You're not being a pian in the butt, these sound like good questions to help develop your character :] I can't help too much as Lincoln, since he's from a Sinful Kingdom. As for touchy subjects on his behalf, I would assume the rumors of the assassination attempt on his life (it not being known at all to pretty much anyone that he was actually killed-killed) would piss him off. But he's not a procoker of incidents, so I dunno if Aveline would want to peeve him off or not 3nodding

There is a backstory to Sokar (as his werehuman form) where he was a knight in Justice before getting kicked out and accepted in Wrath for a short term as well. Both kingdoms are generally out to get him because he learned their techniques and such (and maybe they label him as a traitor, but beng an ex-knight in both cases). I would not be sure if Aveline would know (or care) of such matters personally though razz

As for what she would or would not know, I would think a lot of that would depend on however you want to play at it. remember there are tons of servants at Veritas' castle, all of which could be capable of passing on rumors. Of course, like a game of Telephone, it is quite likely she would hear half-truths and exaggertions(sp?).

Well she could always overhear talk, if not ask the servants directly for some gossip (I'm not sure if she's that kind of person though, jsut an idea). But that might work in her favor, in that she acts however she watns, because she isn't concerned with who's died and that there's a crazy killer on the lose, and all that kind of stuff =D

Nothing for socializing rules (as far as I know) are set in stone, but pretty much all the big wars (i.e. Wrath vs Fortitude, for one example) set a Sinful kingdom agaisnt a Virtuous one. I would assume it's more of a prejudice system, where some people are more open than others to diff kingdoms or 'sets' of kingdoms, so to speak. But that's like poeple everywhere, with biases or prejudices based on little things to big things in a wide variety. It may stem from kingdom alliances to race, or even sex and rank in other cases.

There are some updates for it, possibly in the archive area (where the thread is too, if you felt you had the time to go through it all), but the short-short version is that Veritas bound them in pairs (I think one or two more betrothals), they all got into groups, and the catacombs were a sort of a hunt for an object that would allow you a request from Veritas (Altonair won it, and wished to see his deceased brother again). Some of the groups bonded a little, some seemed to raise more problems. In one of the last posts of that thread, one character discovered the identity of the killer who has all ready murdered one of the royals; but no one else's character knows this =D I'm sure others could give a better description than me though 3nodding
