Ashriel listened to him, thinking carefully. A few moments after he finished speaking, she finally decided to say something. "I...I...I guess...I guess you are right." She stumbled over the first couple of words as she spoke; her breathing seemed slightly scattered. "I was just...angry. So...I wasn't thinking straight." As she finished speaking, she took another deep breath. She would forgive Jennalin, and she knew that she couldn't blame Lixini. It wasn't like Lix had known what this could have done to her.

 The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... Raevyn kissed the top of her head lightly. "Besides, some good came of it. And from the way you asked, it sounded like you'd been thinking about this even before Lixini started spreading the rumor that we were together." He told her, patting her shoulder as he tied off her braid. "What do you want for breakfast?" He asked, switching subjects suddenly.  The tiger that should be....isn't....

Ashriel blushed as Raevyn again mentioned the fact that she'd asked. How she'd asked. As he asked her what she wanted, she looked at him quietly, thinking. "Buttered toast." For one reason or another, that sounded like the best thing ever at the moment.

The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... "Alright." Raevyn popped some bread in the toaster and leaned against the counter, waiting. "So, think you can make it through today without falling asleep?" He asked, half serious and half teasing. "You seemed to be really tired lately." The tiger that should be....isn't....

Ashriel watched Raevyn, smiling lightly. "Of course I am. I once stayed up for three days straight." To makes sure that I didn't get cornered again by drunks, she added in her head. It had been those three days after she'd been kicked out, so she'd had a reason behind it.

The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... Raevyn raised an eyebrow then shook his head. "That's not exactly something to be proud of." He told her with a sigh. He jumped as the toast popped suddenly. Relaxing, he buttered it and handed it to Ashriel before putting more in for himself. The tiger that should be....isn't....

Ashriel furrowed her eyebrows as she looked at Raevyn. "How isn't it?" She questioned, taking her toast and taking a huge bite out of it. Her eyes looked at him gently as she chewed it.

The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... Raevyn frowned at her. "It's unhealthy, staying awake that long." He told her simply. "You're supposed to have eight hours of sleep every night. I realize some nights your not getting that because of work, but at least your getting some sleep." The tiger that should be....isn't....

Ashriel sighed, nodding. She glanced at the time, and then at Raevyn. "Well, if we have to stop at the Sanctuary first, we'd better leave now..." Her eyes looked at him softly, her fingers making their way, feeling her braid.

The tiger that shouldn't be....is.... "You could at least let me get my own breakfast." Raevyn told her with a smirk as the toaster popped. He quickly buttered the slices, wolfing them down. "Okay, so off to Sanctuary." He picked Ashriel up easily, making his way out the door and shifting her so he could lock the door behind them. The tiger that should be....isn't....

Ashriel squealed as Raevyn lifted her yet again. Really, she should be used to this by now. But every single time he did, it felt so new. So good. "Off to Sanctuary." She repeated, having no problem with being carried out the door like he was carrying her.

Ashriel giggled lightly, blushing. "It feels different every time." She commented, smiling up at him. If she weren't worried about more Were freaking out, she would have kissed him just then. But really, it seemed like the more she showed it in public, the more danger she was putting them both into.

Ashriel was startled by the bounce. "Eep!" She squealed, looking at him after it was over. --I got nothing. maybe i should get some sleep. night.--
