"I am sorry to intrude. Truly I meant only to stand in the doorway, but Lady Sionet slammed it behind me. Don't worry too much about the wards, they have not been tampered with. Unfortunately, I am unable to leave until she opens the door again." Finished with one explination, Shade moves to the next. "You are correct in assuming that I am a servant of Dark, but the power I have inherited did not belong to him. It belonged to his brother, who unlike himself was truly killed during their last battle with Twilight. I guess he did not have time to tell you. Apparently, he sacrificed most of his power to save what he could of his brother and himself. In order to keep it alive, though, he needed a new host for the power to inhabit. It is quite an interesting story, but not mine to tell. You will have to get the rest from Dark himself."
((Uh oh, time loop. Looks like I'm writing in the past.))

Sionet tossed and turned in her sleep. It was restless for the dream had come to haunt her again. She made soft mewling sounds to start with. But after an half hour, she began to whimper constantly. The dream was horrid, she could never figure out were it came from or why she had it. But it always ended the same, a dark hair beauty of a woman stabbing her through the heart and ripping it out.
When she got to this part, she sat straight up, sweating cold rivelets down her body. She pulled the blankets back to lift the wooden moon lily, to check her breast were it happened. Still expecting to see the wound. Nothing was there. Sliding out of bed her hair cascading around her body covering her nakedness to an extent. She slipped quietly into the hall and walked out the front door.
Her walk led her to the stairs that wound up to the top of the wall. When she reached it. Sionet let her wings unfurl to their full 20 foot span. With a small jump she was air borne. Flying on the cool early morning winds until she found a good spot on a jutting cliff edge to land. Taking a few deep breaths before striding to the edge she sat and wrapped her wings around her body leaving enough room to look out.
There soon was a soft padding and low warning growl. Turning she saw a male gray rock lion. Meeting it's eyes she said in her soft voice "I am not here to harm you or your family. Let alone take you food and territory, so shhh!" with that she turned back to look out at the twilight lit ocean. The rock lion sensing no fear or trouble from her lay down were it had stopped and watched her patiently.
New Moon knew what was bothering her as he reached out to her mind. "Is it the dream? It is back again isn't it Sin?" he asked softly. With a shuddering sigh She replied back. "Yes it is. But it felt more real this time. I looked to see if there really was a gaping wound in my chest were my heart had been. Why do I have this dream New Moon, why?" her mental tone upset.
New Moon remained silent. He knew he had chosen her for many reasons. But she was an extreme sensitive. So she could connect on a whole nother level were others couldn't. "I have no real clue why you have that dream.... I wish... That I could help you. Your pain is real enough to me though!" He replied... Knowing that in a sense he was lying to her by not telling her the whole truth of everything. He didn't think she could handle it. Besides she was under a lot of stress with the task given to her by the hag. Thankful she didn't pick up on him faltering he let go of the shared link and blocked her out.
Sionet's shoulders dropped, she could feel she was still in the barriers protection. AS she continued to watch the changing of the ocean's tides this early. It by her internal estimate was about 1 am in the morning of perpetual twilight.
Lunaris rolled her eyes at the mans comment... It pained her to think about dark's brother. A man she had loved secretly all her life. A delicate bond had been forged between them, so she knew the instant he had died. "You young man didn't have to inform me of that. Besides I would suggest you leave as she is back and probably dressing for bed." Came a slightly strained and saddened mental reply. Just as sionet walked into the room and derobed for bed.

Xavier listened to them before getting up and lightly dusting himself off. He turned and walked a ways into the woods, and when he knew he was alone he held up the amulet before him. His voice was soft and soothing as he spoke to Sionet through it. "Sionet, my dear..are you awake?" Xavier asked quietly; so far he hadn't known Sionet to be up at such an hour, not that she never was..it was simply that the fact caught his attention, causing him to wonder why.

Still peeking through the small slit in her wings. She blinked a few times at hearing Xavier's voice. Crossing her eyes in a comical manner as she glanced up at the amulet to see a faint glow emitting from it. She loosened her wings from around her, so she could take the amulet from it's resting place. As she brought it down to eye level she moved it a bit away.
"Hmm.... yes I am Xavier... is there something you .... need?" she asked in a quite voice, softer then usual. THough she had a small smile on her lips, her eyes were darkened from what was troubling her. She looked passed the amulet to the tinted sea water, as it shone reflectively off her giant round glasses.
Her mind was continuously devouring the dream. Wondering if it was a foretelling of her future, or may hap a dream of the past.... But was it her past or someone else's. She had a long time ago learned not to mention such a horrid dream to any one. The only one who would talk to her about it was NEw Moon... And she knew his feelings were real.

Xavier quietly watched Sionet through the amulet for a few moments before speaking again. "What are you doing up so late? That's not like you." he commented softly, his beautiful eyes watching her from the other side. Somehow, somewhere, there was concern in them, although it was very deep and almost impossible to see in the lighting. "And your eyes have darkened.." he murmured, his free hand lifting up to softly touch at Sionet's image on his amulet.

A soft chuckle escaped her lips at his concern. Though it was hard for even her, a veteran at reading people to discern. "I... Oh it is nothing really, just an old dream come to haunt me again. So I figured a early morning flight would do the trick to clear it away." She spoke thought there was no real conviction or determination in her voice.
She smiled a little bit bigger when he touched the amulet. Shifting her wings a little more so she could hold it out farther, so he could see more of her face.. The back ground was a soft irridescent white now. With her dark brown hair layering against in in a major contrast.

Xavier's eyebrows raised a little and his lips parted slightly as he took a bit of a sharp breath; the only thing covering her were her brilliant wings, and her hair was flowing beautifully over them. A common and very male reaction occured in him, but he kept his composure and ignored it. "I..I see..." he murmured, his eyes smoldering with desire even when he had gained control of his body. "Do you wish to talk about it or is it something you would like to keep to yourself?" he asked, his voice soft with only the slightest trace of strain from his efforts at self-control.

tilting her head a little to the side in curiosity about his reaction to her moving the amulet back, she let out a little unhappy sigh. "Right now... I would prefer to keep it to myself. It is rather disturbing. I have had it since I was 11 years of age. Almost 7 years now, though it comes and goes in a random occurance. It felt so real tonight. That is all." She said her smile lighting up her face, only making it look more gentle.
Though her smile genuine, and it greatly softened up her features. It still didn't quite reach her eyes. The new voice though coming from the amulet got the attention of the male rock lion behind her. IT had padded up so softly that she hadn't heard it. But she sure felt it as it stuck it's nose over her shoulder and uncerimoniously sniffed at the amulet. It snorted as if it was offened.
then walked back to were it had been laying, circling twice it layed down in a huff and continued to watch the girl silently. Sionet turned slightly causing her hair to cascade over her golden shoulder as she looked at the beast in a quizzical manner. With a shrug that shifted more hair, she turned back to Xavier. "Don't mind him, he is just wondering who else is making noise in his area... I think he is friendly for a wild one, but there are limits even i wont push." She said softly a bit of amusement in her voice.

Xavier slowly sad down on the ground, his eyes staring at Sionet through the amulet intently. When he was sure the creature wouldn't cause her harm, her shifting hair caught his attention. His jaw tightened as he watched her skin continuely exposing more of itself, making a slightly strained sound before he cleared his throat. "I s..I see..." he was more focused on controling his over active hormones rather than how tight and husky his voice had gotten, or to notice that he had repeated himself. Xavier lightly cleared his throat again, shifting a bit to try and calm his anxious body down as his beautiful eyes burned intensly for her.

Catching the much clearing of his throat, got Sionet's full attention. A new type of worry crossing her delicate features. "Oh Sir Xavier Dragon.... are you ok? your not catching a cold or anything like that are you? You know you should take care of yourself too..... I bet.. *raises a quelling eyebrow* that you haven't eaten since the meal the elders sent to you.. AM I right?" said in a tentative voice.... Her features going through so many different looks that one couldn't keep up to describe them.
She brought the amulet closer to her, as she huddled up in a tighter ball. Wrapping her wings close around her small frame once more. She stare intensely back into Xaviers eyes as if trying to exam him for a physical, from her side of the amulet.

Xavier had to shut his eyes; it was almost too much for him to take, and Sionet wasn't even with him. He gave her a half-grin while shaking his head a bit, a husky chuckle coming from him. "No, no, that's not it at all. You see I can go for quite some time without eating, that isn't exactly the problem.." he muttered, his free hand moving to rub at his temples for a moment.

"hm if that isn't the case, do you have a headache, fever, chills,..... oh is your back hurting again. I only gave you a simple back rub, I didn't get the chance to pop the vertibrea back into place...." she was showing a great amount of concern that had developed over the years of her being a doctor. She wasn't aware of the fact she was sounding like a mother hen.
"OH Sionet I don't think he is ill so to speak... not the way you are thinking Brat child.... A little on the grown up side. If you remember correctly, your not wearing any clothing dunce!" Came New Moons voice inside her head, it held resonation and sarcasm all at one time.
Sionet had the decency to blush from her roots down to her toes. Curling them in the process. "Oh!" was all she muttered at New Moons comment. She glanced quickly at Xavier, and a new wave of embarrassment flooded her body. "I am sorry I didn't mean to cause you discomfort.... At my state of appearance." Came her voice really really quite and some what amused toned.

Xavier gave a slightly husky chuckle from his side of the amulet, causing his jewelary to jingle softly once more. "Do not worry my dear, it is my own fault for being unable to resist such a beauty and control my emotions properly." he opened his eyes again to watch her intensly with that same hungry gaze. "I hope you do not think ill of me now that you are aware of my current..discomfort, as you say." he then took in a deep breath and let it out in a heavy, slightly frustrated sigh. Xavier's frustration came from the fact that Sionet was who knew how many miles away from him, especially when his emotions were on high.

Now his reply to her comment made her tilt her head to the side once more, and scrunch her nose up in confusion. She said her voice clearly showing her confusion better then the look on her face.
Mentally slapping his hand against his forehead, he spoke into both of their minds. "NEVER MIND! forget what I said Sionet... Sorry 'bout that dragon.... She just is too sheltered to understand that stuff apparently... .I can't wait for her 18th birthday... Then that matter will permently be taken care of through a certain thing." New moon said obliquely.
"what do you mean 18 and a certain thing? Oh never mind between the two of you I'm getting really frustrated." she said as she stood up wings flung away from her body. The chilled sea wind whipped her hair around her in a the form of a cloak. She was more then frustrated and it showed on her face as her cheeks became red with mild anger. "any whoo's I am gonna head back to the clan and sleep some more. My training later today is gonna be one of my harderst." She said. Staring at Xavier's image and totally blocking out New Moon, though he was attempting to shatter her mental barrier.

Xavier gave a low, seductive and slightly frustrated growl. "I think she has every right to know what we are talking about, stop beating around the bush!" he hissed at New Moon before slowly shaking his head then letting his intense eyes stare at Sionet hotly. "I will tell you, but please do not hate me afterward." he said. Then he shut his eyes, took a deep breath, and let it out. Suddenly his eyes snapped open to stare at her with his burning eyes, which were wild with desire. "I want you, Sionet." He breathed, his voice low and husky yet surprisingly seductive. "I want you, right here, right now, so much that my body physically aches. I want to kiss you, to make love to you, listen as cry out with pleasure, to run my hands all over you and tantalize every nerve on that delicate body of yours." he said, his free hand making a very smooth and soft gesture as if touching her while his wild and hungry eyes stared longingly into the amulet. "But that's not the only thing I want; I want your mind and soul along with it, this isn't entirely lust." Xavier said. "I also have different feelings, ones that I can't explain with gestures and words. Ones that come from the heart, so to speak." he said as his free hand moved to lightly pat his chest a few times. He let Sionet soak up this imformation for several moments before hesitantly speaking again. "Do you understand, Sionet..?" he asked softly, his wild gaze toning down in intensity.
