Ivy heard the shout and broke into a sprint. Alli and Brad were floating away. Transforming himself again, now Seismic kicked the shore and a long thin strip of muddy soil rose from the lake bed. It sprang up under the two floating away and left them a bridge back to land.

Alli was thrown back as the energy burst out. She hit her cushion, then the tree, at high speed. The cushion didn't... cushion the blow.

"How rude!" She said, chasing after him, yelling " WAIT! WAIT UP!!" She hasn't had this much to do in days, and wasn't about to let it run away from her.

"ALLI!" screamed Static, trying to run after her. Too late, and she hit a tree with a sickening crash. Her heart stopped. He grabbed her, and started shocking her, hoping her heart would start. "Live!" he shouted, "LIVE!"

(Oh, dear. This isn't looking too good..) Sophie shapeshifted into a swallow and looked for anymore people. She saw a girl by a tree and another person. SHe landed on the tree and watched, wondering what was happening..

Alli lay limp in Static's arms. Something floated out of her, a ghostly form of herself. The ghost blinked, and looked around, a confused look on its face. She looked at Static. "What's wrong?" She asked, and reached out to touch his shoulder. It went through his shoulder, and a look of horror crossed her face.

"ALLI!" screamed Static to her ghostly form. He increased the shocks, to hope she would live. "YOU'RE DEAD! I AM GOING TO SEND YOU BACK TO LIFE!" Eventually, bu-duh. Bu-duh. Bu-duh. "Rest here," he said, and kissed her on the lips.

Suddenly, Sophie realized what had happened. SHe shapeshifted back and managed to gasp an "Oh-My-god!"

"She's fine now," said Static to Sophie. "No need to get all that worried. You are also one of us," said Static. "More like Ivy than like anyone else."

Alli's ghost smiled, and went back to her body. She opened her eyes, and jumped up to hug Static. She held him tight, tears streaming down her face.

Alli held him tighter, keeping her eyes closed. She didn't say anything, just stayed there.

"Alli, let me introduce my friends," he said, and ringed the spork again. This time, the ghosts that were there Alli could see also. "This man right here, this is who I saw in the Chinese food place. Say hi to him," he said.

Alli let go, wiping her eyes on her sleeve. "Hello!" She smiled, and looked at the ghosts.

"Only happens after a near death experience, I believe." Ivy put in his own two cents as he melded his bridge back into the lake bed. He looked back at Brad showing Alli things in the air he couldn't see. Brad's ghost friends.
