Klam: This genjutsu is able to be broken with a genjutsu release of some kind. Its rule are the same as any genjutsu. Having to be a higher level, have an awake opponent, etc. By the use of hand signs the user can fall into the genjutsu. Looking the ninja in the eye will only make them easier to trap in the genjutsu if the right jutsu has been performed.

Black Alchemy: Alchemist's Disease-
this is a technique learned only by those who have searched through the archives of hidden alchemy for several years as this technique is deadly and extremely potent. it is a technique created by early alchemists to guard their secret discoveries as it was intended. although this ability has an extreme potential to change the material it is embedded upon. this starts by making contact with a metal and causing it to become rotting blue color. after a short time period(3 posts) it begins to change structure and also spread. one of the first changes is it becomes gold, which would make anyone want to sell it. next it changes into platinum, then aluminum, then tin, then it finally starts to corrode as the alchemic properties begin to disperse from the material. once the material is free from the alchemist's disease it will turn to dust then the disease will continue onto the nearest metals and any other substance, including people. once on a person it begins to change the chemicals inside of the body and cause the changes to change and collect into the same chemical. this process will eventually result in the body turning to complete carbon and will turn to a fine grained dust. once anything within a 50m radius is destroyed the disease is gone(each step of the process after the first transmutation takes 1/2 post or about 3 lines.). there is only one way to break free from this but it is not known to anyone but the alchemists that have used this technique.

Actually a quite inventive skill, I only don't like the name. Black Alchemy is supposed to be Shiro exclusive, but since you want to learn from him I suppose it's ok to use the name.

Endless Truth- A genjutsu that requires a ritual. Four kunai, sealed with blood are thrown in different directions. These kunai make a barrier around a spot. Anyone within the barrier, besides the castor is caught within the genjutsu. The genjutsu itself changes nothing. Within the mind of the person under the genjutsu they continue fighting like nothing ever happened. The actions within the genjutsu do not translate into real life. Instead the person in the genjutsu falls to the ground unconscience right as it begins. Obviously you can break it by using genjutsu breaking means, but also by disrupting the barrier from the outside, either by stepping into it or by disrupting one of the kunai knives.

Level 1.
Hyuuga Style: Binding Paralysis Jutsu.
With ths, he can guide chakra through the ground or whatever he's standing on. With this, he binds his opponent to one spot. This letting him move in for a vicious Taijutsu attack.

Level 2.
Hyuuga Style: Root to nerve paralysis expansion.
Through any part of his body on to an object connected to the ground, he can seep chakra through the ground, and guide it to his opponent through the ground to his opponents position, and disrupt their nervous sytem with it, causing complete temporary immobilization, and sometimes, the loss of consciousness, naturally leaving them defenseless. This chakra constantly applied to one area can cause plants to die rapidly, as if burning.

Level 3.
Hyuuga Style: Death Touch
Through any part of his body on to an object connected to the ground, he can seep chakra through the ground, and guide it to his opponent through the ground to his opponents position, and disrupt their nervous sytem with it, causing complete temporary immobilization. While this happens, all that can be seen is a bright flow of chakra, resembling a flower rotaing slowly. Inside, the victim suffers damaged internal organs, bleeding from the mouth nose and eyes, skin becoming pale, and as soon as the chakra stops, death.

Possibly a level 4.

I just figured that the Raikiri and the chidori were the exact same attack at different experience levels but seriously your description and the first line of my description are almost exactly . . . . you know what, screw it, not my problem.
