Spritekin The knight simply laughs a bit and shakes a hand. "Ah changing the past is easy!" he says jokingly. "Now changing the present, thats something difficult!" he says nodding but jokingly. In truth changing the past was indeed a very impressive feat....but had too many risks to it in his own opinion. "Now who would want to change to past..?" Pilot wondered aloud with a grin. "I wouldn't dare, not even me. History, now... that I will write."

Eulalia Danae Acelr Eulalia Danae In the background against a shaded wall, what looked to be a queen of clubs, glared over the surrounding guests. Her full mask covered the look of disgust, but the heat of it could be felt by anyone who glanced her direction. Further hidden at the gates of the park stood the queen of spades, watching her plan run smoothly. Her long black hair reflected the lights, her face mask a simple white and black. The queen's dress was straight, and plain black, with a single white spade across the chest. Occasionaly a green moth dropped from fluttering at a lamplight, to land on her shoulder, and dissapear soon after. The Knave continued walking on hands instead of feet all the way up to the apparent Queen of Clubs. Looking up at her angry face for that position, the Knave winked through the darkness. "May I serve my Queen?" The Knave seemed determined to see the part through to the hilt. Knowing who the Queen was, that may have been literally... "With a cup of gal down your throat, indeed." The Queen of Clubs voice fell like dark sand from her mouth. "Don't mistake me for my sister, she may be inclined to chop off your head, but I'd prefer to see your crushed body torn into four quarters and spread across the ground like butter on toast." The Knave chuckled even more darkly, this time with a glint in one eye. "The best queen to serve is the one you won't betray... and if you're going to betray her, at least you'll have a fun death, no?" The Knave bent at the elbows and did a backwards half flip to stand normally, then went down to one knee before her in a cocky mockery of submission and featly. "I'm serious, Queen. Queen of Clubs, served by the Knave of the same suit. Give it a chance, eh? You never know how much vicious fun you can have until you try."

Spritekin Miran shakes his head a bit. "Nah nah....not the lights......Look over near the entrance." he says nodding a bit. "And listen to the music around here...it all seems a bit....different and out of place." he says nodding. "I think somethin's up." "Well, of course something's up," she snapped, "you're in a... Ah, a hm." She trailed off and stopped, frowning in thought. "Yes, well, anyway, of course you are. I mean, there is. Danger, that is. Have I already said too much..?"

Quote: The same happened with Blitz as he entered, unless he's using some funky power to get around it. Which he was. It wasn't long before he was beside Sahira. "Just someone here to help."

Ayx surveyed the site once more, looking at the Queen. The moth broach was a sign of her... He also so a glance of another one, which meant that Ora was here. Ayx descended into the crowd, looking for her.

"Just someone here to help."Sahira looked him over, recognizing Blitz, but the voice made her ears twitch a slight bit. Her nose twitched a slight bit as she noticed no hint of ozone, the subtle electrical scent that usually followed an electric super. She smiled at him, wary, but not untrusting. "How exactly do you intend to help?" She glanced at the vines watching them thicken, shaking the hedges ever so slightly.

Das Steube Ayx surveyed the site once more, looking at the Queen. The moth broach was a sign of her... He also so a glance of another one, which meant that Ora was here. Ayx descended into the crowd, looking for her. Near the entrance was the queen of spades, who, if one was looking for Ora, held the same characteristics in height, stance, and hair. Ora herself, however was close by the dance floor, disguised as a tall blonde dressed in black and silver.

The Baroness grinned sharply at a sudden sound. "Cloud." Her companion looked at her. "We need to get out of here." "...Perhaps. Are we saving someone?" "We're... Yes. I was about to say we're done with that, but no. We need to get this started, or we'll be here all night trying to figure this out.
"I'm going to test the sky," she added abruptly. "Give me a leg up?"
Ripping off her mask and lifting her skirts to reveal a fine boned face and soft black boots, her fight partner put cupped hands under the Baroness's foot and launched her straight up.

Verve smiled beneath the mask. "Well I was thinking of getting you out of here, and to a healer."

The hedge rustled next to the pair as a miniature jester peeked out from behind the greenery. Aaron looked at the both of them, quietly.

Laurel Talbot Batman moved silently through the maze, all senses alert. If the person could be found, and protected... Sahira's voice could be heard just past the hedge wall in front of batman. A small hole was in the wall, about the size of a keyhole, allowing Batman to peer past the hedge to Verve/Blitz and Sahira on the other side.

Burning Disaster Verve smiled beneath the mask. "Well I was thinking of getting you out of here, and to a healer." Sahira gave a wry chuckle, "Healer won't be able to do much for me....they made precautions against it. Technically I should be able to heal it well enough myself, but that wouldn't be a proper punishment, now would it." Sahira looked carefully at the hedge wall, not quite sure if she wanted to touch it or not. "However, the option of getting out of here sounds rather nice. It may be rude to leave a party early, but I have a feeling our hosts have something ill in mind."

Already being aware of those on the other side of the hedge, Batman had no need to look, instead spreading out a pair of glider wings and taking to the air - staying about 4 feet from the ground at present.
