Mya, Aquamarine! Also if your looking at the older context of stones it would be a bloodstone. Which is also green. bu it has red slpoches like... Blood. mrgreen

ummei peridot (sp?) its a light green color ^.~ Peridot is such a beautiful stone <3 The most common for October is an opal, im not too fond of it... There is an alternative birth stone for October, Pink Tourmaline...which is okay. About October Birthstones

Mine is Opal! I love mine mainly because it is very lucky and I love how many colors play inside it's glossy surface!

Mine's the ruby. Definitely love it, with its beautiful red color.
It somehow (just to me) seems a bit brighter and more lively than garnet, which is my dad's birthstone, and which I see as rather somber.
