Alexandra felt a bit guilty. She didn't mean to interrupt the clerk's work and didn't realize much more people we're actually trying to get in than she thought. Alex murmured a small "Sorry" despite knowing that the clerk probably didn't hear her.

After about a moment, Alexandra decided to sit in the waiting area and read a magazine. She figured Rina would be in the lobby eventually, and Alex didn't really have much better to do. The window she was sitting by had a view of the southern shore. From below, she noticed about four people on the shore.

One of them was a male that appeared to be laying in the sand. It was hard to tell, but her anxiety kicked in, and she feared something about the man seemed like he was not there relaxing.

'I hope those people down there are okay.' She thought, shrugging it off as paranoia. The magazine she was holding was some sort of fashion magazine with expensive clothes. Alexandra scoffed at this and switched it out for one of the more recent issues of her favorite video-game magazine.

Alexandra put her magazine down and raised a brow. "Do you mean me?" She asked, wondering if the green-haired woman speaking was actually speaking to her.

As Alex made eye-contact with her while she spoke, something about this woman seemed familiar. 'Could that really be Rina Toin?' She wondered. Alex had been adopted twice in her life. Once by a mermaid family with green hair much like hers. Another time by a human family who referred to themselves as the Rosalenes. Despite what Alex called herself now, she still saw the merfolk who cared for her as part of her family.

Alexandra shrugged before looking back at the group of people fighting on the beach. The man that had been laying in the sand got back up and was charging at what Alex assumed was a young couple. "I think something is happening at the beach. They might need help." She said, a bit worried for them, before turning to see that Rina's hair was being pulled.

Alex sighed, a bit frustrated. She was sure this was her sister Rina, but she couldn't just reveal to everyone at the hotel that they were both mermaids. Alex herself was trying to figure out her other half. After three years of staying on land, she found no signs of any of her biological parents. 'Am I even half-human at all?'' She wondered, knowing for a fact she was half-mermaid.. half..something else..

In a bit of a huff, Alexandra put her magazine down and walked in front of Rina and the child. She took a deep breath, trying not to let the anger caused by the noisy crowds get the best of her. "I apologize if I inconvenienced you or your friend at the front desk. Maybe we can talk after this crowd is under control? I have some experience as a waitress at a nearby restaurant, so maybe I can help you out." She suggested. Alex wasn't looking for any pay or even a job here at the hotel, but she was more than willing to help the young woman she assumed was her sister, Rina. Before she knew it, she found herself at the theater. "A movie theater? Wow, this place has got everything."

Alexandra smiled back. "It's alright. I was quite the naive 15-year-old back then. I forgive you." Alex replied, glad that Rina was starting to recognize her..

After her offer to help was accepted, Alex nodded. 'Alright, I'll help you out. I'm not going to ask for much money, either.'' She responded, wondering how Rina happened to answer a question she didn't bother to ask. She assumed that Nikora was the person at the front desk.

Heading behind the counter, Alexandra found an apron and put it on. "Alright. So I see there's not a lot of food made. I could cook while you take orders, or we could switch and I'll take the orders instead." She suggested. Alex looked around and also noticed a lack of seating right by the theater. "Extra tables and chairs for people to sit will also shorten a long line. It'll be like a mini restaurant."
