((Basically, I've been following a fire nin around for the last 2 pages of this RP))

Arito sat in a tree again, frustrated at his own incompitence at tracking. Again he had lost track of the battle he had been following when the group had split up. "Damn it all! Why did they choose me to do this? I'm getting nowhere at all."

As he was considering going back to Konoha to ask to be replaced, he spotted movement through the trees several branches down. He noticed a girl a few years older than him moving through the trees. The girl carried a fan and a staff with her, and had quite a high chakra signature. However, Arito could not spot any sign of a country symbol on her.

"A missing-nin? Or maybe a rougue? What's she doing here of all places?"

With no better clue on where to go, Arito began to follow her. "If worse comes to worse, at least fighting her will give me something to do..."

Land/ Village: Land of Water, Village hidden in the waterfall

Rank: S-Class

Appearance: Michiyo stands at 5'5". While she is short and skinny, she makes up for her small stature with attitude. Her hair is long, and reaches about the middles of her back. She claims it's light blue color came from the magic of the land, so as to distinguish her better as one from the Land of Water. One cannot tell is her large eyes are dark blue or violet. Her body, though small, is very well toned, due to her constant work outs and training.

Michiyo likes to wear loose comfortable clothing that is easy to move in, however when needed she wears tight well fitting clothing that is yet again, flexible, and makes no noise when moving. ((I'm going to describe her outfit(s) in the roleplay, therefore the lack of description here.))


Personality: Michiyo likes to have fun, but can be rather serious when the need arises. She likes to play practical jokes, and keep the mood light. She likes to hang out with the guys, more than the girls, and has no problem joining in on gross subjects or joking about crude and perverted things. She tryies to smile, because she believes that it won't get better unless you try. She is very caring about those close to her and she will do anything to protect them. She does not let her temper get the best of her...most of the time. When her temper flares though, everyone knows to stay out of her way.

Weaponry: A ninjaken fitted with a katana handle so as to fool enemies as to how quickly she can draw her weapon, the traditional kunai and throwing stars.

Fighting Style: Uses ninjutsu, and hensojutsu (disguise/imersonation/infiltration techniques)(still has more to learn but is efficient in hensojutsu)

Element: Uses mostly a mixture of water and air, but incorporates light into her techniques also.

Jutsu:
Tidal Wave: Combines water and wind to create a tidal wave that crashes down on the enemy:3

Mirror Illusion: Uses her water abilities to create mirror images of various objects and confuse and distract the enemy: 2

Blinding Light: Combines water and light to shine off the water and temporarily blind the enemy:2

Boiling Water: Air and water techniques combine to raise the temperature of the water, either to simply chase an enemy out of hiding, or to cause severe burns on said enemy:3

Crystal Blizzard: Ice shards rain down in blizzard like winds:4

Steam Bath: Raises the temperature of the air so as to create steam from off the water, to hide herself and confuse the enemy and make them a little lethargic.: 2

Flowing River: She sends water from her fingertips at the enemy in large blasts, however she can use her air abilities to raise and lower the temperature during the blast to create ice, or steaming hot water now being fired at the enemy:4

Bubble Rhapsody: Creates jets of bubbles she can fire at the enemy: 3

Water Clone: Allows her to create water clones of anyone within a 30 yard radius and attack with them. :5

Rainbow Illusion: Using her light and water abilites, she shunes the light through the water, creating illusions, some of which she can attack with.: 5 (not quite mastered yet)

Water Dam: Creates a wall of water that deflects attacks from an enemy:2


Kekkai Genkai: Michiyo's clan is a very spiritually centered one, and therefore, she gained the ability to meditate wherever she is, provided conditions are fair, gaining back strength and chakra faster than normal.

Background: Michiyo was always a curious and talkative little girl. Her mother and father had left to help in the ongoing turmoil, and though they vowed to return, they had not. Michiyo lived with her brother and grandfather in the water village, and helped run her grandfather's small shop where they sold homemade goods anf food. She loved walking through the town and always stopped to chat to anyone and everyone. She had gained her Jonin rank not long ago, thanks to her brother and his help with training her. Her grandfather also helped her in meditating, and helping put her mindset as the pain and bother of training was worth what she would get in the end. She is slightly efficient in Hensojutsu due to her father teaching her before he left.

Kanna slowed her pace, sensing that somebody was following her. 'hmm...i should make this quick.' thought kanna as she started weaving her way through the forest, trying to lose whoever was following her.

((Taiyouhi made the "fire nation scum" comment))

Hayaiko gracefully dodged a kunai as he charged swiftly towards three water shinobi. Off about three feet to each side of him were his comrades. Chi Hana dodged one as she cut off leftwards and started throwing thorns at the shinobi in the middle. Hayaiko cut off to the right and charged the water nin, and Taiyouhi vanished in a puff of smoke, appearing behind the leftmost water nin, who was running towards Chi Hana. He turned to face him, but it was too late. Taiyouhi used his searing flesh jutsu and grabbed the shinobi's face as he turned and then he gave him a quick kick to the side.

Chi Hana grabbed her kagi nawa and grew a thorny vine around it, and then began to swing it above her head. She let it loose, but the water nin jumped above it and came down very close to her. She drew the weapon back quickly and put it away, deciding to engage him. She grew thorns all over her body and then created more in her hands, which she threw at the water nin. He ducked this time, and then lunged towards Chi Hana, but the lunging shinobi was suddenly hit in the side and back with about 5 shurikens, thrown by Taiyouhi. Chi Hana dodged the lunge of the shinobi and took out her kagi nawa again, striking quickly before the shinobi regained his balance. His leg was wound up in the weapon and the grappling hook at the end dug into his flesh. Then he grew a thorny vine around it, and slowly up the water nin's leg, keeping him on the ground in a state of pain long enough for Taiyouhi to poof next to him and cut his arms off with his two kama yari.

Hayaiko was engaging the middle ninja as this was going on. Metal clashed with metal, both trying to outmaneuver the other. Hayaiko lunged and the water nin rolled off to the side and then jumped back at him, but Hayaiko did a backflip to end up behind the location that the water nin landed. He quickly began a spin attack, striking the water nin multiple times in the back, but the water nin managed to duck before he got more than a few gashes, and he did a trip attack on Hayaiko, who fell to the ground. As he was about to stab Hayaiko, the clever Genin used a wind jutsu to throw a powerful wind current out of his hand, throwing the water nin skyward, who flipped backwards in the air and landed on his feet. He charged forwards at Hayaiko as he arose, but the water nin was suddenly tripped by Chi Hana's kagi nawa, and then Hayaiko went in for a final blow. The water nin let out a blood curdling cry and promptly died.

Kuraiyume on the other hand, was not fighting only one opponent, but rather, he was surrounded by eight water nin. He saw every one, due to his Byakugan which he had activated, and he smiled and said "Eight to one... why do you fight me when I clearly outnumber you?" After that comment, he created eight clones of himself who all charged at the enemy shinobi, while he himself began his summon storm jutsu. He pulled out a scroll and threw it into the air, then he split it with a lightning bolt. Suddenly, massive storm clouds began to appear above their heads. By this time, the clones were gone, but Kuraiyume had the upper hand. He whirled his kusari gama above his head to discourage the enemy shinobi from attacking, while the storm above them began to let loose lightning bolts. They hit Kuraiyume's kusari gama, and then made their way from the blade to the chain, where they struck out at the enemies.

Two fell, stunned by the shock, and Kuraiyume jumped to their location and slit one's throat with his weapon. The other one got up, but Kuraiyume let his weapon go and the chain hit him in the head, knocking him cold. Kuraiyume then drew back his weapon and flung it at another, who dodged.

He started whirling the weapon above his head again, and another lightning bolt came down from the clouds and hit it. This time though, it remained in the weapon. Two more bolts hit it in the same fashion, until Kuraiyume let the massive electrical charge loose, and it flew outwards in all directions, hitting every one of the water nin. Two of them died outright from the shock, and the other four were paralyzed. Kuraiyume killed another two before they could recover, and now only two water nin faced him. They disengaged and ran in full flight from the Jonin.

Just then, he felt another presence behind him, a much more powerful presence. He turned and saw a shinobi in black robes, wielding two claws. The black-robed water nin smiled and spoke in a gleefully deranged voice, "A strong opponent... it should be fun tearing you limb from limb!"

It was Yoruken, a well known water nin, known for his prowess and brutality, but Kuraiyume was not afraid. If the gods willed it, he would win this day. "Yoruken, come to me now, that I may render judgement." The two shinobi charged towards each other at an ungodly pace.

"That was just to get your attention." Sirus smiled and threw several needles at the shinobi, many flew by without making a hit, becoming lodged in the tree behind the fire ninja. The other needles shot out toward his enemy.

Still following the girl, Arito slowed slightly. The girl's movements and direction had become sporatic. "She's either trying to lose me, or leading me into a trap. I'd prefer the former, but I can't let either happen in this situation."

He dropped down to branches closer to the forest floor and flung two metal shuriken at the girl's legs.

"If observation won't work here, maybe interrogation will."

Sirus did a backflip landing on the vertical side of the tree using his chakra to cling to it. "Sorry but your going to have to do better than that." Sirus drew more needles twitched his wrist and sent them flying, exploding tags attached to each needle.
