Shadow's eyes opened and took a quick look around. He was expecting to have woken somewere else, a differant place but he was still in the manor, still in his bed. He let out a sigh of releife at this finding and sat up. Sweat was dripping from him, his dreams getting more intense and feeling more real.

Aurora jumped up from the chair "what??... who??.... oh... dad.. your awake" she said yawning as she was getting herself unstiff from sleep on the chair

Shadow smailed a little as he wiped the the sweat from him face. "Yeh, I'm awake. Have a good sleep princess?" Shadow said as he stood and put his shirt on.

Aurora streched "just a bt stiff but im okie.." she said looking on the music box and picked it up as she put it in her bag and over her sholder she turned and gave shadow a big hug

Carlos was still outside, guarding the door with the likeness of a guard dog, needing only the appearence to boot. He had been doing so all night, unable to try and sleep and had given up by early dawn. He didn't feel tired, and felt he had a job to do, even if he would screw up along the way as he always does.

Shadow hugged Aurora back. "Good, no more horrible dreams then?" Shadow said as he collected the items he would need to get him through the day.

Shadow's smile grew, "Good. You shouldn't have slept in that chair you know, it is bad for your back." Shadow said as he hugged Aurora again, glad that she was sleeping a little better now.

aurora looked up at him smiling almost forgetting everything that was going to happen one day but nothing stoped her from having fun with her dad "i dont mind...its your room and you should have the bed" she said

Shadow laughed slightly at Aurora's entusiasm and allowed hismelf to be dragged. "Alirght, alright. Lets go to this.... park of yours." Shadow said. He was looking forward to spending more time with Aurora, no matter what he had to do to do it.

Shadow was slightly confused by what Aurora said, "What do you mean more like me?" He asked. Shadow saw himself as a slighty screwed up emotinal wreck that had command of an army. Not the sort of combination that blends well.

aurora stoped and jump turn and smiled "i mean like being beave and strong.. to me... your my hero" she said smiling so happly and again took shadow hand and started to walk to town
