Tython - On board the Epoch Wren Davth was panting as he boarded the Epoch Wren, he had his sack of belongings slung over his shoulder. "Alright...." he paused in an attempt to catch his breath "Lets get underway!" he shouted from the base of the loading ramp. The togruta brought himself to full height, adjusting his belongings on his shoulder he started to make his way to the bridge. "Davth...you made it..." she jumped up to greet her comrade Epoch Wren - Departing Tython As the ship made it's switch to hyperspace, Elyria paused...always awed by the beauty of the colored lights...a million blurred stars danced through her vision as her mind recanted the Je'daii mantra she hoped Corvin's words were not foretelling...though in her heart she herself felt the mission would come to no good end...glancing around the ship at her three companions..she couldn't help but wonder if all would be returning...and Ka'all..would they find him..what condition would he be in...would she face her rival Saryn Atrure, High Lord of the Imperial Knights...and him...the Emperor..a man who all at once fascinated and appalled her...turning, she made her way to the back of the cockpit, she looked back ... I will be in the Cargo hold if I'm needed...." as the doors slid open she made her way, finding a quiet place in the depths of the hold she sat...closing her eyes...closing her mind and began to meditate..drawing on the Force for strength...for wisdom...reciting the Je'daii oath to herself and gaining power from the words.....

Coruscant - lower levels
The two of them walked for some times, Locolvictum and the cloaked figure. It wasn't that they didn't like each other, it was that they were heading towards Locolvictum's office. A place where the many ears around them won't hear.
When they got to Locolvictum's office, Locolvictum sat in his chair and the cloaked figure stood in a corner. Then the hooded figure flipped a switch and the lights went out.
"It has been too long my lord. How long has it been?"
"I would say too long. Skip the pleasantries."
"As you wish. Are you aware of who the prisoner is in the dungeon?"
"I assumed the Emperor was bored and wanted to torture someone."
"No, the prisoner is the head of the Jedi council."
"Really? I will have to speak to the Emperor then, perhaps we could force a trade."
"Trade for what? Lord Willow? I don't think that it is wise to get yourself meddled in the affairs of the Lord Esuritio."
"I would have to agree. Well we can't allow the Jedi to escape, he is too valuable a hostage."
"But we must not allow him to become a martyr. I think it would be in our best interests to create a clone."
"Agreed, but no one can't know what we are doing. This stays between us."
"As you wish my lord."

scuttlefish Coruscant - Throne RoomIf he is to be unconscious until we leave the temple, I can lace the food with a sedative. But... how am I to get him out of there without anyone noticing? "The captain of the dungeon guard is completely loyal to me. I will make sure there is a break in the shift change to allow you some time. Two of my personal bodyguards will accompany you just enough to help get him off the temple grounds and then you're on your own." Turning towards her, Lord Rahl placed his hands on her upper arms and looked deep into her eyes. "I don't have to tell you how important this mission is to me. No one else is to know...I don't exactly trust everyone at the temple..."

Coruscant - empty secluded room (somewhere in the Temple)
Skandorous was getting tired of waiting for a task from the Dark Lord. Was he just a prisoner again or where they going to hand him to that idiotic official that he ridiculed. He had been locked in this room since the young girl was taken to the infirmary. There was no lights so an ordinary being wouldn't be able to see. But thanks to his night vision it was clear as day. How long are they going to make me wait in this accursed room! Didn't I just prove myself in front of those pains in the rear! Damn!...At least I still have my weapons this time. Maybe I will tinker on them and improve the armor a bit. There was thankfully a com channel in the back of the near-empty room but it looked like there was no power running to it. Skandorous went over to the machine and started trying to turn the thing on with no avail. Using his strength, he moved the machine from the wall. Oh that's why. He thought as he plugged in the small cable to the wall. The machine came to life sending out sparks a a dusty smell from the wall port. It was an old model that dated back to the Sith Wars Era and luckily for him, being the junk collector he was, he knew how to use it. With about five minutes of tapping the keys and connecting to the mainframe, he found the Emperor's personal com unit. Albeit it took a few hacking skills to get the Emperor's personal device. So he sent a recorded message. The console did not have any visual effects installed so It was all voice over. "Hey Dark Lord! It is that 'Creature' I guess you would call me, that you had locked up in that empty room. How long until I can get something to do other than just sit here? At least send me some scrap parts so I can fix my armor. Some tools would be nice too. Here is the console number to return this message: 586-XY352. Call me back and let me know Your decision."

In Flight Aboard the Epoch Wren
Coming out of her meditations with a renewed sense of purpose, Elyria made her way back to the bridge..it was time for the Je'daii to formulate a plan. She was counting on Corvin's connections and past as a smuggler to help them fulfill their mission and rescue the Grandmaster......
As the door slid open she entered the area, looking from one to the other "Well my friends...it's time we brainstormed...we have to put together our options if we are to succeed...has anyone given any thought to a plan? Corvin...do you know the best place for us to stay while on the planet?" Her green eyes sparkled with anticipation, grabbing the length of her long copper hair, she twisted it and hung it over her shoulder "Let's begin..."

Coruscant - Temple
Zara's eyes met his as she nodded solemnly. A shiver went down her spine simply at the knowledge that the Dark Lord of the Empire trusted her more than many of his subjects. It was imperative that she did not let him down this time, that she used this as an opportunity to make up for her previous failure. As you wish, my Lord. Her eyes locked onto his for a few seconds longer before she stepped back, bowing one last time as she slipped out the doors of the throne room. She understood the overwhelming responsibility she had been given, and how important it was that she succeeded in this mission. Yet in the back of her mind she wondered how, with so many followers of the Empire, she of all people was the one he entrusted with this mission? Of course, Zara had an advantage in this particular field. Her youth and vulnerable, innocent (albeit misleading) appearance gave her an edge. Not only did others tend to underestimate her abilities, she could easily gain sympathy and trust from those who saw her as a child. Maybe that was why he had chosen her for this mission.
For who would ever suspect the meek little mute girl of espionage?
She knew if she wanted to successfully gain the trust of the Je'Daii she had to make sure her act was believable, and that she would have a good enough reason to want to betray the Empire. She headed down to the prosthetics lab in the medical bay and had wounds applied to her body, including a black eye, to give the illusion that she had been harshly punished for losing the previous battle. The wounds were real, but superficial, and they did not cause her any immediate pain.
Not much later Zara headed quickly and unseen down to the dungeons, a small backpack over her shoulders. Inside of the backpack was an emergency medical kit and rations she had laced with a sedative. The food itself couldn't be all too appetizing, but it was probably better than whatever they were giving him, if they were giving him any food at all. When she reached the cell of the Je'Daii prisoner, she entered a code into the access panel to lower the force field. Her demeanor was rushed and anxious; she kept looking over her shoulder as though she expected to be caught and punished for being here and helping him. She tossed the pack of supplies into his cell and raised the force field again, her eyes downcast the entire time as if she were ashamed to look him in the eyes. It was all an act, of course, but it was rather believable, after what she had done to him.

In Flight Aboard the Epoch Wren
"Stay?" Corvin looked stunned by the implication. "On the planet?" He paused for clarification, clearly expecting an in-and-out rescue attempt. He took a moment to collect himself, then admitted "Well, I do know a few people in the system. There's a chance one or two may be planet-side. Maybe I can arrange a safe house... give us a chance to investigate before rushing in head-first."
He paused again, looking thoughtful before he added "I'm... concerned, you might say... about concealing the force signatures of not one, but TWO Je'daii masters for any length of time." He swiveled away from the console then, allowing the navicomp to guide them through it's carfully plotted course as he spoke. He didn't know why, but he felt the need to lower his voice as he said "I may have figured something out that could be useful. I'm told it's difficult to teach, though..." He let the words trail off, uncertain of how, or even if, he ought to proceed.

"You need not worry about me having to conceal my force signature...... I do not shine as brightly as some of the others in my order." The togruta was leaning against the wall, taking his eyes off of the twi'lek who had yet to say a word since his arrival. "Though I am curious as to what the plan is to hide Master Stone, as I recall you and the Emperor have had an encounter back on Nar Shadaa, no?" he stated as much as he asked going off of mere assumptions since he was indisposed during the majority of the operation on the Hutt moon.

Coruscant, Dance with your Devils, Private Office
Dawson yawned drying his hair with the white nerf-wool towel as he made his way from the refresher in his private apartment back to his office and one step closer to the club. "I have certainly lived an interesting life have I not?" he asked aloud, his voice echoed off of the various trophies he collected from his days as both a smuggler and a pirate. It was a surprisingly easy transition to go from a ruthlessly cunning pirate to the owner of one of the most successful near-legitimate night clubs on the entire Galactic planet, but he was rapidly growing bored of the life style. The Zeltron sat down at his desk eyeing the vid screen as the various security cams displayed there images, he of course had staff watching all of the feeds and several droids on the nightclub floor, but he still took a personal interest in the security of his establishment.

...yes...it is true...but that was not our first encounter...as a Ranger..Ka'all brought me with him to seek out the Emperor...I was to lure him outside on some "untoward" premise raising her eyebrow where the Je'daii would be waiting for him...unfortunately, the mission was disrupted when a young upstart , Saryn Atrure, interfered...to my chagrin, he bested me in battle and Master Endar was forced to pursue the Emperor as he made his escape...the young man is now the Leader of the Imperial Knights...the most ruthless group of Sith Assassins ever born! she looked from one to the other...gravely.....
"Stay?" Corvin looked stunned by the implication. "On the planet?"
reaching out her hand to place on Corvin's "I'm sorry...I just don't see any quick way to sneak into the Emperor's palace...Nar Shaadaa was a Sith Bastillion, the mission was basically to run in, destroy and get out..which we were able to accomplish...this is much more difficult...The Emperor will be surrounded by his Black Guard...if Ka'all is injured...of which we can be most assured it will hinder our progress.....
"You need not worry about me having to conceal my force signature...... I do not shine as brightly as some of the others in my order." The togruta was leaning against the wall, taking his eyes off of the twi'lek who had yet to say a word since his arrival.
turning to Davth with a gentle smile and a soft laugh "Davth...you not shine as brightly?...as long as I've known you, you've never been one to humble yourself...or enter a room without some modicum of bravado..
"I may have figured something out that could be useful. I'm told it's difficult to teach, though..."
Corvin's words drew her attention back to the young Ranger ...... Corvin...don't hold back...we may be Masters, but there is still much we can learn...the Force is an ever evolving entity...and your life thus far has forced you to be sharp and quick-witted...any suggestions would be welcome...Please..tell us....

Coruscant - lower levels
The cloaked figure disappeared from Locolvictum's office. It was almost as if the figure left without disturbing a single particle of dust. The figure was always an enigma to Locolvictum. He, it, or whatever the figure was, was very good at what he did. The odd thing was that they always had about the same track of mind. Locolvictum couldn't tell if it was just that they just thought the same or if the figure is manipulating him. Whatever the case, the figure had time and time again to be a valuable resource.
Locolvictum decided that it was time to talk to the Emperor, or perhaps even talk to the creature from before. In either case, he had work to do. But there was this itch in Locolvictum's mind. It was as if he was struggling maintaining himself, or in better words, from snapping. Locolvictum was at the edge and he knew it. Rest would help, but something slight could set him off.
Coruscant - Dungeons
The figure had snuck down into the dungeons. There were clean up crews and military personnel scattered about, cleaning up the mess from the recent escape attempt. The figure wove and weaved through them like the figure never was there.
The figure made it into the torture chamber where the Emperor's torture tools were still fresh. The tools were still laced with the blood of the leader of the Jedi council. There was more than what was needed, but none the less he took it all. From within the figure's cloak, he pulled out a bottle.
The bottle was special, it was designed to cryogeniticly freeze organic material. Then with the correct machine, it can then be safely extracted and be used for study or for other purposes.
The figure opened the bottle and a puff of misty white air floated out. Then he slid each tool carefully inside the bottle. This particular set of torture tools won't been seen by the Emperor again. Once all the tools were inside the bottle, the figure closed and sealed the bottle once again. Then he put it back into his cloak.
Then he was discovered, "HEY! what are you...." A military officer tried to say before the figure quickly hit the officer on the back of the neck. The officer began fall towards the ground, but the figure caught the officer and set the officer on the ground silently. Then the figure the disappeared from the dungeons. It was almost as if he was never there.

Coruscant - Dungeons
Zara waited patiently for the Je'Daii prisoner to respond to her actions, yet she had been there for less than a minute before she heard someone else approaching. She quickly crouched out of sight behind a security console, waiting for them to pass. But they were gone in the blink of an eye, so fast that Zara couldn't even catch a glimpse of any distinguishing features. She wondered what was different... Ah, the tools that the Emperor had left near the cell were gone. Well... that was strange. She wondered what he could possibly want with those, unless there was another prisoner who was to be interrogated. She crawled out from her hiding place and cast a glance back at the Je'Daii prisoner, who had yet to say a word. She wondered if she should initiate communication first, yet she still was uncomfortable with using the telepathic link with someone she wasn't sure she could trust yet. For now, she would just wait it out, and see if he was going to eat the food that she had left him.

He had lost all sense of time between the tortures and the endless monotony of the walls of his prison. Meditating was the only thing that kept his mind somewhat in tact, and he was beginning to doubt its potency. Suddenly the force field lowered and a small girl nervously tossed a bag in before raising the shield again. "Who..." he thought before it dawned on him and he backed himself closer to the wall. This was the girl with the Emperor that had taken part in his torture. So sad that one so young had been corrupted so completely. But why was she here now, and why did she look nervous? His brain still foggy from the torture, Master Endar didn't seem to even take notice of the pack yet as he studied the girl. "What are you doing here, girl?"

((Haha it's quite alright!))Coruscant - DungeonsA spark of annoyance flashed when she was called a girl yet again. She had been called "girl" a lot since she had arrived here, and this last time finally struck a nerve. I'm not a girl... I'm at least nineteen. Zara stated defensively, crossing her arms over her chest. Truth was she had lost track of the days since she had been living on the streets, but she figured it had been about two years since the incident, so that made her nineteen, right? She couldn't even remember... she had repressed so many of her memories from that time. Perhaps to them, she was still a girl. She was shorter than average and she still had a baby face in spite of everything. But she found it hard to believe that after all of the horrors she had endured, she was still seen as a child. She uncrossed her arms and gestured towards the pack, her face softening slightly. You're... injured. There's a medpack in there, and some food. I'm... I'm sorry about earlier. I don't know what's gotten into me, ever since I got here...She did not finish her sentence. She herself didn't quite know what had gotten into her when she had tortured him and actually enjoyed it, but she wasn't sure if the changes she had gone through were a bad thing or not. She was so much stronger than before, and she could embrace her power, not fear it. It was better like this. She didn't want to be that weak little girl anymore, the child that they all thought her to be.

I'm not a girl... I'm at least nineteen. The Je'daii master sighed as he closed his eyes and leaned his head back against the wall. "I meant no offense. You see, I'm an old man so 19 by comparison is still quite young. It was not in reference to your abilities, as a matter of fact, you didn't seem very child-like when you were sticking that scalpel in me...." Ka'all instantly regretted the little jab as soon as it left his mouth. There was a reason why she was here, did she feel remorse? Could she feel remorse? Master Endar tried to probe her emotions but between the force dampening field and his injuries, it was no use. Not to mention she was closed up tighter than a drum. You're... injured. There's a medpack in there, and some food. I'm... I'm sorry about earlier. I don't know what's gotten into me, ever since I got here...Now she had his attention. Ka'all opened his eyes and looked directly into hers. What did she say? Forget the supplies and food, did she just apologize? The elder Je'daii looked the girl over more closely this time. "How long have you been a Sith?"
