The next day Fate returned to the pound with a small basket in hand filled with a few treats Tara had forced on him and he sat down and waited for Kenji to arrive.

Toshio walked out side and saw Fate. "He's sleeping still, I'll gladly wake him up!" He said as he ran up staires and bolted into Kenji's room and jumped on him. "Wake up! Your boyfriend is here.."
Kenji bolted up and looked at the time. "CRAP!" He exclamed as he threw off the covers and rushed to make sure he looked good, before running down staires. "I'm so sorry I'm late.." He said panting as he plopped down next to Fate.

"Its fine; Tara woke us up early this morning because Aira grew a bit and I had to fix her dress so that it wasn't as short." Fate laughed, he had been content sitting out in the nice warm sun, in fact he hadn't noticed Toshio at first as he had been napping again.

"Oh yeah Aira grew, I kinda forgot about that.." He replyed as he rubbed his eyes and let out a small yawn. "So how was your night?"

"It was ok; I don't really sleep well no matter what." Fate laughed softly resting his head against Kenji; "I think we're both still tired."

He nodded and rested his cheek on Fates head lightly, closing his eyes. "Yeah, I think we still are..." Kenji said softly with a smile.

"We could nap all day if you like." Fate snickered folding his hands in his lap getting quite comfortable. "But then everyone will get the wrong impression." He sighed pulling away from Kenji."

Fate smiled at that; Kenji could be too sweet sometimes... "How about we go out to the garden and nap there, it probably is really warm out there."
