Seto sighed to himself as he made his way towards the Village Hidden in the Leaves. There was an exam coming up soon and Being a mere Genin wasn't all that great. He was still relatively unknown by most of the other members of his own village (even though he liked that nobody bothered him) but he was also never given any actual missions to test his abilities and push them past his normal limits. He couldn't become stronger as a Genin, he needed the chance to get so much more. He needed the power to achieve his goal of becoming one with the One Tailed sand demon so that his powers may become complete. It was the only thing he truly wanted and he would stop at nothing to achieve it. Many of the people in this village were other shinobi that would be attending the exam like he was. He glanced about, seeing a mix of other ninja and civilians. He knew full well that killing another ninja in these tests was far from prohibited and he was going to take advantage of any chance he got during them to let loose and fully release his power over sand. He had been without a proper workout for far too long and he intended to do everything he could, just so he could watch them squirm and die to his power. Even if it wasn't complete in his eyes, it was still a very potent ability and he fully intended to use it to the full extent of his own abilities in the coming days, perhaps even before the exam if he could. As he walked along the streets, he was starting to form a slight grin on his face as he started fantasizing about how many different ways he could kill someone with his sand and just how many he would get a chance to use. Fully encasing their bodies in sand and then applying a massive amount of raw pressure, completely crushing them with the sand. Creating a sinkhole of sand beneath their feet and trapping them, slowly pulling them under as the pressure crushed their bones slowly the deeper they were pulled. Launching a series of condensed and hardened sand projectiles with sharp tips into their bodies and then rapidly expanding the sand in a miniature explosion from inside the wound itself. Creating a massive done of sand over the entire area and closing off all escape as it slowly closes around them, shrinking the done as the inside walls are then lined with hardened sand spikes to stab at the victim as they are crushed. Each now idea put another twisted smirk on his lips as he had started jumping on the rooftops, not having liked the crowded streets at all. He didn't like being around so many people anyways. He would eventually stop on the roof of what was actually the Hokage's office, the building closest to the monumental faces of the previous Kages of this village. Stopping to look around, he realized just how early he was and now that he had been thinking about it, he has lost almost all of his patience for the exam itself to start. ] ╔══════════════╗ ¤*Amarante*¤ ╚══════════════╝ Inari arrived in the Hidden Leaf Village to hunt down the first of the prospects on their list Seto Gaara, she hadn’t known much about Seto except the fact he was considered unstable by his own village and thus was no doubt a threat. From the amount of research done it would seem that he had ambitious enough goals that the Akatsuki would be looking at him. Again it wasn’t Inari who had done the research so she wasn’t exactly sure what his abilities and powers were. She was eager to meet the prospect though as he seemed to intrigue her more than any of the others. Whether or not Lilith followed her to the Hidden Leaf or whether she went to look at one of the other prospects was not to Amarante’s concern.
“Recognizable by the large gourd on his back…” Inari took to the rooftops as her appearance wasn’t one that she really preferred to give away especially with the Akatsuki robe tied around her waist and covering her lower half. She continued to quietly speak to herself as she jumped from roof to roof. Looking to the streets she was looking for a large gourd, the streets were filled with typical ninja from all over. They all looked a little different some of them were really weird but that was normal in this time of the ninja. It hadn't seemed like all that long before she realized that the ninja she was looking for was nearer than she assumed. “Recognizable by the… hello Seto Gaara,” as her eyes searched she noticed the abnormal shape on top of a nearby roof, “I’d say that’s probably a large gourd on someone’s back.” Tapping the temple of her mask it made a faint tinging sound and she quickly made her way over to the roof the mysterious figure was sitting at.
“You must be Seto Gaara, am I mistaken?” Her voice was again proper, it wasn’t the same crude tone she spoke to herself with, it was polite and welcoming. She approached him from behind but didn’t touch him at all, looking up at the Kage mountain she walked past him to the ledge of the building. “Allow me to introduce myself. My name is Amarante, and I have done a considerable amount of research on you. Would I be wrong to assume that you do not wish to be stifled by ninja at your current level. Or you wouldn’t be standing up here alone.” She crossed her arms and turned back towards the young ninja, though she was old for her age she was now in her mid 20’s and was well versed in the world of the ninja and could talk her way inside of his mind, he was a weird looking kid that was for sure but at the very least she would be able to get him to talk. The snow covered city looked peaceful, if it wasn’t bustling with so many people it would be actually nice. She had grown to hate people, and she could tell that this Gaara kid hated them as well. “Wouldn’t this city be better under a stricter control, all of these people running free it’s possible that any of them could turn evil and kill all these poor kids.” She gestured sarcastically with her hands but spoke with kindness still. She was being nice still but had a more sinister tone in her voice. “I have come to ask you if there is anything you’d like me to help you accomplish? Friend to friend, that is.”

Standing there, he had started pondering method after twisted, bone shattering method with which he could kill someone and he was just aching to try them all out. In his sick little daydream (or daymare...?) he was certainly not expecting any sort of company or visitors, especially not one trying to seek him out specifically. When her voice called out his name, he was pulled from his demented thoughts as he turned about to face her, eyes narrowed as he glared at her. He didn't like people sneaking up on him and he certainly didn't like people knowing him when he didn't know them. " Who are you? How do you know who I am?" He demanded of her as she started to introduce herself. Walking past him, looking up at the mountain she would tell him her name and reveal that she has been doing research on him. That would answer his first two questions at the least, but he still had more to ask now. She stopped him from asking them however with a question of her own. She basically asked him if he didn't like other people, though with different wording. He narrowed his eyes and was about to tell her to get to the point as she started making an observation about the people in the town running about and saying how they were a potential danger if someone turned evil and started killing children. He honestly didn't even care if that happened. " So what if they do? It's not my problem nor do I care what they do...and we are not friends..." He glared at her, not liking the way she was speaking and trying to assume they were on good relations. The simple fact that she was being so friendly, even after admitting that she had been researching him was fishy enough and he didn't like suspicious people even more than normal people so she was already starting to get on his bad side that way. " Tell me the real reason you are here and I won't kill you. Why were you researching me and why are you bothering me?" He looked into her eyes as he questioned her, fully prepared to release the sand that made up the gourd on his back and use it to attack if need be. ] ╔══════════════╗ ¤*Amarante*¤ ╚══════════════╝ She liked this guys spunk, Lilith hadn’t mentioned anything about his attitude, but Inari liked it. It was weird just how different she was now as she was five years ago. She approached the young man, towering above him she was always reminded of her exceptional height. Leaning down she got her face close to his and tweaked her emotionless face to the side as she looked into his eyes. “I like you, straight to the point. Just what she must have been looking for, leaves little to the imagination for deceit.” She spoke without her mouth moving, its because she was speaking under the mask, not that he could tell, he must think she was some sort of monster. Leaning back and standing up she turned her back to him and didn’t even glance back, leaving her back totally exposed, she could feel the power gap between them and hoped he could to. “I would love to imagine for a second that you could kill me, but I’m afraid that’s just not going to happen today. Since you want me to get to the point allow me to explain what I want from you.” Swinging her head from side to side she stepped her long legs up on the railing and began moving back and forth walking on the thin and icy rail with ease. “I happen to work for an organization that would love to make things easier for gifted ninja such as yourself. In exchange for me aiding you with something you need, you can return the favor by proving to me that you deserve a spot wearing this robe.” Grabbing a piece of the robe she held it up and flicked it down again, “I’m sure we haven’t the faintest amount of reach in this village but we are currently quite short staffed, we would be interested in bringing justice and order to the world of the ninja. The Kage run under a corrupt system that allows them absolute power,” placing her hand up to her chin she hopped off the rail and back onto the rooftop and began to approach him again while still speaking, “I don’t like absolute power, it allows for corruption. The Akatsuki, like to share their power within themselves. So, are you going to tell me what I can help you with? Or are you just going to quiz a senior ninja?”
Inari feigned her higher rank, and although she felt that those were really the values that the Akatsuki upheld she knew something about what she was saying wouldn’t sit right with this kid. She felt as if she was playing a game, trying to slowly move Seto’s allegiance from the Kage towards the Akatsuki, she had no idea where he stood but knew he was strong enough to have heeded her words about special ninja. “We would be considered a sort of… outside traditional means special operations branch. Who play by our own rules.” She spun the Akatsuki as if they were well received, but if he hadn’t noticed the armband on her bicep yet with the scratched out Mist Village Emblem he would sooner than later, perhaps that was a give away that she was in fact a missing-nin, but it was also possible that he didn’t care. Inari was growing weary that ANBU or the security of the village would become aware of her chakra sooner or later. If someone got onto her trail she would be able to show Seto the power of the Akatsuki, and of her, who was again the most junior member. Of the three of them, the organization was in pitiful shape right now to say the least. She moved back towards the rail and leaned back on it tracing Seto’s movements with her eyes. Not that he could see that anyways the blue lids on the mask masked her eye movements, another useful ability of the armor.

Crossing his arms now as he watched this woman, Seto was starting to lose what little patience he had with her. She was trying to be convincing, though with someone like him, she was being a tad obvious. He might have avoided social contact but he wasn't an idiot and was more intelligence than he seemed or let on actually. She went on about why someone like him, simply calling them 'she', which would imply they were a fellow member of this group that had been researching him. She also started insulting his ability to kill when he wanted, and he really didn't like that. He would narrow his eyes as she starting walking about in an icy railing and going on about gifted ninja and him giving her a reason to why he deserved to wear some black cloak she had. He hardly cared about that honestly and he was starting to doubt if this woman could actually help him at all in what he wanted anyways. She also started ranting and raving about how corrupt the Kage were and he was starting to think she was an idiot at this rate. " Your research is clearly wrong if you think any of this means a damn thing to me..." He spoke up as she finished her little 'selling pitch' to him. " I don't give a damn about the Kage or the lives of their worthless people...I'd kill any of them without a second thought and I'd enjoy it." He started, beginning to grin a little as he started thinking about his many ways to murder again. " Justice and what is right is only decided by who is strong. Corruption and justice are both lies made up by whoever is the strongest. I'm not stupid, you just want your group to be in that position so you can make up your own laws for the world. But it doesn't matter to me what you do. Unless you can give me all the information that exists about the One Tailed Beast." He looked at her, having finally given her something to use to get his help. " The only thing I want is to make my power complete by becoming one with the demon known as Shukaku. Only then will my ability be absolute. If you can help me do this then I'll be more that happy to kill whoever you need for you little overthrow or whatever." He said with a grin, though he still doubted she would have what he needed, but hey, if they gave him a good chance to really slaughter some people, he just might join anyways. ] ╔══════════════╗ ¤*Amarante*¤ ╚══════════════╝ Her eyes widened under her mask, the fact that this kid knew Shukaku’s name, let alone knowing about the tailed beasts at all intrigued her. Gathering her composure without making a sound she was intrigued by his goals and the fact all she needed to do was round up one measly tailed beast would make things quite easy for her and Lilith. They would have no trouble at all finding and sealing such a beast for Seto’s use. The problem was, she had heard that Shukaku was in a tough spot, he needed to be resurrected. “I believe we can come to an agreement after all Seto Gaara. Tailed beasts are well written about in Akatsuki lore, so I know much of them. The Akatsuki can definitely find Shukaku and place him in your body for you. It’s a vast power that will be tough to control.” She was taunting him because she could tell it was getting to him, “you sure you can handle something like a tailed beast? Perhaps I should join you in your little quest for a tailed beast. But then again, I have my own issues to contend with.” Rubbing her shoulder she referred to the covered curse mark on her shoulder. Turning her attention back to Seto she was curious as to how much he could actually handle as a ninja, he looked tough enough but sometimes it was the least tough looking ninjas who could do the most damage. “I’m intrigued you are willing to join us for such a cause, I will offer my personal help, along with my partner’s to aid you in the search for Shukaku. We have vast libraries at our headquarters and we pride ourselves on our ability to gather information. We researched you didn’t we, and you had no idea we were watching you at all. So we must be doing something right.” Still leaning on the railing her mind was racing about the potential this kid harnessed especially if he was interested in such things as tailed beasts and things of the like. He would be more of an asset than Inari initially realized. Although it was true that the Akatsuki’s original goal was to seal the tailed beasts, there was to be a new leader soon, and she was hardly concerned with the capture of the beasts if they were working for her own cause. Inari soon realized during the conversation that if she could simply gather a couple more agents she would be able to overthrown Kagami if she resisted anyways. For the most part it seemed like Seto would be willing to repay Inari personally, not the organization. That’s what she was attempting to get out of him anyways. Her lust for control of the organization would come along with her title of Heroine. She would brand the Akatsuki as heroes of peace rather than murderous villains, but that wasn’t an option until she could thrust her own power higher. Continuing her conversation with Seto she looked around the village, ever cautious, “I would imagine that my partner should be arriving at any moment to tell you more about what we need from you, but for now I would be glad to keep you company.” She stood up proudly and moved towards the edge facing the village, her charismatic aura radiated from her armor, it was true she was becoming more powerful even during this conversation with Seto. She was prepared to face those she saw as villains. She spouted on about her righteous mission.
“The Akatsuki, are heroes. We are the most gifted ninja from our respected clans. Those who opposed us, fear our power. We have yet to be destroyed we are only weakened. It is my duty to the heroes of peace and justice that we restore this organization to its former glory.” Gesturing with her hands as she talked she began to raise her voice to a thunderous level. “I will not repeat myself! The Akatsuki are here, and they are here to stay. I vow to this world that I will rebuild us up to the power we once held!” Swinging both of her arms back swiftly she blew her cape and robes backward and outward in a marvelous display, “And I! Inari Amarante! The Metallic Heroine of the Akatsuki! Shall be at the helm, leading the charge! Destroying all who get in my way! So be wary, Konoha, Village of the Leaf. You will be the first to know our holy wrath! Who would dare oppose us?! I say, no one!” The villagers all began to look up at the spectacle she was making of herself. With Seto standing behind her unseen by the villagers, and Lilith following her to the village she would be able to defend herself on this rooftop long enough to prove her power to anyone who opposed her. “What say you, world?! Who has the courage to stand against me?” She yelled it out the village, low level ninja and villagers all simply pointed and stared at her, as if she was some sort of religious devout, she certainly was speaking like one. But she was working herself up. A couple of the villagers started to cheer along with her. She made the Akatsuki seem like a righteous group, they had no idea of the organizations past. And she would surely not allow them to be portrayed in the same light as they once had been. Breathing heavily under the armor she stepped up onto the railing at the crowd who must have just thought she was performing. “Hark, you shall know my name, Inari Amarante!”

Adell Terumi, THE GREATEST NINJA IN THE WORLD, wanna-be... Adell entered the village, in awe of this place that he found. He showed his passport. However, his kage's clothes were enough to allow them to recognize him. Of course, certainty still had to be mad. Even in this relatively peaceful age, there were still threats all around. Adell was pretty giddy. He naturally drew attention to himself. It was not every day a kage entered another village. At that, it seemed, to the eyes of everyone, that he had come along unguarded. One would have to wonder if he was that confident, or just that at ease. As he walked and looked around exploring the village, he suddenly heard a thunderous voice in the distance. He moved in closer, his eyes widening as he heard a name he hadn't heard in a long time...but the title was different. Could it be her. She had spoke of joining the akatsuki after all. He slowly pushed his way through the crowd. trying to get a better look. Some of the attention had been split between the woman clad in metal and a black and red cloak, and him, the Mizukage. He heard the woman's words and could only frown. How could one say such a thing. She ended her calling out her name once again. He carefully pushed his way through the crowd. His face held a surge of many different emotions. He had longed to see her again. But was this person, held in this metal shell truly her. At that, how...how could Inari say the things she did. She had been Someone he looked up to. "Inari...Is that you?" He called out to her. He stepped forward, giving no heed to the sand manipulator for the time being. His focus was entirely on his old friend. He moved closer, approaching the railing. ] ╔══════════════╗ ¤*Amarante*¤ ╚══════════════╝ Her eyes darted down towards the ground, it was a voice she recognized. The one she had been searching for. She swung her arms violently towards him as she pointed towards the young Kage. “Look who it is! Adell Temuri, I have been searching all over for you. This just makes things so much easier.” Moving her hand as if she was brushing her hair back she crossed her arms and pushed her chest out in an intimidating pose. She hadn’t expected to see him here, and he had looked like he grew up quite a bit, “I hate to relish this chance to be sentimental, but I just couldn't care less.” She shrugged and cackled holding her mouth. The crowds attention on her would give her the advantage, as a missing nin she held the advantage, she was able to harm these ninja, Adell wouldn’t harm the kids and younger ninja. “So what brings you here? Come to settle up have you, well I hate to tell you, that just isn’t going to happen.”
Inari was fully prepared to lay her life on the line, Adell was the last person she expected to see here. She was hoping Lilith would show up before she fought anyone or got into any sort of conflict. At least Seto was with her and Inari could use him if she really had to. Inari loved fighting, but against an opponent who by the looks of it, was now a Kage, she would have to be fighting for her life. Especially with the kill on sight orders of her becoming a missing ninja. Noticing his garment again she chuckled again at his kage’s hat. “Looks like you have an upgrade to that little headband. You and me both,” she tapped the arm band on her bicep and traced the scratch over the mist villages logo. “Except these two things mean slightly different things I assume. But where did you find those kage robes? Unless…” letting out a little chuckle again “You really are the new kage? I had heard that old bird perished in the last little while, so you are her replacement. Then you will make an entertaining opponent after all.” Rotating her shoulder she smiled under the mask completely invisible to the outside world. “I haven’t had a chance to test this suits full capabilities out yet, this is gonna be fun.” She didn’t know if Adell wanted to fight or not, but she wouldn’t really give him a chance to think about it, whatever he said next would be of no concern to her. She wasn’t sad or remorseful, she didn’t care what he had to say or what he had accomplished. She only cared about one thing, furthering the mission of the Akatsuki. She had no worries anymore, except her own power and the power of the organization. “Adell Temuri! Tell me the truth, have you come here to kill me? Or just to gawk?” With another terrifying metallic laugh she beckoned him to come at her, whether he would or not wouldn’t matter, she would stop him from hurting her. He was a kage, meaning he had grown immensely but so had she.
Turning back towards Seto she warned him, "When I get going I'm difficult to stop, keep your distance once the sparks start flying. Don't want you to get hurt now, we need you in tip top shape my friend." She swung her hand back out towards the crowd, "Now then, shall we?"

Adell Terumi, THE GREATEST NINJA IN THE WORLD, wanna-be... Adell stared up at her as she spoke out to him. Her voice was muffled somewhat under her armor. What had become of her? As she made her violent, and frankly, arrogant display, he listened. He took notice as she refered to their headbands. At first she dismissed his kage robes. That was until she realized the truth, as hard to believe as it seemed to her. She then had the gall to insult the former kage. She doubted he could be an entertaining opponent, despite their previous battle. He jumped up quickly using the walls of the buildings to reach her. He landed in front of her, his stance at ease, rather then offensive or defensive. "Come... to kill you... of course not. How could I try and kill one of my dearest friends. Inari... what happened to you? This isn't you. Don't you remember, we are friends. I waited to meet you again. I grew strong, made myself ready for us to face each other again, as friends... not enemies." He glanced to the armor she held. "And what possessed you to wear such a thing? Why would you hide your beautiful face?" He asked her, actually smiling a bit, as he blushed. He glanced to the people around them. He truly hoped this wouldn't turn into a fight here, with all these people. Even if this was another's village, he couldn't let harm come to them. Little did he and the others know, there were other eyes watching them all cautiously, just in case. Seto watched the woman stay silent for a moment and wondered if she even knew of the fact that the One Tailed Beast was in fact, technically speaking, dead. That was the only true obstacle in his quest to become one with Shukaku and the only reason he would ever possibly need help with his goal. He had however intentionally omitted telling her this little bit of information when he told her what he wanted. It was something he was going to use later to see if she really would go through all of the trouble of helping him resurrect a destroyed demon so that he could fuse with it. But for now, he had decided that he would go along with her, at least for a little while as he had the feeling that doing so would give him many more chances to kill people and gain more power. She however started spouting about how powerful demons were and asked if he could really control such a thing, this annoyed him greatly given the nature of his power was born from Shukaku in the first place. " Do not insult me woman! My very power and ability was born from the demon Shukaku." His solid gourd started to dissolve into sand, extending out to demonstrate his ability, spreading out into the air around them, fully ready to move at his command. " My bloodline was created by one of the previous Jinchuriki of the demon and it's power to control the desert has been passed down in my blood. However, that control is a mere shadow of the real thing...It's incomplete and imperfect...It feels as if a part of myself is missing and that is why I must reunite with the demon. My power will become absolute and then I will destroy the one that destroyed the beast!" He had gotten all worked up now as he spoke, anger apparent in his voice and he had accidentally revealed the bit of the demon being technically speaking dead. No matter, he had gotten his point across. He and Shukaku were literally made for each other. " Do not question my ability to control what is my birthright woman..." He glared at her as she would move on to speaking of just how 'great' the Akatsuki were. She would even go on to begin shouting out to the entire village quite literally, putting the Akatsuki in a rather positive light to the unsuspecting townspeople. One might think her boastful and open challenge was both arrogant and foolish, but Seto was interested in seeing what would happen next as they awaited an answer. A young man called out, asking if she was really who she had just claimed to be. Idiot, why wouldn't she be? He was dressed in what seamed to be the traditional robes of a Kage, making him a very powerful and prominent person, though the symbol on the hat wasn't Hidden Leaf, so he wasn't the Kage here. Looking closer, Seto could see that he was the Kage of the Hidden Mist instead. He would soon make his way tto the rooftop as well to join them as Inari spoke to him and talked of how he had finally become a Kage and mentioning her scratched out headband, speaking of how they meant different things and then speaking of a fight between the two. Looking between them, Seto actually liked the idea of watching them fight. He was actually quite curious as to just what Inari could really do after she had tried acting as if he couldn't kill her if he had wanted to. Though he also wanted to see what a Kage was capable of, just in case he ever felt like killing one for fun. The male however seemed to have no interest in fighting what was apparently his old friend. Friend. Such a meaningless word to Seto. People were all selfish and only served themselves anyways, helping only when there was something to be gained. His exchange with Inari just now was proof of this. The man soon when on to ask if she would take their would be fight to a more open location. Seto merely scoffed. " Why bother...? I want to see what you two can do so why not just get to the good part?" He asked with a slightly sadistic grin, just waiting too see them beat one another to death. ] ╔══════════════╗ ¤*Amarante*¤ ╚══════════════╝ Between Seto and Adell she was already amused by this situation, Seto was worried about what Inari thought of his power which she considered to be a childish trait that she once had herself. Her personality now since joining the Akatsuki had become bleak and nasty again like when she had first started being a ninja. Still looking towards after she had given her attention to Adell during his little spiel about how she wasn’t the same person she once was Inari spoke first to Seto, “Well I can’t deny you from your birthright but like a spoiled noble you are expecting me to hand you the keys to the world because of your last name? No thank you, you can later show me what exactly you are capable once we find the location of Shukaku. But right now I have to handle a little something, watch and enjoy my young friend. I’m about to teach you invaluable lessons.” Looking back down towards the ground she brushed her hand against her thigh, making a metal on metal scratching sound. Turning her attention to the young Kage she then began to speak louder again.
“Well Adell I don’t have the time to take a little winter walk with you, as much as I wish I did I am a very busy woman. You are right about something though, I am definitely not the same woman I used to be.” With her legs placed together still on the railing she leaned over to look down at the eager crowd surrounding Adell, “I am much better in nearly every way. Some might consider my humanity lost but that’s hardly something that matters to me. The ends justify the means don’t they? Isn’t that always how the Mist Village operated? Or are you going to change all of that for the world, and put the base of the Seven Legendary Swordsman up as a bulletin so we can find them? You have always been soft, like your shell. Against this,” clashing her hand against her chest the sound was a loud metal banging. “My metal shell that is about to prove itself impervious. I do however, have some bad news. As I am a busy woman I am going to have to make another suggestion about our fight…” pausing she took a step off the railing back towards the rooftop.
Weaving quick hand signs she disappeared right before she hit the ground and reappeared back to back to the young Kage. This was the fear she wanted to instill, they all know what was going to happen as soon as she reappeared, this wasn’t a time to talk and Amarante was eager to see what Adell could do with such limitations. The large crowd of young and old ninja would prevent him from using anything that covered to much area at risk of hitting anyone. He was now limited to personal jutsu, close range jutsu as well as taijutsu, which she assumed that she had the advantage with. “I’m afraid I want to fight right here,” she swung a heavy roundhouse kick at his back trying to catch him off guard. As she swung the kick she spoke again, “I hope that’s not going to be a problem!”

Adell Terumi, THE GREATEST NINJA IN THE WORLD, wanna-be... Adell glanced to the raccoon-eyed boy. He seemed rather peoccupied, speaking about the demon shikaku and how he inherited his bloodline from it. He apparently wished to join with the demon, in order to perfect this power of his to... control the desert... or something like that. But regardless, he was getting all ticked off at Inari for her not recognizing, or not caring about this. Well he listened in on Inari and Adell's conversation, he added his two bits. His two bits, in this case, were a desire to them fight. Seto displayed a clear bloodlust. Inari, meanwhile, seemed far more calm. She lashed at Seto with her tongue, resenting his sense of deserving, due to his heritage. Making her side note, she suggested to him to watch their fight. She spoke out loud as she answered Adell, this time. As snow gently fell here and there, and a chilled wind picked up, Adell could only sigh as he listened. He frowned sadly as she renounced her humanity. Could this really be the same person he had met and idolized. She mentioned the mist again, the past it held. "I've already changed the mist. I've worked hard to make it peaceful, like this very world. Do not mistake my humanity for "softness" and weakness. I can hardly believe that this is your nature, to hide in a metal shell, for fear of the world that lies outside of it. You mistake yourself invincible with that armor. If you attempt to fight here, if you attempt to put innocent lives in danger...I'll tear open that metal shell to get to you, with my own bare hands if I have to." His gaze had followed her as she fell and used her jutsu. He heard her appear behind him, even if he didn't see her. He was a ninja of the mist, and had a significant ability to fight with his other senses, albeit not perfectly. He heard the movement of the metal and quickly turned, ducking the roundhouse kick. As he looked to her, his hand quickly rose up, grabbing at her leg. As it did, he turned around again as he moved to toss her towards the ground. He was surprisingly strong for his size. 60581 SP/chakra Spendable skill points: 41 Word Count: 277 Shishi Rendan: 41/700 Water Fang Projectile: 0/900

Lilith Zakura Ah, Hidden Leaf village. My how long it has been since she was here last. The last time she was in this glorified village was the day that chaos was defeated. The one day where Lilith got to be an angel. She did not miss that one bit. She stood in front of the village gates, her umbrella resting on her right shoulder blocking the snow from landing on her skin and clothing. "I hope I am on time to see the show." She said to herself out loud. Inari has changed over five years, but if Lilith knew her like she thought she did. It would be a production for sure.
Lilith entered the gates, leaving just a trail of tiny footprints behind her. She had one purpose for being here, to see Inari finish her mission. Whatever that mission was. But those were just unnecessary details, it will be done if it has to be done. She had no doubt about it, Inari was persistent that was for certain. It made Lilith think back to a time where she was so ambitious, much like Inari is now. She had to admit that she has lost a lot of it. Two. Two goals, that’s all Lilith had. She felt and knew the time was coming where she would no longer be Inari's senior. In fact she felt like that was already over. The minute they saw each other after the five year lapse Inari stepped out of Lilith’s shadow, now she just hope Inari’s didn’t try to smother her. Just like all things time would show what Inari's future held, and how it would affect Lilith directly. But that was neither here of there. Right now is what mattered, and right now she felt Inari close by. Her energy bouncing as if she was siking herself up for some kind of showing. Lilith smiled, see... she knew Inari wouldn't let her down. She knew how to entertain, and she knew how to make Lilith smile. Those were two things that not many could do.
As she got closer to Inari she noticed the large crowd of people circling an area, all of their attentions drawn to one thing. Lilith entered the crowd, she didn't really stand out, well besides being the only person with an umbrella in the snow. The only thing she liked about looking normal, blending in to a crowd. If her demon form wouldn't frighten these people and cause them to scatter, wells he wouldn't hesitate to show it. But she didn't feel like tainting the pure white snow with dark red. Not yet... So for now Lilith would just watch from the sidelines. And that's what she did. It took her a moment to understand what was going on. She knew the man that stood before Inari, Adell Terumi. He was the new Kage of Hidden Mist village. Their new "King of the mist". So Inari was after a Kage, and such a young fresh one. They must have some sort of connection from long ago. She watched Inari appear behind the Kage. "Here we go..." She said softly the person in the crowd looked at her oddly before looking back to the two shinobi that are about to engage each other. Lilith knew that Inari would be the one to throw the first strike, and she didn't let her down on that prediction. She just hoped Inari didn't get herself in to deep, but she had a good feeling she would be just fine.

] ╔══════════════╗ ¤*Amarante*¤ ╚══════════════╝ Tossing Inari to the ground cause a loud thud as he metal back hit the stone rooftop of the Kage’s building. “Oof..” Inari lay on the ground in the small dent that Adell made by slamming her down. “Well then…” rolling backwards she sprang off her hands and slammed on the ground again, she was incredibly heavy in this armor, the fact that she moved in this armor at all was surprising. Let alone with such speed and agility. Brushing herself off she spoke again with her same usual elaborate hand gestures, “you really want to brush that off as humanity? You just slammed a woman, let alone, one you claim to admire so on the ground like I was a sack of rice.” She joked at a time of such seriousness that showed how serious Inari was about this situation, no matter how serious Adell was she still brushed it off as a joke. Weaving nimble hand signs, she used the same technique to bring her down into the crowd. Putting her arms around two of the younger children she knelt down between them. In a piteous tone she scalded Adell from the ground. “I guess you still have to realize what exactly you’re doing here. You are the Kage of the Hidden Mist Village and you are going to attack me in the Hidden Leaf. You could bring this entire village down upon your head. Do you think that these people are willing to watch you savagely attack a woman who is trying to bring this world to justice? How can that be considered Humane.” Standing up she worked the crowd up, “You tell me Konoha! Do you want this monster in your village if he will attack such a helpless woman, I am simply trying to show you all the truth, and he slammed me to the ground! How can that be just behavior for the leader of a village! I can save you from these unjust leaders, rise up, against the Kage with me! They have left you for the last five years to fend for yourselves, and how do they greet you? With more exams! They only want to groom the children into soldiers for their personal wars, how can you allow this to happen.” Waltzing gracefully through the crowd she motioned to the men and women attempting to whip them into a frenzy.
As she wandered through the crowd she suddenly stopped, “Uh oh! Adell there is someone else here who would love to speak to you. Allow me to introduce my senior partner! Lilith Zakura to you all…” she paused and she made her way towards her partner, running her cold metallic fingers along Lilith’s face seductively she got close to her face and pressed her masked lips on her cheek. Carrying on with her speech she moved past her partner, “she will be in the crowd with you all protecting you from this monster and his agents of death! The Mist ninja are and always will be assassins, that’s why I left the village, to become a paladin of justice. Listen to me! I beg of you all, you need a change the war torn world of ninja has gone on too long. ” Walking outside the crowd she looked up at the building, “Allow me to begin your redemption people of the Leaf!”
Leaping up the side of the building she returned to the rooftop. “Now then, Adell, how about I make things interesting?” She wasn’t sure if her speech had riled the crowd up in her favor or not but she was ready to fight, she had the support of the people she hoped and had worked herself up at least. Reaching behind her she grabbed two of the swords as she walked towards the young Kage. Tossing them in the air towards him she aimed them to land behind him, the swords spun quickly and cut through the air, drawing one more she spun it in her hand and lunged at Adell, spinning as she swung the sword her body cut through the air, the swords made a faint whizzing sound as they cut through the air and her body sounded like a much heavier weapon, a hammer or a great sword. But metal nonetheless, as she spun she flicked another sword from its sheath, hoping to surprise him. The sword style she fought with was overwhelming but she didn’t need to add the lightning augments yet. As the snow gently fell Inari’s body and swords broke the silence brought on by her speech.

Adell Terumi, THE GREATEST NINJA IN THE WORLD, wanna-be... Adell frowned to her. Why had she had attacked him so readily, he wasn't certain, but whatever happened, whatever caused her to become like, he had to try and wake her up from it. He clenched his fist as her false speeches. He watched then as she moved to the ground, grabbing the children, trying as she might to drag the innoncent people in the crowd into this. His eyes followed her as she spoke out to them, trying to drive them to her cause. Frankly, though, she had been barking up the wrong tree. They looked to her with fear, not admiration. Her words, and her actions, everything she displayed before were not those of a hero of justice, but someone who has drowned in their arrogance and self-righteousness. Adell's eyes followed her to a petite woman set in a kimono. He grew wary, that her partner, being in the crowd, was there to essentially hold them hostage. He waited as she jumped back onto the roof to face him. "You say you fight for justice, yet you are so willing to destroy everything in your way. You act as if you care for the people, yet you would willingly fight me here, and put these people in danger. It's obvious in your time gone, that you've lost all understanding either of the Kage or Hidden Mist. " He turned towards the crowd, calling to them. "Leave, go to your homes. If you remain you may be in danger." He turned back as the blades came flying towards him. He side-stepped them, his hand grabbing a hold of the handle of one of them. He raised the blade he had taken and moved his sword to deflect the blade she swung off it's course. He shifted his leg quickly, as he moved to side-step the charge of her body, his foot slamming towards her left ankle to trip her and knock her off balance. He caught a flash as another sword was drawn. The blade slashed across the front of his cloak, as what lay below barely avoided the tip of the blade. Adell had moved behind her with that as slashed the sword he held down towards her back. intent to open her armor, before throwing it to the side. Adell followed up by calmly drawing his battle-axe from his back. "Inari, there is still a chance for us to take this somewhere else, and keep anyone else from getting hurt. Or better yet...we could stop this sort of fight, all together." From the cut in his robe, red and golden colors could be seen shown beneath.
