had a couples of those too, only want donations and dont wanna give.
i'll try to figure out a way to identify skippers and minimum-donators.
i found quite a few features which gives you a good idea if they are one of those bastards... but it ussually comes to a gut-feeling.

but i agree, with you on ignoring skippers.
they are not even worth the gold there avi is wearing.

the easiest way to keep track of stuff like that would be a thread where we mentioned those that have been skipping and minimum-donating.
donating below the minimum is the same as skipping.

but to make the threads would take immense time.
first i would need to make a page for each letter and one for with numbers.
those which start with other symbols, would be placed on the post of the first letter in that person's name...
example; a name like: [/|__imagod__|] would be posted under i.
that way it could be done in alphabetical order and not page stretch too much.

but we also have to know if the source is relaible.
though the thread monitoring gaians ( we called thread mods ) are trustworthy, but what about others?
if they hate a certain person, they could just report them, to make life harder for that person.

if we would make the thread here, only members would benefit from it.
but if we try to make it somewhere else on gaia, its proned to be infected by dumb a** people who dont know were busy making it.
