"Booo, you no fwun" She threw more sand at Des since it seemed to be funny to her in way, maybe she was an evil witch ninja

Coral shurgged. "How should I know. I'm only a lone comic." She chuckled at herself. She tossed a bit of sand lightly to the toddler. "It's the sand monster!"

"And a guy that can implode rocks with his mind, how does any of this even make sense?" He scratches his head and brushed out all the sand in it
"Awh mwonster!" She crawled away quickly and hide behind a rock, shivering alittle

Coral thought about it and then shrugged. "Nah, I dont' know." She then dropped to her hands and kinda crawled around looking for the toddler. "Better watch out!"

"This just gets more unrealistic by the second" He sighed and finally got the rest of the sand out of his hair "Excuse me for a bit, I have a small headache for the moment" He laid down and rested on moist rocks by the lake "None of this makes sense, but neither does anything in life"
"No, no hurt me" She gigled and jumped out from the rock and pounced on the female naiad "I gwot you"

Coral only slightly shurgged to Des. He was thinking about it way too much. Then again that was what she learned he did. So, there was no stopping him. Coral, well she would rather have fun with the toddler then to think about why she was there.
"You did!" Coral said as she pretended to die. "And the sand monster died." She made a funny face and stuck out her tounge for the toddler.

He sighed deeply and splashed some water over his face with hsi tail when the moisture finalyl got to his legs and changed them back into a tail. He rubbed his head looked back "Why can't I be like them, so care free, so happy, never questioning life?"
"Yat I swayed the mwonster!" She giggled and clapepd her hands and looked at the other big creature she saw "Aww, what the mwater mwopy head?"

"He needs to be pounced! Get him!" Coral called. She then crawled over to Des and then fell into the water. She too then had her tail. She giggled as as she splashed some water towards them with her tail.

"Pounce, how would that help?{" He wasn't sure what she meant, only he knew is it would used to trap prey fro large cats, but neither were large cats, at least he didn't think she was
She crawled over to the water and put on finger in it, then shivered alittle "two cwold" She looked back and made grabby hands at Des, but knew she couldn't reach him "Me pwounce!"

Coral shook her head with a giggle. She then picked up the toddler. "Here I'll help." And Coral then placed her on his tail. "Get him!" SHe giggled again.

"Get it off!" He tried to wiggle his tail, but she was surprisingly heavy for her size "I still don't get how pouncing is going to help?" He blinked at the toddler and swore her tail was getitng fuzzy "Um, do demons usually have tail changes?"
"Me pwounce like kitty" She gave out small meow as her ears became furry and point like cat ears, not really even kowing how she was doing it, but she didn't relaly care, it was fun and she dounced him like a giant fish "Mmm, gwiant fishy dwinner, purrr"

Coral didn't notice that and just looked to Des. "It's called fun. That's what babies like. Fun. You should try it." She then took his hand and kissed it. "Yep, nice tasting fish!" Coral was playing a cat too after all.

"Awww, fishy got away" She pouted with her cat features disappearing almost as quick as they came, like she wasn't even the one who caused the thing "He to bwig for me anywy"

"You know with kids it's not really about fun for you, it's fun for them." Coral wasn't even sure why she knew that. It's now like she had a mom or was one. Still, it's what made sense to her.
