And once again, Wrath had fallen from loss of concentration. That try had really annoyed him but he never made any remarks about falling on a single one of his attempts. He just seemed to remain silent and to keep trying when he failed. He thought about jumping from one end of the beam to another but the chances of him actually land perfectly on the beam were very low.

Wrath's cycle of falling seemed never ending but he still never gave up. He just kept getting up off the ground and back onto the beam. I justed wanted to successfully cross it one last time and then he would continue training his balance for another day. He had to continue training Elruda.

And yet again he had fallen into the dirt. And his optimism was gone by this point. He just looked at the beam with utmost annoyance and thought to himself while he starred at the beam, 'I hate you.' However he still mounted it and tried again.

At least he wasn't running laps. Something that Wrath dreaded doing with every fiber of his being. He absolutely hated running. All it did was make you tired and you never felt as if you were making progress. He always tried to avoid having to run laps even if he was telling himself that he needed to do them.

And with his second time cross the beam he told himself he was done with it for now. He jump down and walked over to where Elruda was going to train her taijutsu so he could watch her.

The training dummy had no tenketsu holes and Elruda told herself she'll look stupid if she wasted chakra for the Byakugan. So she just simply dropped to the traditional Juuken stance, hers being a bit more stiff from lack of use. She begun attacking the dummy, aiming for what she remembered of the over three hundred chakra holes. With that, she aimed a chakra laced palm at the dummy's chest. Her attacks were much much slower than the Hyuuga's normal speed but that was ok. In the future, she would concentrate on speed.

To her surprise, the training dummy was quite flexible and liked to avoid her attacks. Before she figured what was going on, the dummy smashed its front right into her. A bit off, Elruda got up. This was so not right. She was the one whom was supposed to hit the dummy, not the other way around.

SMASH. This time, however, even though she failed to hit the dummy, she managed to avoid getting hit by the wooden doll a second time. Unfortunately for Elruda, she had leaned backwards to avoid the hit but had leaned too far and lost her balance. Ouch. How embarrassing.

Elruda was upset but not at her failure to hit the dummy. She was upset at how pitiful her stupid Juuken was. Several times because of her inflexibility, Elruda had gotten hit by the wooden doll. But she pushed herself up after every time she got hit and would try again. If there was something to admire about her, it would be her spirit and unwillingness to give up.

Left punch. Dummy bended to the right. Right punch. Dummy bended to the left. A kick. Dummy bended backwards and came back with incredible speed. However this time, before contact, Elruda managed to somersault out of the way. She grumbled to herself. This is going to take a while...

She was close to hitting the dummy but halfway through the kick the doll suddenly bended forward, smashing into her stomach and forcibly driving her breath out. Elruda spluttered and forced herself up. Well...that most certainly hurt... She thought darkly to herself. With that, she charged at the dummy once more, palm outstretched.

After a short while, even though Elruda still haven't managed to hit the dummy, her attacks had gotten better and less clumsy. She had quickly learned the flaws in her stance and how to alter it a little bit to land on her feet. Well, this certainly was proving to be beneficial for her Juuken.

BAM. Her left fist made contact with the wooden dummy, cracks spreading from where her chakra-laced palm had struck. Elruda smiled to herself. Her efforts were finally rewarded. She held up her right hand and with two fingers, headed in for a jab.

She missed but Elruda shrugged her failure off and delivered a well-rounded kick to the dummy's side. She had seen some of the older Hyuugas back in Konoha fight in this style. Between hits, there would be kicks, bends, and somersaults to avoid the opponents' counterattacks.

A few minutes later, Elruda still haven't managed to land a second hit on the wooden dummy. However, now, she was able to dodge most of the rebounding attacks. She still wasn't able to execute Juuken perfectly but the moves were noticeably more graceful.
