So much for that excuse, Azure realized as Dyas placed the crown on his head. "Dyas... maybe we can approach her... uhm... not like this..." Azure suggested referring to their arms hooked together. "I just want to get a chance to explain things to her before... well in case she runs off like you almost did." Azure didn't know how she would react to the news. Was he going to break up with Adora in front of Dyas. If he broke up with Adora, did he lose both of them when Raken found out? Azure was scared.

She blushed as her eyes moved to their hooked arms, slowly down and slipping hers away with a mouthed 'sorry'. Slowly she fluttered her light blue wings, bringing her up into the air. Of course, her father had taught her to fly. Moving up above the paes heads, she glanced around. There! The pink, brown and purple pae. She dropped down to the ground and pointed in the direction.

Azure gave a light smile. "You don't need to be sorry." When Dyas pointed in the direction of Adora a great swell of nervousness and anxiety filled Azure. It was different telling Adora then Dyas. With Dyas it was only good news she just needed to accept it. With Adora, there was nothing good about it for her. Azure took a deep breath, "What about your dad?" He asked Dyas before the approached Adora.

Thank Guardians for that half-smile. He let out an inaudible sigh of relief before turning his attention to the annoyed Trager. It was probably better that he didn't go with her anyway. She seemed a tad immature with the way she was reacting to the situation. Then again, he had strung her along just a little bit. "Until we meet again, Trager." He offered a amicable smile and stepped a bit more towards Erylia to allow the teenager to leave.
Once she did, he turned his attention to Erylia. "It's been a while, hasn't it?" That smile seemed to imply that she wasn't angry with him, thankfully. Plus, she hadn't torn off the necklace or anything. "So, how's my Queen of Shinies?" He called her his queen without even realizing the implications of that in his now older age, but when it dawned hon him, he hardly cared. She was the queen, and he was still the king--after all, he was wearing all those gawdy rings and necklaces as part of his pimp costume.

She looked up at Azure, hand dropping. The female sighed and shook her head. She didn't know where Raken was. Pink stood out...blue in the dark was near impossible. She reached out to tap the shoulder of the upteenth pae to ask if they had seen Raken, but dropped it with a sigh. He was a slippery one...There! The crowd parted breifly to show him next to...an elder? She blinked. Figures. The only way he'd leave his daughter.

Azure sighed, she had misunderstood his question, though it wasn't like she could answer it anyways. He meant if they even had a future together because of her father's vivid disapproval of Azure, or any male, with his daughter. Azure spotted Adora and moved forward. "Hey Adora, can we go somewhere to talk?" Azure wanted to get out of the crowd so that if anything bad happened a large scene wouldn't be made.

She nodded, watching trager leave. "You've gotten taller. And have more hair." Oh yes, baldy. That had been the most interesting thing she had ever seen at her young age. A bald pae. "Her rule has become boring without her king, and her servants got too big to boss around. I was thinking of holding tryouts soon." Her smile grew slightly. "Have any good candidate ideas?"
Dyas surprisingly, stayed where she was as Azure went forwards, allowing herself to be swallowed up into the crowd. She didn't want to see Adora get hurt. She jumped, spinning around. "Azure!" She let out a long sigh of relief. "Don't scare me like that...sure...sure I guess but first, I got to get uncle raken. Dyas ran off and I don't know where she went."

(Gaah, I'm so sorry Tart and Sei D; )
He was so glad that Tristen felt the same way. It had been far too long since they had seen each other. But as much as he wanted to chat, he didn't want to simply ignore his best friend. "Wow, she's really pretty." He didn't dwell on her for long, though. "Um...Since you probably have a lot of other people visit, do you want to meet up later on?" He couldn't help twirling a lock of hair around his finger. "You know, so we can catch up and that sort of thing?" Anything to spend time with Tristen. Anything to be near his warmth. "Think that could work?" His eyes begged for an answer.

Azure held out a hand to stop Adora. "No, you don't need to do that. I found Dyas, she's fine. She's ri-" Azure looked behind him to realize Dyas was no longer with him, it surprised him, but it would make it easier to tell Adora. "Thats kinda what I want to talk to you about, can we just sit down somewhere." Azure knew that it already sounded like he had bad news for Adora, but he had to go through with this.

Criofan wanted to drape his arm over her shoulders. Was that proper? ...No, he wouldn't. Not yet, at least. The sparkling faerie grinned. "I shan't have you ruling without a king again! I have come to take my throne back, but you're right; if we are to rule, we need some young, fresh subjects." The leprechaun stroked his chin. He would suggest his little brother, but that boy wouldn't listen to him in a million years. He would rather laugh at him in unison with Texas. Vicious brothers, younger and older, they were... "I don't, actually. You know any young pae'il that would actually bow to our will as the King and Queen of Shinies?"

He blinked. "Erylia? Has a friend? Really?" He chuckled, shaking his head. "Typically she tires of pae to quickly for friendship. Loses interest really fast." His attention drifted back to cinthy, nodding. "For you...sure. I should be done visiting in about an hour...By the forest edge? We can still dance to the music without yelling over it. Reserve the last one for me. Wait an hour and a half...and I should have a gift for you."
"Really?" Her entire face brightened. "Is she okay? She seemed really, really upset and..." The expression dropped. "You know right...that the worst thing a girl can utter to a guy is the line...'we need to talk.'" She sadly smiled. "Lets get out of the crowd." She turned right, the closest way out of the mob of pae.
"You see, thats the problem with kids these days...No respect for their olders." He looked...good. Shimmering delightfully in his pimp outfit, she couldn't seem to drop her smile. "And who to trust? They'd look at our treasury, and steal away with our shinies. And it took forever to move all the stuff from the antique room to my own." Ever wonder what happened to that stark empty room? Erylia happened.

He could hardly contain his excitement at the prospect. "I will, I will! I promise it!" The grin on his face seemed permanent. "The forest edge in an hour and a half! I'll be right there!" He sighed, waving to Tristen when the faery pae'il left. He was silently mooning over the whole encounter. Tristen had a present for him. His thoughts raced in a hundred different directions as to what it could be. A gift just for him. "Isn't he a great guy?" he asked Tex, assuming an answer of affirmation.

At first, Texas thought this guy would be alright. Now he seemed like a bit of a threat. Save the last dance for me? I'll have a gift for you? Those were suspicious words and Texas didn't like them. It looked like he was going to have to keep a closer eye on Tristen then he thought. No Pae'il was going to interfere with him and Hyacinthus! ...No, Hyacinthus had the right to chose who he wished to love. Texas had to remind himself of that, as painful as it was. Hyacinthus was not his! ...Yet, anyway.
"She does, actually. Criofan seems to be holding her interest well enough." And Criofan seemed rather happy to see her, speaking of. He must have been attracted to his childhood friend. That was rather amusing and adorable...
When the man left, Texas wasn't totally sure how to answer Hyacinthus. He honestly didn't know if he could trust such a man with Hyacinthus or not. However, he didn't really want to disappoint Hyacinthus, or tell the man the feelings that haunted his heart just yet. "He seems alright. Don't know him too well so I can't make a solid judgment." It was true in some respects. He couldn't fully judge Tristen, but he couldn't trust him just yet.
She looked fantastic too. Criofan was having a bit of trouble keeping his eyes off her, but perhaps that was a good thing. "Hm. Perhaps there is no one we can trust but ourselves with such responsibility." He tapped his chin pensively. "After all, don't want anyone stealing the treasures it took us so long to steal." The so-called pimp leaned on his red cane and offered a charming grin. It was hard to tell if it was accidental that he was being charming, or if he really did hope to charm her. "But it'd be so dull without servants to do our bidding, wouldn't it?"

He smiled, raising a hand in farewell before moving back into the crowd. Once a good distance away, he fluttered his crimson wings up into the air. Visiting people could wait. He had no time to lose, concidering he completely forgot where he put it. The male zipped off towards HQ.
"Hmm..." Her smile increased slightly at the grin. He was such a pimp. "Well...my mothers been talking about wanting to adopt a little boy soon. Taught at toddler stage up..." She drifted off, letting criofan fill in the blanks.

"Yeah, she's going to be just fine." Azure reaffirmed her as he led her away from the rob. As they walked away he was silent, thinking of how ironic it was that he had chosen to use that line and that it was something bad for him to say. It seemed he only had bad things to say. Of course Azure didn't know that was a bad line to say, how could he possibly know? Azure took a deep breath when they were out of the crowd. "I didn't lie to you, when you asked me if I loved Dyas. I wasn't sure if I did or not. But I've been thinking about a lot since our date... and now I know." Azure paused. It was much easier to tell Dyas he loved her then it was to tell someone else. Especially when it might effect that someone else. "I love Dyas." Azure looked away from Adora, not wanting to see the pain in her eyes, if she had any.
