Alright, that makes sense then.
I was imagining that her mental break would somehow cause her to ideologically align herself with the likes of Grundy when he was the cause of her misfortune in the first place. Which is silly.
No, she'll just go batshit insane and not distinguish friend from foe. Or even better, actively seek BOTH out to destroy them!

I was also thinking that maybe the only reason she doesn't come to her senses is because she's being manipulated somehow and has no control of what she's doing.

Psychoholic Slag Overpowered? Are you kidding? You can never have a character that's TOO powered! Look at Chamber, he's got immense amounts of power, but he doesn't know how to control it completely. You could give her those powers, but have the shape shifting be slightly random, you know what I mean? There's so much you can do to even out power. Word to the wise, my Psychoholic friend, don't drop an OC's name, it carries no impact. FIFTY POSTS IN ONE NIGHT! You left me behind...? T _ TI feel it's still pretty early to kill off any of the mainstream characters, except maybe Batgirl, Green Lantern, Robin and Supergirl as they were established already, but everyone else is still coming into their own. Before anyone asks, am I going to kill off Tim, NO! I still have a lot I need to do with him. Sighs, but I probably never will see that Kara / Apokolips arc, will I? crying As for the Match 'revival' are you just going to get a spare from another pod? wink

Stray if you kill Match, Peter is flipping a quick tip, he likes the chalky marvel. Easily the first to accept him into the group and easily they came about being good bros. xD
