Alright but i should warn you now............ iron fist is not a easy style to learn but if you want it you got it *Neo goes to a tree and pulls his fist back turing his head to her* Iron fist consist of power and concentration, and your fists must be strong enough to withstand anything, and I do mean anything...... any questions?

She shakes her head. "Nope. Sounds good. And I like to learn more difficult things... more of a challenge," she smiles again.

*Neo does hand signals and does fire flower no jutsu lighting up the stump with mini fire balls* now for some stones *He gets out a bunch of stones from his bag and throws them into the stump smoking it up making hot charcoal* now the Iron fist is not full of fun and games, to master it you must be able to withstand any kind of pain, you know were this is going right? *He looks at her with a blank look*

She shakes her head slightly. "I dont really. But I'm guessing this next little while is gonna test how much pain I can take or something? Or pain endurance? And I know it's not all fun and games! If I thought that, I wouldnt have seeked extra help outside of the academy!" she says, the smile replaced with a serious expression.

Exacally, I would have to stick my hands in hear for a 5 second limit and then put the other in reaptively over and over, the process is tough and it take a extremely long time to get use to, I want you to try it and see what it feels like, if you can handle it? *He smiles*

" 'Course I can," she smiles slightly again. She puts her right hand in the fire. At this, she winces a bit, but she bares with it. After five seconds, she switches to left, and agian she winces, but makes do with the pain.

She nods slightly, still in pain, but doesnt show it. She continues to do it for the next little while. Around 70 or 80, she stops showing signs of pain from the flame. Once she's done, she just stops and stares at the flame emotionessly. "Hn... so have I burned my hands so bad that I dont feel it any more?" she asks, looking at her badly burned hands, not really affected by looking at them.

*Neo takes off his hands wraps and gives them to her* Hear that's enough trainning for one day, you got heart kid......... maybe you do have what it takes to become a hokage someday *Neo picks up his bag and walks back to the center of the area and sits down* Well it's time to decide..... am I decent enough to be a teacher or not? but I do note that my trainning will be harder than this, much harder and more intense than ever before *Neo waits for her decision*

She gently wraps her hands and then tries to move them a bit. "Hm... I like it. It's hard, and a challenge. And I need this kind of training to move forward... so yes, I think you are, and will make, and excellent sensei!" she flashes him her trademark grin. "And do you really mean the Hokage comment?" she looks hopefully at him.
