"Nice to meet you," Jaime said to Chris before jumping at the sight of a flying book heading in Chris's direction. "Um...'ello?" he said to Rex, a little shocked that someone would throw a book in the direction of someone that was clearly injured.
"Infirmary? 'ow'd you get 'urt?" Jaime asked Chris, looking up to the bandage on his head, curious.

Darith finished all of his work early and brought it to the teacher and went back to his seat to read his new book but kept glancing at Chris

Ian felt kinda stupid now. "I know it's weird to like someone so early, but I just think you're cute." he said shyly. "...you think I'm weird....don't you?"
Chris almost forgot about the bandage on his head. "Oh, I ran into someone and fell, hitting the back of my head on the ground. And I AM supposed to still be in the infirmary, but I didn't like it there, so I left." he said.

A soft giggle escaped from Jaime's lips as he leaned back in his own seat and crossed his own two legs. "It's funny 'ow fate works out, non?" he asked and looked over to Chris, his icy-blue eyes sparkling in the florescent lighting of classroom. "Now...do you normally make it a hobby to run into things and bump your head, or did you just have a bad moment?" Jaime said with a sweet smile, only joking.

Jaime jumped at the sight of a student coughing up blood. He slid out of his seat and moved over to Darith. "Oh no, come on...let me 'elp you to ze infirmary?" he asked, a frown on his own boyish features.

"The mighty swimmer leaves the bed cause it's more trouble than a shark." Rex said jokingly to Chris. "You know I'm kidding with you man." He said smiling. I mean he had known Chris for a while now (both being on sports teams and all). Although I have to admit he is hot. Oh well I don't think we'd go anywhere unless he wanted to cause I don't know who he likes. Hey that's the kid that kept staring at Chris. "What's wrong with that kid?" Rex said.

Zachary rubbed the back of his head and laughed lightly, trying to brighten up the mood a bit. “Nah! I understand. It’s natural to like people, I think…” he murmured quietly, scratching his head in wonder. Just how quickly could someone fall in love or like a person anyways? He really didn’t believe in the whole “love at first sight” thing.
Sighing, Zachary glanced up and gave Ian a bright smile, happy that the boy was at least honest with him. “Well, I’m glad and impressed that you told me how you feel! I still haven’t told Sandy that I lo--” he paused and clasped a hand to his mouth, terrified that he almost completely exposed the idenity of his secret crush.

Ian frowned a little at the mention of some girl named Sandy, and that he Lo- her. Great, he loves someone else. All the cute ones are taken... He faked a laugh. "I wouldn't call it love, just saying I think you're cute and I would like to get to know you better...

Chris laughed. "No, I don't usually run into things like that. Last time I remember....well...I don't remember it, but I know it happened. I darted off from my end of the pool to the other, but water rushed into my eyes because my goggles were faulty. It wasn't very pleasant. I don't remember much after that, but they say I darted head-first into the wall on the side of the pool and was knocked unconscious." he rubbed the top of his head as if he could still feel where he had hit it.
He laughed again at Rex's comment. "Yeah, I don't do well in beds." he said jokingly. "Not alone anyway..." he added.

Rex looked to Chris. "I was the one that had to take you out of the pool when you went unconsious. You almost seriously hurt yourself." Rex laughed at Chris' bed comment. "So I've heard. I've never experienced your expertise." Rex said laughing. Walking over to him.
