//It is an ancient law, nearly as old as the cemetary itself, and entirely forgotten now. Once a...disgruntled necromancer decided to destroy my city by raising the entire cemetary. He died after the seventh zombie because he was weak, but they still tried to ruin the city. Obviously they were taken care of before they caused too much damage. My home still stands, as you can see.//

He grinned proudly for scarely a moment before questioning Luca.

"Retainer? Forgive me if I know little of your kind beyond their certain magical abilities."

The swarm of insects was making Jadelyn feel extremely uneasy. Her eyes darted glances around the bar, too quick for anyone human to catch. She covered her mouth for a moment and drew a few slow, unneccesary breaths in an attempt to calm her nerves.

Something wasn't right and she found herself wishing that she had been blessed with more abilities than the few she retained. Doubt my artwork is going to save me here, she thought as she steped closer to Kamiru.

She smiled softly at Sundavar. "Dear me, I'm afraid that we're not going to be much help. We're rather new to the city ourselves, aren't we darling?" She glanced at Kamiru as she finished the sentence, putting emphasis on the endearment.

'It must be some sort of illusion,' Kryss decided, looking at what he recognized as Nosferatu.

He tried to look past the first appearance with his mind and was unsuccessful. After the second attempt, he realized the being really was as he appeared. He thought of the changes all Nostferatu underwent and wondered just how beautiful this one must have been in mortality to still be bearable to look upon.

"How was this done, that he is still human in appearance?" he asked with much curiosity.

Seizan was surely the only Nosferatu in existance to posess a distinctly human appearance and not one of complete horror; Kryss had never heard of such a being surviving for long.

"You really want to know?" Seizan asked "Well, I'll tell you then. I'm a Nosferatu Elder. Nosferatu Elders are the only ones without the...cursed...appearence of the rest of our clan. We carry the ugliness, but it seemed to grow more prevalent in further generations, rather than with us."

"That's enough, Seizan." Luca told him mentally.

"Anyways, I think we all should be off before the demon comes back."

Jadelyn turned her head to look at Kamiru, feeling as if she had been slapped. "I..." She sighed and shook her head. "He thought we were together, hense the endearments. And what the bloody hell do you mean by 'another vampire might come'? Does it seem as if I have that much contact with that world? I don't even understand what risks you're think you'd get into...You say you trust me with your life...I could protect you. I can't believe you aren't even willing to try."

She turned her head away from him, not wishing him to see her cry. "Yanno...I can't believe you. Everyone thinks that I'm some sort of monster. But I'm far more attached to my emotions than you...a human. I'm far more willing to risk everything. And you....you won't even try."

"You can't know that it wouldn't work. Because it would, if you were even willing to try. I...You know where to find me if you need me." She turned on her heel, ignoring her own warnings about not going anywhere alone and started to weave through the crowds of the bar, heading towards the door.

Nightingale smiled happily. "That would be lovely. Parks are always the first thing that I want to visit in a new city. But I really do hope I am not bothering you." she looked at Kryss and Zareb. "After all I was just a stranger asking for directions." Nightingale said rather embarassed.

Zareb looked at Luca

"I would rather you not do that, thought speak thing.........i dont like it"

Zareb clearly annoyed, looked toward the sky

"it's cool" Zareb said "i try not to stay angry long anyway"

Man i gotta stop snapping like that, i have to control my anger, cant let them see me snap......well until the time is right

Zareb looked at the others cheerily, ready to go
