((death part? you mean mention of the doctor?))
"...depends...what do I have to trust you on?" asked Poinsettia, his eyes turned to look into Raoul,
'I've alway's hated the moon because I knew there would be a time of total darkness in my life. A time where I would close my eyes and not see such a lovely light. I despise the day that happens. God is cruel.'
Poinsettia took a step back, he wondered what Raoul was planning. The unknown made him slightly frightened.

((Utu's one liner punishment )) Raoul noticed his companion's hesitation and nearly cringed. Not your best tack, Raoul, he thought and instead arranged his face into what he hoped was a reassuring smile and ventured a little closer, "It's nothing dangerous I promise, I only want to acquire a coat for you...in case it gets colder as the night wears on. But it will involve us moving..." Dammnit this is harder than I expected, he murmured under his breath, but I can't very well just blurt it out to him that most of everything he's ever been told- including the bogeyman- is real.

Ayla was slumped back in a chair to the side of a pillar, frowning. She had heard her name earlier, Had she not? It seemed as if she did, Over the crowing of women's laughter, and the boom of the orchestra, she heard her name being called. Rising to her feet in the least elegant way possible, she moved herself through the crowds of people to the otherside of the floor, looking for the particular face of Namine, or anyone else worth talking to. She spotted her beside a pillar, Wine glass in hand, and she seemed to be enjoying it. The music, Not the wine. Ayla hadn't seen Namine take a sip in the time she'd laid her eyes on her. She walked over slowly and stood beside her. "Namine." She said light-heartedly. Indeed, She had found her friend, and Indeed, She had not left the party to get away from Ayla. Perhaps it was the Male she had taken a fancy to. The one she found it hard to speak of. She mentally grinned for her smarts. Being able to put things together was one of her fortes, Though, She didn't always get it spot on. By 'always', she obviously meant never.
She turned her head to glance at Namine's, It seemed she was in a good mood, But it was hard to tell, with the expression that was plastered on her face, and even harder with that fake skin she wore over her eyes. The only thing that made an effect of her appearance was the piercing green eyes. The eyes that could tear you to shreds with one glance, Or mend your heart from years of pain with any sort of pristine look. She shook her head and glanced back to the dance floor. There, The over-dressed woman. Apparently, she had been forced to get some poor fellow off the dance floor. She shook her head. After she had given it her all to get out of the woman's line of sight so she wasn't asked to dance by her, She kind of felt sorry for her. Ayla was getting soft. This was bad. Very bad. In her dictionary, At least.

Namine turned a smile on her friend. "Ayla dear where have you been? I have been looking for you all over. I apologize for having left you earlier but I saw him and I just had to see what was between us." Taking her friends hand Namine looked into ther eyes. "I hope you are not mad at me for I didnt mean to leave you on purpose. It just happened. But as soon as I was able to I made my way back here, back to you."
Namine entwined her arm in that of her friend pulling her closer. "Oh Ayla isn't this music just wonderful? That maestro is amazing. Look how he has everyone captivated..." Namine looked once more in the direction of the conductor. "Notice his attire, its quite simple but elegant, and his hair...oh his hair is wondrous. It seems like its aglow, like a flame. We must speak with him later on and praise his genius."
Namine wasn't sure what came over her..maybe it was the wine. She was giddy and excited all at once. The music coupled with the events of the evening had affected her. Not to mention she was happy at the fact that she may have found a friend who would accept her as she was. Namine whispered to her friend. "Ayla I dont know why but I feel as if you were a bosom buddy. Someone I have known for very long. I know it is not so but I wish it were. I have many secrets Ayla. When the time comes and I tell you I hope you will still want to share moments like these with me. For on this night I consider you a true friend." Kissing Ayla's cheeks she turned back to the maestro. Their arms were still entwined.

Ayla snickered at the funny use of words. She laughed abit at Namine's current mood. It was unusually peppy for her, And that was saying quite alot. "Si. Y yo ti. Es como yo sabia a ti para todo mi viva. Es un muy especial coso....Aye...Me escape.. Aye... Que era.." Ayla rubbed her temples and bit her lower lip. "Que era..." She was searching for a word. "Bueno. No te Precoupes con eso a ya." She smiled faintly. "You feel special to me. You like very long friend I know whole life." Her fractured English was still fractured, but behind it, she felt confident, Unlike she was when she first spoke up to Namine in English. She nodded in agreement. "Yes. It..Very pretty, The music I mean." She blinked as Namine gave her quick kisses on her cheeks, And she stood to her side, Arm still entwined together as close friends would. "Yes...That is what we do. Thank him for music." She said aloud, turning to her as she said the second half.
"Yes. And I you. It's like I knew you for my whole life. It's a very special thing.. Oh.. it escapes me...Oh..What was it.." "What was it.." "Ok. Don't bother with that now." (Translation)
She blinked once, and as a passing waiter passed with a tray full of wine glasses, She snatched one up and brought it to her lips. "Mm.." She mumbled out the sounds of her approval. It tasted of high-quality wine making. And this, To her, Seemed almost incredible. Never since she'd left the orchard or the Winery cellar in her father's estate had she tasted such fine wine, Practically bathed in the deep crimson-violet color of the liquid. She held it up to the light and looked at it, Smiling. The light that shown through dyed her face a brilliant red. As if she where bathed in blood, But Dry to the touch. She lowered the glass again and tightened the hook on Namine's arm. "Wine good. I know when wine is good. My father, You know, used to be Wine maker." She grinned a very cocky grin, then continued. "Best in Spain. Atleast, Mama and I say." She turned back to the Maestro again, Glancing only briefly to the clothes that Namine commented on. And she was right, Completely, And truely right. About it all.

((o,ok.lol. at least she isn't killing us. sweatdrop )) Poinsettia nodded, "Alright...but I assure you I will be fine. You shouldn't have to go threw such trouble." he bowed, "I am sorry for being such a problem sir Raoul." his nervous voice and greif was pained, Poinsettia hated causing people greif and pain of any kind.

The music had finally ended as Alexander slowly lowered his hands. The previous maestro had tears in his eyes from the wonderful piece that was just conducted. Alexander then turned to face the crowd of people and took a slight bow. He immediately left the podium in a wisp of smoke, regardless if the guests applauded him or not. He quickly made his way towards a relatively shaded area and waited until the crowd settled down. He could hear nearby guests exclaiming such things as "Who was that mysterious man?", "What was that lovely piece?", and "Was he some sort of magician?". Alexander had taken some delight in displaying his many talents, but then again, most anything was entertaining to humans.

((Haha..dont worry im not killing anyone ^^ and if I did it would be a swift and merciless death twisted ))
Namine turned to her friend her heart swelling. So she too felt this odd feeling that bound them. This feeling which made them think they were long lost childhood friends who were reunited once more. "Ayla mi bella amiga...deveras eres la luz en la oscuridad."
"Ayla my beautiful friend..truly you are the light in the darkness." (Translation)
Namine listened as her friend spoke about the wine. She exclaimed at its color and flavor. At last agreeing that it was a magnificent wine. One such as her could partake in wine but she could not taste all that her friend did. So instead Namine smiled at her agreeing with each statement. Ayla also began to talk about back home and the family business..that of wine making. She was surprised and loved her friend even more for it. For the more information they learned about one another the closer they would become.
Suddenly the music ended and applause rang out through the halls. She noticed the maestro did not even pause to receive his applause. Instead he moved off the stage. The crowd had surged forward and blocked her view but she was sure she knew the direction he had taken. "Ayla la musica hermosa a terminado..que pena. Pero parece que el maestro se desaparecio. Esperas un momento mientras lo busco?" Namine walked her friend to a seat. "I will return soon love." Namine moved in the direction where the flame haired maestro should be.
"Ayla the beautiful music has ended..what a pity. It seems like the maestro disappeared. Would you wait a moment while I find him?" (Translation)

Alsvid felt that this moment was perfect. "I haven't held someone in a loving embrace in half a century," he thought. He knew he loved the girl but he also knew there was no hope. He would live forever and she would age. He couldn't bear the thought of standing by and watching as she grew old, fell ill and eventually died. He knew his feelings for her would never change but too many he once loved grew to hate him for his eternal youth and health as they aged. He thought of all this as he stood there holding her, her head on his shoulder and her breath on his neck. He kissed her neck slowly and softly. "You are so beautiful," he whispered in her ear.
Another couple had come outside and Alsvid looked around. He saw them talking and looking into each other's. "Someone else has been fortunate enough to find what I have found," he thought. He began to grow sad as he thought about his future and Skyler's future. "Maybe it could work out if I tried," he thought. "I owe it to the both of us to see what the future holds rather than presume the worst." he moved back slightly and took both her hands in his own. They were warm while his were like ice. He kissed her quickly again. "What now?" he asked and again kissed her quickly.

Skyler took in the moment as her thought raced from the good and the bad. The what if's began to pop in her head. I can't believe this... but it's real.. really real. She thought as she held onto him. Then she remembered she would age and he would not. Would that turn her bitter twords him? Would she lable his memory as the hated? No she forced such thoughts away. To think of those things would surely ensure them in the future. She smiled at his complament.
She heard voices and turned to see the couple. She was glad for them and looked back at Alsvid as he moved back. She held on to his icey hands. She smiled at the kiss he gave her. "I will let you pick this time." She smiled brightly, up for anything at the moment.

"I would like to stand here holding you and kissing you for an eternity, but how about we return to the festivites?" The night was cold but he didn't care for himself but he knew that Skyler may want to get inside away from the cold night air. "Besides, I think it's their turn," he added with a smile looking at the other couple. He wanted this night to last forever, the kissing, the holding and the dancing, he wanted to be able to stare into her eyes until the end of days. "I would like another dance. Maybe afterwards we can find somewhere that offers a little more privacy than here." Yet again he was mesmerized by the red moon's reflection in Skyler's eyes. "Beautiful..." he repeated in a barely audible whisper.

Skyler blushed wishing for the same thing but remembering the other pair that was out there as well. She looked over at them again. "Your right." She faced him again. She did didn't want this to end. No it could end as long as she was with him. Just as long as she stay with him this moment couldn't end. "Yes. That sound like a great idea." She agreed as she stared into his eyes once again. She smiled as her eyes brighted up.

Alexander immediately noticed a young girl approaching the area of his leave. Coincidently, it was the same girl he saw dancing before. He thought quickly and decided to remain seen, for if he simply melted into the shadows around him, the girl might cause a commotion. Thus, he decided to have a little bit of fun. Focusing his mind, Alexander further perfected his physical features. His hair become more luscious in color and volume. His eyes were made glossy and mystical like a crystal ball. His fair skin become incredibly smooth and emitted a soft glow. Any human girl would simply be unable to control herself with this visage, he thought. Therefore, if she is indeed able to resist, she may very well be a vampire... or worse... one of those kruzniks. Regardless, Alexander was prepared for anything, even the likes of some lesser vampiric creature.

Namine moved away from the crowd placing herself closer to the pillars. She had to pretend to shy away from patrons asking for her hand. She curtsied to each and looked at them demurely from beneath lowered lashes. She was on a hunt to find the maestro. She wanted to express her love for his last piece as well as thank him for her friend Ayla. Namine smiled, maybe she could persuade the maestro to sit with her and Ayla for a while. That is if Namine approved of him. She had been deep in thought and had not noticed where she stepped. She turned quickly so as not to fall. After all she couldnt use her powers here or everyone would know she is different. Namine's mistep had brought her face to face with the maestro whos hair flamed atop his head.

Alexander bowed casually to the girl. "Good evening," he said in a voice as beautiful as the music he conducted. His pale blue eyes focused on hers, attempting to entrance her with his vampiric might. He was reading her thoughts, trying to obtain any evidence of her species. He awaited an answer from the girl as he continued to scan her very existance.
