((basically, my group met up with roarin and marius, then there was a nightling attack and it died... that's it. and maiu's in a cave somewhere...))
"Oh, thank you," Avalon said to Melissa. She took the seed and leaf with a smile and applied it to her wound. The burning sensation that the poison left behind was instantly soothed, and Avalon could already feel the poison receding. She wrapped her arm with a bit of cloth she had on her.
"Soren's right, we need to get moving," Avalon said. "As for our destination, that would be Reu. We were just heading for the river when the Nightling attacked."
Andra, who had been snarling from a distance during the attack, now approached her master. Avalon smiled in exasperation. 'This cat is never around when we need her!'
