Luckily for Rioushu he was going boot first through the air, so his foot was what the egde of the blade caught on to. He resisted a cry of pain as he pulled on the spear. "Thought you were done for Gel." Rioushu said.

"You didn't seem very upset about that either I noticed."
Gel didn't turn to look at him, in fact, his eyes were still closed as he ran toward Quint with all his strength, holding the spearblade high.

Rioushu crossed his arms and shook his head. "Because I knew you weren't dead, any fool would know more than a bunch of ashes would be left of you." Rioushu said, looking for an opponent.

Gel didn't turn to look at him, in fact, his eyes were still closed as he ran toward Quint with all his strength, holding the spearblade high. Quint thought it was now official that he was the 'broken winged bird', and he had to be taken out. He sighed softly, knowing that winning the fight was not going to happen. Gel charged at him, spear raised, but Quint noticed that Gel wasn't even looking at him, nor did he even have his eyes open. Quint jumped away from Gel, softly landing, trying to keep him from noticing Quint for a few more seconds.

Gel held the spear high in one hand and thrust out the other in Quint's new direction, a blinding flash of light erupted from his palm, bathing the entire arena in incandescent white and near-black shadows for a mere moment. As soon as the flash went of he ducked to the side and leapt, landing behind Quint and spinning, the razor edge of his spear stopping just before hitting Quint's neck.
"Yield."

Aonice was caught offguard by the sudden light, finding herself blinded and unable to see for a few seconds as her small eyes blacked out the bright light. She stood there, wide open, covering her eyes and trying to rub out the annoying pain.

Aonice_Mitsoku Aonice was caught offguard by the sudden light, finding herself blinded and unable to see for a few seconds as her small eyes blacked out the bright light. She stood there, wide open, covering her eyes and trying to rub out the annoying pain. Rioushu was also blinded for a few seconds, but he could make out a figure in front of him. He charged toward Aonice, and decided a simple shoulder block would do.

Quint's pupils shrunk then expanded at a fast pace, causing him to close his eyes, waiting for the light to pass. He heard from behind. Quint grunted, putting his working hand upward. "Fine, fine. It would have just been nice if someone knocked me out, instead of forcing me to finish fighting." He moved unwillingly to the stands, watching the rest of the fight. His arm's bleeding had slowed, and all that was felt now was a very intense dull pain. In his head, he cheered on Aonice.

He charged toward Aonice, and decided a simple shoulder block would do. Aonice's eyes returned, only for the sight of Rio's sholder headed straight for her face. (( i guess, or something.. Why is he blocking with his sholder? )) She suddenly ran off of instinct, dropping her staff and pushing her hands right between it and her face, causing the back of her hands to smack into her own face, but atleast she dumbed the hit of the sholder. At this time she quickly brought each leg onto his body, perfect stance for a grab move, only to backflip and chunk him into Gel's direction.

Gatz comes floating down holding onto his Titanium Umbrella, watching the sights below.
"Interesting so far! I ought to take a seat."
A send gust blows him slightly off course, taking him directly over the arena pit instead of the seats.
"... Uh-oh..."
