Akki, breathless, dropped down in the sand just short of the waters edge. She turned to smile at Kalan, waiting for him to join her.

Pulling up at the water's edge next to Akki, Kalan pulled her around to him and kissed her passionately. Letting her go he winked, "Think you can keep up?" He asked with a smile before running into the water and diving into the cool liquid.

Akki watched as Kalan started swimming, staying on the shore till he was halfway out before walking slowly into the water.

Kalan swam to the platform and turned around check Akki's progress, noticing her half way out he frowned slightly and dove back under to swim up next to her.

Akki stopped as he came up beside her, turning over on her back to float. "Hi sweetie."

Treading the water next to his love, Kalan smiled at her and splashed some water on her tummy, "Hi love!"

Akki giggled then dove down, coming up behind him. She poked him on the shoulder before diving down again and swimming off toward the platform, calling out "Cant catch me" behind her as she went.

Already out of breath Kalan simply shook his head of water and started to swim after his lithe love. Taking long strokes he always managed to stay just behind her.

Reaching the platform, Akki grabbed onto the side, turning to watch Kalan behind her.

Kalan caught up to Akki and as he got to the platform winked at her being pulling himself up onto the "raft" and up out of the water. Laying on his back he let the sun warm his skin and the breeze cool the droplets of water left on him. "This is the life, love," he said whilst sighing contentedly. Waiting for Akki to join him on the warm wood he covered his face again and let out a deep breath. "I've got to get school work started again later today," he commented dejectedly, "If I don't it's back to England I go.."

Akki pulled herself up out of the water, then lay down on her side beside Kalan. She sighed contentedly, placing hand gently on his shoulder. "I love being here with you. I dont want to leave..but I'd hate even more if you were sent home because of me...because I took up all your study time."
She slipped her arm around him, snuggling close to his warmth.

"I'm going to have to go home to check messages soon, my love," he said sadly. Not wanting to move he rolled over to face Akki and smiled, pulling her closer to him to soak up her warmth and smell. "I'm just so... So comfortable with you."

Akki sighed softly, pressing her lips to his cheek. "I understand...I'm glad you had time to come with me today. Its been really nice here with you."

Kalan let out another deep sigh and grinned like a fool. "Akki-love, this has been splendid."

Akki nuzzled his neck, her arms holding him close. "Mmmmm...it's been a wonderful day. I love swimming, and being here with you is even better."
