For Human and Pokemon alike, there is no greater thrill than the thrill of battle... @ Rol - Hidden power is calculated through IV's. So you have to manipulate the IV's in order to do that.
So, there's no easy way... ...Shinji and I seek that thrill, can you give it to us?
