Parks are great places to sketch at. I usually work on a landscape at the same time as I draw people, so they don't suspect too much. Airports are great too... or uhh, draw your friends who don't mind being models.
Or carry a sketchbook with you at all times so when the opportunity presents itself...

Yeah, my dad just picked up the entire first season for 20 bucks.
Holy s**t dude, negative space drawings and 30 second sketches gave me a headache.

I got my weights today... They itch. and kind of smell. I've never had to actually think about picking up my feet before >.<
