eat, "Mmmmmmm.."

Tressa sat down next to her sister and took a bite of her sadnwhich. "Yum!" she said happily and she kicked her feet under the table and swished her tail.
"Sure, I'll have some." Eric said walking over to the table.

She laughed at her two granddaughers, "I'll let you all be." Seira said as she walked out of the kitchen, smiling at them.
She finished her first half and took a sip of milk, happily swishing her tail back and forth.
"Here you go," She replied as she handed Eric the container and her spoon. "It's cherry.." Saki smiled at Eric.

Eric took the yogurt and put a spoonful in his mouth. "Mmm." he said as he sat down.
Tressa leaned into her sister and put her head on Solemn's shoulder. "Mommy, why doesn't granpa like Daddy?" she asked before taking another bite of her sandwhich.
Eric was glad he was eating Saki'd yogurt, or else he wuld have probably choked.

Saki looked at Tressa, eyes wide and mouth dry. "Uh, ask me when your older sweetie."
"Grandpa dosen't like daddy? Whats wrong with him?!"

Tressa cocked her head to one side. "Why, Mommy?" she asked. It seemed like a reasonable question. Then she turned to her sister. "I heard Daddy mumbling about it earlier. I don't know what would make him not like Daddy."
Eric now felt really awkward. Patting Tressa's head he said, "Oh that was nothing! You probably misheard me." he said, hoping she would believe this until she was older.
Tressa put down her sandwhich and crossed her arms. "No, I heard you say it. You said, "What can I do to get Saki's father to like me?" and you were pacing." she said.

She looked at her daugher with a smirk, slidding off her chair and made her way over to Eric. "Pacing? Mummbling to yourself? Hm..." Saki teased as she hugged him, just making fun.
Solemn giggled at her parents and continued to eat her sandwitch, "You know, I think it's adult buisness and we shoulden't need to know until we're atleast teenagers."

"What? I can't pace or mumble?" Eric asked before picking up the yogurt again.
Shrugging Tressa took her glass of milk and sipped it.

"Oh stop, I'm only playing." She said with a laugh, going back over to her seat.
"But it does make me wonder why grandpa dosen't like you.." She replied to her last responce, taking a sip of her milk.

Eric looked at his two children and sighed. "Look, I'm nooing to tell you anytime soon, but I'm sure you'll find out on your own." He said before finishing up the yogurt.
"What's that supposed to mean?" Tressa asked. Looking at her parents she bit into her sandwhich, then she looked over at her sister as if to ask, "Do you know what he meant by that?"

"I think it means that you'll have to find out on your own or by someone babbling it.." Solemn replied as she finished her sandwitch and her milk.

"Exactly! Now finsh your milk." Eric said as he picked up his apple.
"Whatever." the little fox said. PIcking up her glass he hopped of her chair. "I'm going outside!" she said, sipping her milk on the way out.

Saki watched Tressa walk out and looked down at Solemn, "Go play with your sister, it's a nice day out." She said with a smile, rubbing her daughters back.
"Okay Mommy!" She replied as she jumped away from her seat, running to catch up with Tressa.

Eric sighed. "Sheesh, I didn't know theyd be asking question like that already!" he said as he put his head on the table. It was embarrassing to have to think of those things when looking at his two daughters.
Tressa sipped her milk as she walked down the hall. Her ear twitched as she heard somone running up from behind her. She stopped and turned to see her sister. "Hi, Solemn." she said before taking another sip of milk.
