Vigoroth stumbled a bit upon getting its health taken from it. "Shake it off Vigoroth and use Facade again!" Norman comanded knowing that Vigoroth could probably last one more turn befor he had to use 'that' move. He grinned slighlty at the thought, he had two little suprises in store for this young trainer. He watched as Vigoroth shook off the attack and started glowing again befor launching into another Facade attack on the poor grass pokemon. Upon jumping back it landed on the patch of seed's left earlier.

"She's not rude," Miharu shrugged. "A lot of Pokemon don't trust anyone but their trainers until they get to know them. It's perfectly understandable." Rude? She thought irritably. Rude is when your Pokemon knows perfectly well that it should watch where it’s going but bumps into you anyways. She involuntarily felt the spot where Tingle had bumped her before. The metallic Pokemon had left a small bruise. She sighed, and pushed herself off the chair. "Where do you find this pass?" she asked curiously. To be honest, she really wanted to go out and explore, but she liked Rin's company, and wanted to stay with her for a while longer. "If you'd like, I can keep you company. That is, if I'm not annoying you..."

Kasiya sensed Seto's excitement, and decided she'd let him have his way. "Go for it, Seto!" she called, giving the Pokemon the chance to act on his own free will. Seto wasted not a second as he pounced, claws extending from all four paws. He lashed out with his front claws, sinking them into the shoulder of the Grumpig and pinning it to the rough ground, all the while raking fiercely with his hind claws. Now that his prey was caught, Seto licked his lips hungrily, knowing full well that the battle was his.
Kasiya grinned, very proud of how strong Seto had become. Hiro gave a pained whine, the confusion wasn't letting up. Kasiya nodded and recalled him, gently kissing the Pokeball before she clipped it back onto her belt.
"Do you give up yet?" she called to Jon, who looked stunned, but finally nodded. A little disappointed, Seto retracted his claws and padded away silently, sitting beside his mistress and looking very proud of himself.

The seeds burst and vines sprang out wrapping and coiling their way around the Vigoroth's legs, not many seeds were left on the field, many of them far out of reach and proved almost no threat, or did they? "Razor Leaf!" Mitsu managed to call out. Ivy shot out the razor sharp leaves, as the attack's name suggested before he was struck down. Hopefully the attack had hit it's mark easing up the task for her next Pokemon. "I'm sorry your first battle in a long time had to turn out this way Ivy, but thank you," Mitsu said holding up his Pokeball and returning the Grass Pokemon. She held it close to her chest for a moment then clipped it back onto her belt.
That health that's being drained won't go anywhere, but it'll still be drained right? And that poison should be at work by now. I'll just draw this out and let it do it's work. "Help me out Zyphyr!" Mitsu said throwing forwards a Great Ball. "Just avoid everything he thows at you for now!" The Pidgeotto sprang forth and took to the skies, or at least as high as the roof had allowed. The confined space and the roof above clearly annoyed the airborne Pokemon.

Curiosly feeling the instrament in her hand's Toph decided to just that and after feeling the cover for a few moment's she found how it opened and flipped the top open. Pointing it at storm the instrament lit up, not that she could tell, as it identified the pokemon in front of it.
"Zangoose. Normal type. 4'3" tall and 88.8 pound's. Memories of battling its archrival Seviper-" Edge's ears perked and his claws flexed at the mear mention of the name even though he had never encounted one befor. "-are etched into every cell of Zangoose's body. This pokemon adroitly dodge's attacks with increadible speed." The machine in her hand droned out.
"Hmm that does sound handy." Toph said as she turned to point the thing at Storm. After a second the machine started talking again, this time about Storm.
"Squirtle. Water Type. 1' 8" tall and 19.8 pounds. It's shell is not just for protection. It's round shape and the grooves on its surface minamilize resistance in water allowing it to swim at very high speed's." Upon hearing it's discription Storm looked proud of itself puffing up his small chest a big grin on his face.
"Interesting." Toph comented as she turned it to her newest and most unknown pokemon to her. Queeny simply shook herself knowing no matter what it said it could not discribe her true brilliance.
"Nidoran Female. Poison Type. 1'4" and 15.4 pounds. Highly toxic barbs are though to have developed as protection for this small-bodied pokemon. When enraged it releases a highly toxic poison from it's horn."
"Well it seem's like our newest addition is a bit toxic." Toph said upon hearing that. Flipping the thing shut she gave a smile that was actually nice to the Professor. "Thank you very much. I will make sure to call you when I reach Pewter city. Maybe after I beat Brock." She said that last part as if there was no question that she could lose.
"That would be good new's to have." The Professor stated. "Now have a good night and I will call the owner of the pokemart so that you can shop there." He said and they said their goodbye's befor Toph left to go back to the Pokemart.

Artemis simply glared at Bahamut, giving her the strange glint she'd had in her eye before she finished off the Marowak. "Yeah you're right," Keegan blinked, his complexion changing from a flushed one to a near pale one. It was as if he hadn't realized the change in his persona he'd had towards the end of the battle. "Themis was poisoned, wasn't he?" he asked nobody in particular. Forgetting about Dante and Bahamut completely (and missing out on a chance to make another short skirt joke), he bolted into the Pokemon Center, leaving his things scattered behind him. He recalled a reluctant Artemis into her Poke Ball before he practically thrust his team at the very startled Nurse Joy. "Please... help them?" he asked, looking a little shaken. "My Electrike's in bad shape... please take care of him." His tone was almost one of pleading, and he turned around and slid down the side of the counter, his knees drawn up to his chest. "I pushed him too hard, didn't I?" he sighed, putting is head down on his knees and drawing his arms up.

"To be honest, I don't have the slightest clue. I just know the building is loacted somewhere in t his town," Rin said. "And I've love that, and you're not annoying, if anything the one who's irritating here would probably be me." She flashed another sheepish grin. Rin got up as well walking outside of the red roofed building. "Since I doubt you want to wander around until we find this building, I'll just have Sakura go look for us," she said hopping that this would help keep Miharu's company just for a while longer. After a few minutes most people couldn't stand Rin and would have gotten fairly annoyed by now. She threw up the Pokeball, straight into the air a Butterfree popping out and gave a sightly twirl while continuing to go upwards before settling closer to the gorund. "You're too cute Sakura," Rin laughed. "How about helping us find this contest building, unfortunatly I have no clue what it look like, but perhaps you could find it for us?" The Pokemon gave a nod before flying off. She was good with directions and hoped to find the building her trainer was looking for.

Seeing that the pokemon was being recalled Norman decided to use this time to have his pokemon recover a little health seeing that the poison was starting to take affect and the normally wild pokemon was slowing down some. "Vigoroth use Slack Off!" He comanded. The ape pokemon gave him a disapointed look but stopped moving and sat himself down as the effect's of this move restored half of his max hp. By now Mitsu had sent out Zyphyr who was flying through the building.
Keeping a weary eye on the bird pokemon Norman cast a glance at his pokemon who looked better then befor. He frowned slightly seeing that Leech Seed was still in effect. 'I need to get rid of that.' "When you can use Fire Blast to whipe out all of the remaining bit's of Leech Seed from yourself and the feild." pause. "And try not to set my gym on fire!" He added as an after thought.

"Alright let's get going! Lead the way Shino!" Z said smiling widly. For some reason he was even more energetic than usual today. "Nincada!" Shino said running towards the hotel. That was a jog for Z and a light run for Lyn, Amy and Summer. "Oooh. Look at that!" Summer said pointing at a store that seemed to sell clothes, food and toys for pokemon. "Cool! Maybe we could go check that place out after we get to the hotel." Z said as they neared it. By then Summer, Lyn and Amy had gotten tired and started walking so Z and Shino had slowed down as well so that they would not leave the others behind. When they walked in they were impressed. The hotel was in the style of an old bathhouse. The floor was very smooth rock and everything appeared to be wood. In the back there was a hotspring made by re routing some water from the ocean and having pokemon heat it. Z saw tha there was a middle aged lady dressed in a kimono sitting behind a desk in front of them "Hello we were wondering if we could get three rooms. Preferrably not ajoining." Z said giving his sister a glare. "Sure. That will be 100,000 pokedollars each." She said smiling sweetly.

Mitsu grit her teeth. You're really beginning to irritate me. Norman had ruined all of her plans thus far, even the ones she had set up to help with the battle up ahead. "Dodge the flames it they get close Zyphyr and use Whirlwind on the seeds. Take them to the skies!" A speedier Pokemon than Ivy had been he quickly whipped up some wind carrying the seeds into the air. "I won't let you ruin it," she muttered. But if indeed that Vigoroth had succeeded in destroying her seeds, she had another plan up her sleeve. One that she hoped would be more sucessful. Come on poison, work faster!

Somewhat startled by Keegan sudenly running off on him Dante didn't follow him imediatly. "Bahamut you stay out here and don't attack any more pokemon." He said befor he followed Keegan to the pokemon center coming in just in time to hear him make his last remark. Sighing he went over to sit next to him. He didn't say anything for a moment befor starting calmly, he was somewhat used to helping upset people, his mom hadn't been the most stable when he was younger. "It wasn't your fault... Well it was but these things happen. You didn't make Themis do anything that he didn't want to do. He didn't want you to worry about him, he probably wanted to prove himself to you, that is why he battled on so feircely even through his poison." He said doing his best to keep the trainer next to him calm.

"You're the first person who's ever really talked to me," Miharu admitted, shifting on her feet before she too went outside. "Everyone I meet usually misjudges me, thinking I'm some worthless little kid. Some even go so far as to think I'm a boy..." she trailed off, waiting to see if Rin would react to that statement or not. After a moment, she smiled, watching Sakura for a second. "Pokemon that can fly are really handy," Miharu commented idly, watching the Butterfree flutter off. She felt a slight yearning for one of her Pokemon's company, and decided to let Tingle have a second chance. She held the Poke Ball in her hands, and pressed the button twice. She wasn't the type to throw her Poke Balls very often. The silvery blue Metang materialized before them, droning in its usual, monotonous voice. "No funny stuff," she warned the floating Pokemon, who glanced over at Rin indifferently. "This is Tingle. I won it in an art contest a year ago during the Cherry Blossom Festival." As she spoke, Tingle hovered closer to the ground, extending its long, clawed limbs and using them to pull itself around, mocking the two biped's legs. Miharu put her hands on her hips and shook her head. "You're demented," she told it, a hint of affection in her usual flat voice.

Even with half of it's main health healed the poison was starting to take a major effect on his pokemon. Deciding that after its Fire Blast he would recall it. A grim look on his face he watched the seed's go up in a whirlwind and smiled a bit at that. "Two mistake's there Young Lady. Air fuel's fire's, ever wonder why Tornado's start large fire's?" He said with a grin. "Fire Blast into the center of the Whirlwind!" He comanded and Vigoroth took a deep breath feeling the fire build up inside of him he unleashed a mighty Fire Blast befor colapsing. The Fire Blast into the whirlwind soon turned into a fire cyclone in the middle of the room. All though the stratigy was a good one it ended up leaving scorch marks on the floor. Sighing upon seeing them Norman though that it might be a good idea to change the flooring from something other then wood, even though it did look really nice.
Recalling Vigoroth he took out two pokeball's, one holding his next pokemon and the other holding Clefable. Letting out the fairy pokemon first he handed her Vigoroth's pokeball. "Can you get him healed for me?" He asked. The large pink pokemon just saluted befor hopping off and into one of his back rooms where a healer was. Ready to go again Norman looked down at pokeball in his hand and grinned. "Get ready for this one, he's much tougher then my Vigoroth and gave the last trainer quite a bit of trouble." He tossed out the pokeball to reveal his Zangoose, the long white tail of the pokemon wiggled a bit and it flexed it's long sharp claw's as it spotted it's next victum a crazy grin spread across his face as large fang's were revealed.

"What!!" Z and Lyn yelled loudly. The woman in the kimono behind the counter continued to smile kindly. "Will you pay with cash, check or credit card?" She asked obviously not paying attention to Z and Lyn who were looking very flustered. "Umm sorry we can't affo-" Z started with a sigh but was interupted. "Credit card." Summer said as credit card fell out of her sleeve and into her hand. She smirked and flipped it between the fingers on her right hand then flipping it up high and catching it in her left hand with the skill of an expert card shark. She flicked her wrist downwards and the card flew out of her hands down at the desk. When it hit one of the corners stuck into the wood and it stood upright on one corner. "Wow." The lady at the desk said before pulling the card out of the desk and sliding it through the card scanner that was sitting on the desk. She handed the card back to Summer and turned to see another grounp of people coming through the door. "Are you sure you can afford that!?" Z asked amazed at Summers generosity and impressed at the little show she had put on. "Of course. I didn't want to tell you guys until we got to Saffron but my family is loaded." She said smiling.

Keegan sensed someone come in and sit next to him, but he wasn't entirely sure it was Dante until he spoke. The boy sighed, not looking up at his friend. Keegan was never the type to let emotions like these get the best of him, he was usually pretty capable of keeping them all in check. He listened to Dante's calm voice, nodding along. "Yeah you're right," he said into his knees, in a muffled, yet fairly audible voice. He wiped his eyes and looked up. "You know how it is. Sometimes all the stuff that's bothering you just ambushes you from behind, and suddenly bam! You're overwhelmed." He shook his head, thinking to the fight he'd started with Kasiya earlier. What he said hadn't been true in the least; he'd just been too upset to think clearly. Not only had he hurt her feelings, but he'd also given bad impressions to both Mike and Flannery. And even though he'd known Flannery for a while, he didn't need the gym leader of his hometown thinking he was a loose cannon. He closed his eyes, wishing desperately that he could turn back the hands of time. "It's no use... she'll never forgive me now!" The last word came out more like a grunt as he thrust his head backwards into the counter, causing it to shift back a few inches. He glanced down at Dante, who was probably a little startled by his sudden outburst, and gave a respectful nod. "Shouldn't you get up? I bet your a** is getting cold." He grinned after making his remark, holding out a hand for Dante in order to help him up.
